Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMLoaded quickly and ran fine. Good app for the money. I noticed that some other similar apps used a lot more memory. I'd give it 5 stars except the standard voices are very old-school computer sounding. It would be nice to be able to add additional buttons. I am now waiting to try this on my grandson.

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMThis app is well worth the .99 cents. I will anxiously await the female voice for my daughter with autism. Some more customization would be useful. The big issue for me with the AAC apps is the iPhone speaker is not loud enough in community settings.

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMI will say that if you are wanting an assistive app, Proloquo2go is more robust, but much much much more expensive (still cheap as these things go.) That being said, I very rarely review apps, but when I downloaded the app and saw how many options were available, I just had to say go get this app, if you think it may be helpful for your needs. A female voice option would be fantastic as well as different accents

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMThis is a nice app to use with nonverbal people but was clearly developed for adult use. I am a speech pathologist working with young children with ASD/autism and apraxia. It would be great if I could import my own pictures for the top "customizable"row. I would also like to be able to select which icons are presented and add more kid-appropriate vocabulary.

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PM- Nice images but the ones with words are a bit confusing with the background. Make it a clear, easy to read button. - Separate catergories even further so you don't see so many at once. Maybe even have an initial phrase like 'I want to eat' and then have the choices of food. - Have a choice of making buttons even bigger. Fewer choices is sometimes better. Also being able to choose the order they are displayed would be good since for example there are foods my son would never choose so they would go last on the list. Great program. Thanks for putting it out there.

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMI bought this app for my father because he is suffering from aphasia after a stroke. After using this app for the evening, here are my impressions: The icon/word choices are a bit odd. It would be helpful if it had more day-to-day choices instead of words like gorilla, tiger, zoo, etc. More customizability would help a whole lot in that regard, too. Perhaps each icon could have a customizable meaning, and you could choose from a large bank of icons for custom additions. Anyways, the Internet voices are nice and clear, and the type-to-speak functionality works well. Overall, I'd say it will be useful for my dad in some limited cases, but with a few changes it could be made a whole lot better.
