Great recipes that I can convert to gluten free for me and my friends and the articles are very valuable!

Support is terrible. I have had a lot of issues both making purchases and restoring prior purchases. Absolutely frustrated! I also subscribe to taste of the south by Hoffman media. Now I have 1/2 subscriptions in Amazon kindle and 1/2 on app! Amazon doesn't have special features and apps have driven me crazy. With today's technology, I don't understand why it had to be so complicated. Post a message if anyone has ideas on how to convert to keep it all stored in one place.

Unable to purchase a magazine or subscription. I keep getting some purchases failed message. I'm able to do in app purchases with other apps except this one.

I love the magazine when I can access it. Constantly having to restore issues purchased but at least able to access individual issues purchased. Bought the subscription and have not been able to access new issue.

Totally annoying. Purchased several subscriptions and cannot get any to download!!

I love this magazine but it is very inconvenient to be constantly restoring my purchased issues every time I want to go back to an old one. Sometimes I need a recipe on the fly and I can't be waiting for the issues to download again. I want to be able to have my digital magazines available at all times like I do with other magazines. Please fix this.

First it didn’t let me read anything Now it cannot find the issues I do not understand why I need to keep restoring what I already purchased

Love your magazine. I have both, the digital and the print copies, but I do wish that I didn’t have to restore the digital copy every time I log into the APP though.

Super content! Each page is mouthwatering; inspiring me to continue and improve my home baking skills. iPad app works much better than iPhone.

I absolutely LOVE the magazine. I’ve tried many of the recipes and they turn out wonderfully. The app, however, is a challenge. My account stopped working on my iPad even though my account is current. But, I can see the magazine on my iPhone. The two devices should be in sync. I hope this is being fixed.

I have a subscription but cannot purchase the latest issue. I contacted Zinio and they want me to use their app. Not yours. Instead it should be fixed on this app. It seems Zinio is trying to get the customers. Never really been a fan of Zinio and I think this app,suffers because of it.

I yet again do not have access to my magazines and my subscription does tend till March. No one seems to care considering all the emails, reviews and tweets I have posted and sent regarding this. DO NOT WASTe YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP the magazine is awesome but not the app.

I am so upset about the app and restore issues, I don’t even want to deal with it anymore. It is such a shame because it really is a good magazine. Another lost customer!

I changed to a digital subscription and I had to go through costumer support to restore my purchase. The app is slow and doesn’t show the new issues. Please fix it!

Have to restore my purchases all the time and it's not easy to do either. Have to re-download each purchase individually every time. Very time consuming.
