I had this connected to a DSL system for three years and it worked flawlessly. I then switched to Xfinity simply for speed. It has been nothing but problems; not connecting remotely. I’ve been through three different modems with the same router from the DSL setup. There is a compatibility problem and TechnicalSupport has been weak at best. Would an update to the app solve this issue? Let’s hope so because I can see I’m not alone. Presently, I would not recommend the investment with their system.

It’s so sad that this application has not been updated in three years, therefore it’s not been polished and doesn’t display properly on iPhone X.

The app has stopped working and the developer is not responding. Waste of money. I don’t know how are they still in the Apple store!

Dec 2018 - It has been 3 years but still cannot see indoor humidity level and no On/Off timers for units. Also, cannot use the dial button to adjust light levels. Extremely Sad🤧. May 15 - this app looks better now since HAIKU has not been updated and lighting level is useless. Oct 14 - upgrade looks promising but still cannot see indoor humidity level and no On/Off timers for units. Gee! you rehired the same fired programmer? -- Just observed that access locks won't show unlock log (only lock log showing twice for both conditions.) June 14 - cannot see indoor humidity level and no On/Off timers for units. Seriously!! It is almost 2 years without updates. What happened--Programmer got fired? This app is outdated and won't work with Ipad2. Need serious updating.

This app NEVER connects when I’m remote (away from home). It constantly spins like its trying to do something, but nothing. I have to actually close the app altogether because it will not even allow me to cancel. When I’m home (local) it’s still hit or miss on working. Very frustrated. The ability to set/control my alarm system when I’m away from home doesn’t work. Not feeling very secure at all! Glad I didn’t get all the other additions to this system!

This worked just so-so for the last couple years. A week ago, it just stopped working altogether. I just checked the App Store - it has not been updated in over two years! Now I cannot control my alarm except manually which is not ideal when i am not in the house, etc. horrible app. When will developer get an updated, Working version out?

Rarely works when not connected to my home network. Two years since an app update. Time to update the app Leviton.

I am a home owner who is stuck with lots of older but stable home automation technology from the previous owner. Being an IT and tech savvy person, it was hilarious to see the level of app design principle followed by HAI/Leviton. It’s primitive. 5 clicks for one light on/off ridiculous. Leviton should also allow configuration/setup capabilities in the app like the contemporary such as HomeKit allows. I hope the $25 paid towards this app will go towards upgrading this app soon. Else this will get extinct soon.

I have had the app about a month and just as others have said, where do I begin. The app does not send alerts, you have to check your events to see what happened. Also at times it does not connect to my iPad or iPhone. Over the weekend, the app stopped working altogether. Disappointed this app costs $25 and works as if it was free. I tried to update, no update available. Terrible and nothing but issues for me only after 30 days. Please work on the suggestions provided by everyone if you are going to charge this much for an app that supposedly is the go equipment for professionals. Update: July 19, 2018 No updates since my last review. My alarm went off today again and no alerts or sounds. The app has no sound control. I don’t think the developers really care as long as the $$ come in. The main problem seems to be larger retailers are giving the app rave reviews to the customers. Customers don’t find out how terrible the app is until they start using it. This is certainly not how you run a business. Buyer beware and have been warned.

Bought this system with new construction home. The app fails to connect reliably unless IN MY HOUSE! Kind of defeats the purpose. Thermostat stopped working and technician informed me I needed to toggle the switch on my furnace. Again kind of hard to do when not IN MY HOUSE. Big freezing risk in winter. No push alerts so I NEED access to know what is going on with my now Not So Smart smart home. So very disappointed with this whole system.
