Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMI am a race walker working her way toward a 1/2 marathon. I use the app for core & band work. This is sufficient for my needs. I finally figures out the timer which helps. My only criticism is there is no sound on the instructional videos.

Reviewed on 4/21/20 2:10 PMNice ap. User friendly and easy to learn. It has several levels to work up to. Self paced or timed. Video clips available showing routines, if necessary. Challenging and informative. There are several workouts with 3 different positions in each aiming at various parts of the body.
