Map works individual listings dont. When a listing is clicked on the error “something went wrong, try again in a few minutes” appears. Every time. Im on iphone 6 with latest os.

Update? Looks like a good app. But EVERY single listing when selected says “an error occurred check back in a few minutes” never corrects... 😑

Great Tool

There are so many instances where at the top of a rental it notes “dogs OK cats OK” and “pet friendly”, but then in the description of the rental it is noted in all caps that the property is a no pets property. So annoying.

Every phone number that is attached to any of the rentals I’ve called and they are either disconnected or I get hung up on

I use the web version a lot and finally downloaded the app, but it won’t ever log me in. The login page turns gray and app freezes. Useless.

Good app, but when I go to my saved locations every time I try to select a floor diagram or the map directions the app crashes. Can only select those option on locations that I haven’t saved. Would really like it to be fixed.

Regular crashing and errors when attempting to contact the owners. Combine that with not having as many features as other apps, I have realized it is more trouble than it’s worth.

The simplest thing this app won’t do is log into my account. What’s the point in using the app if I can’t save listings for later? Every time I try to log in the app does nothing. It doesn’t even tell me the password is incorrect if I intentionally use an incorrect password. The login function does absolutely nothing. Find your code monkey and get your money back because he is doing nothing to solve the problem.

As I sit ou on my balcony this morning, I felt compelled to share the very positive changes that have recently occurred here. I have lived at The Savoy for about 9 years now, and I have NEVER been so pleased with the way the property is being managed. First, I moved to a larger apartment in March- there was a transition in management at the time, but Dwayne handled it extremely efficiently, professional, and he genuinely did an outstanding job to ensure a seamless move for me. Sarai in the front office was SO kind, helpful, and patient as she took the time to show me all options-and, yes... I tend to be quite “picky”- but she happily greeted me each time I wanted to see another unit. Then Justine came on board as the property manager. She is extremely sweet, and genuinely strives to ensure that The Savoy is up to her standards as if she lived here herself. A Very good team in the leasi g office now! Pressure washing has taken place, grounds are manicured, Maintenance has NEVER been better with both Anthony and Walter. Thanks to this amazing team, The Savoy is better than ever. Pool hours are enforced for respect of the community- in the past we were allowed to only have 3 guests maximum at the pool, however some did not abide by this and invited more than allowed without giving thought the we all share the space. If anything needs attention in this regard Signal Security promptly assists to keep the area the way it was intended to be. Nonsense, and illegal activity is NOT tolerated here. Also, there are many security cameras discreetly placed ad well as a new gate box installed and reconfigured to deter gate entry cards that are no longer valid. Last, but not least I came home to find BEAUTIFUL pool furniture. I cannot express how much the genuine integrity goes in to making The Savoy a nice community once again!

Needs to be resolved for iOS. Many listings return a “Something went wrong” error message when you click on them. Also changes the max rental amount I enter when trying to filter. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Still having problems....

I am trying to use this app to find a rental for my parents who lost their house in the fire...I can’t see what I’m typing because the text is hidden behind the keyboard... then when I try and send I just get a vibration that sort of feels like it’s an error ... like it didn’t send. But no error message or explanation. Then this message pops up asking me to rate the app. I believe this app deserves one star for actually showing my a possible rental, but then the app is nearly useless as far as I can tell. So I suggest you just have pencil and paper ready to write down the places you are interested in and call. Email capabilities of this app are pathetic

I tried every app there is in terms of searching for an apartment and this one has by far been the best option to help me compare and choose the best fit for me. Takes into consideration travel time and shows you everything, seriously I could keep going on how awesome it is ok

There should be the good filter for those fake listed to take ppls information for illegal pourpes! So many fake listed as well underground ppl

It’d be great if I could use it, but whenever I want to look at a floor plan the app freezes. I tried to go to the website instead, but when I logged in none of the apartments I saved were there

Can’t email any properties through the app

Good app, very helpful. But when I got to see reviews or photos of the apartments the app doesn’t respond and has to be forced closed to work again.

The app has a really well done user interface. Unfortunately, it shows properties that aren't available. The website does the same thing, so it's not just the app.

NOTHING LOADS. So many errors, doesn’t save filters. I wasted so much time trying to use this app. Even the website is bad.

I have never had so many problems before with this app it don't load the pics and the ones with pics aren't there once you click on them... Update very soon like tomorrow please and thank you😒

When I’m using the app to find affordable apartments, I waste so much time in contacting the properties and then finding out that it is an income restricted property. I would just like to be able to filter out those properties in my search, since I don’t qualify, so contacting those properties is a waste. I’m glad they are there for those who need it, but it’s frustrating to finally find an apartment that looks promising, only to find out I can’t even live there, because that rental price is not meant for me. Make it so I can filter those out (or in for those who are looking for those properties) and I’ll change my rating. Thanks for a good app otherwise.

Get it showing the details.... been a week

The drawing section only allows you to to draw if you are zoomed in enough. It is very frustrating.

It's not accurate at all of pricing or availability.

The app is generally helpful, though late at night it had trouble looking up info for specific apts. My biggest concern is that I initially signed up for an account on their website with my google account and bookmarked several properties. The app does not have the option to log in with one's google account, thus I am unable to look at the bookmarked properties.

This app is very easy to navigate through, making a sometimes already stressful time as moving can be much less stressful.

Just went back to see if the problem was fixed, still isn’t aaand it decided to remove all the places I had favorited even thoe I’m signed in

It’s easy to navigate. They have up to date and a variety of information on apartments.

I put on my filter houses and it gave me apartments and most of the houses didn’t have what I put on my filter. I hate this app.

The information I’m looking for is here but 2/3 of the time even with WiFi the content fails to load. This can be frustrating.

The app is cool, but the only thing thar I hate the most is if i go out of the app for just a sec and come back to it all of my saved properties appear to be gone so I have to do a hard stop of the app (close it out) then reopen it and clicked on saved homes again I really hate this and makes me waste so much time please fix this!!!!

I requested an availability update for an apartment and I never received a response. I filled out an application and was responded with apartments no longer available. Please update your listings.

It is very useful and helpful in searching and keeping everything organized.

I cannot seem to find a way to sort by newest or most recent. Keep finding houses that have available dates that are months old. Perhaps this app is better suited for multi family buildings and not for house rentals. Doesn’t matter, it’s not serving my needs.
