I used to feel unsure of myself and my surroundings, as though outside influences were what controlled me. I though hypnosis could help. I bought Darren Marks app to seek the change I so desperately wanted. It was able to vie me the help I needed. I now have the tools, as an adult, to control my life, and I feel so much better. I’m calmer, less stressed, and confident. Thank you!

This app has proven to be helful in so many ways. It is especially refreshing to gain sound, professional advice on how to let go of our fears and anxieties. This app also allows us to explore and improve our level of self-confidence and self-esteem. Well worth your time!

I like this app. Darrin has a soothing voice.

When I purchased this app, it included the "let go of fear and anxiety" hypnosis program. Now that program is no longer available with this update. I shouldn't have to purchase the program twice.

Still dig this app but acting goofy in iOS5. Volume only controls ringer instead of playback and top nav bar is off kilter. Looking forward to an update.

Sound now turns off when iphone turns off. My company forces me to automatically turn off phone after 5 minutes. Please help, I miss this!!!

This App is Great. I wasn't expecting much when I purchased it but boy was I surprised. I'm saving $160 a session As Darren Marks hypnotic suggestions are equal to my own hypnotherapist. Would love to have an appointment with him but as that is not possible this app is the next best thing. The app also includes a session on focus and concentration, and setting goals, really great selection for the price. I Highly encourage it.

The new version of the App is great, you long longer need to connect to a WiFi hot spot. Thanks for the updates and the new easy to use features. I have been using to App for the past month and I would have to say it is the best I have used. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a little help dealing with life's little stressors. Because of disability I have had to let go of my career, savings, and most of the lifestyle I used to participate in. Although I know my worth is not based on what I can or cannot do, I have found it difficult to actually experience that. I bought this app hoping to motivate myself to set some kind of goals. The hypnosis helps me do this. I notice that during the day, for no particular reason, I am very interested in various things completely different from anything I paid attention to before, even before I was sick. This is really a breath of fresh air for me - a welcome boost in mental energy and imagination.

I can't explain it but it has made a huge difference after listening 4 times. It has impacted my job, my interactions with everyone, my decision-making.. Can't wait to figure out what else. I want all his apps! (Except for the smoking one :) )

I've always thought of myself as someone who wouldn't easily be hypnotized. Totally wrong, at least as far as these apps are concerned (possibly because I feel more "safe" doing it alone rather than with someone there hypnotizing me?). In any case, I zone out a few minutes in and next thing I know, it's 20 minutes later and Darren is counting me out of the hypnosis. I definitely feel better after listening, and I do notice a different in my perspective in the days that follow. If you're curious about hypnosis and believe in the power of positive messages, I definitely recommend you try these out.

I feel refreshed and at ease after using this app. I hope with continual use it truly does continue to boost my confidence, which will mean more success for me and those around me! At this juncture, I believe it's possible. I highly recommend hypnotherapy and this app for anyone who wants to boost his or her confidence (and who doesn't want that?!?). It's definitely worth the $5.99 as you get a lot of info about the process in addition to the meditations you actually use. This is perfect for me for the stage I'm at in my life!

I have used this audio self hypnosis track and others from Darren Marks as well as his iPhone app. His voice is soothing easy to listen to and the self hypnosis really works if you use it regularly like you would an exercise routine, if you make it a habit you will create a change.

When I first downloaded this app, I wasn't sure what to expect. After listening to the FAQ audios, I then found myself a nice little space at home while my wife wasn't around and listen to all of the sessions. All I can say is that during the listening phase, I became really relaxed and focused on what was being said. Listening to Darren Marks was really relaxing and when he talked about fear, Self Esteem and Anxiety, that hit the nail on the head for me. I think paying $5.99 for this app is worth it even if you used it only once. If you had to see a Hypnotherapist in person, you would definitely pay more.

Darren's voice is very soothing and calming. I love to fall asleep to it. It has cumulative affect that you won't realize but it works.

I am a huge fan of Darren Marks hypnosis. I'd love to buy a few more. But at almost 300mb per, I can't justify the space on my devices. Wish these could be made smaller, perhaps with multiple programs in a single app to eliminate duplication of all those explanation videos. Come to think of it--delete those! I don't need to store that on my phone!

Really enjoy this app, I have several similar apps from various people but this is my go to app! You won't be disappointed!

I've been using Darrens work for the bettr part of a year now, and these sessions have literally helped me to change my life. I've lost 60 pounds using this and Darrens weight loss app and the sessions have helped me deal with what has been a difficult period of my life in a very positive way. I love the new track Be Successful & Achieve Your Goals, I can really see that helping me as I start my new business. Plus all the new options to listen as you go off to sleep are excellent. I also wanted to keep the Letting Go of Fear recording from the previous version, which is now part of a Fear & Phobia app and followed the instructions in "Whats New" to contact support. Darren sent me a free copy of the session the following day! Excellent support, powerful sessions that really work, can't recommend highly enough.

I love all of the hypnosis apps from darren that I've tried. Every time I use them my heart is filled with overwhelming joy. I couldn't sleep, I was self medicating, and I would have anxiety and panic attacks frequently and work. Something had to change, and this app and the others helped me succeed. Just the other day at work someone remarked on how calm and confident I was. They were surprised I could manage remaining that way under the high stress environment. It's because of these wonderful apps I've regained control of my life.

For me this app is worthless, I can't turn on my iphone's airplane mode and use the app at the same time. How can you relax if you're iPhone is ringing? Or The facebook , eBay , mail apps giving you notifications? You can't. This is a serious flaw of this app, the sound files are on the web not locally stored on the iPhone. The whole point of hypnosis is relaxing, this app totally missed it!

WASTE OF MONEY!

I purchased this app because the 4 sessions were the best match for my 11 yr old daughter who suffers from separation anxiety. These apps really made a difference so much so her counselor is going to recommending it for her other patients. The app also helped me have the confidence to apply 4 a new position, 1 that I had gone 2 school 4. I was stuck in a deadend job for 6 yrs. I did so well during the interview that I was offered the position the same day. When the update replaced "Letting go of your fears & anxiety" I got in touch with Mr.Marks who emailed me immediately. He let me know that he had put together a new set just for overcoming fears. He directed me to the app which I downloaded. I am so happy I plan 2 download more. Thank you Mr. Marks!

I've been astounded by how much listening to these at night as I fall asleep has positively affected my life, but this one seems to be my favorite so far. I have four of them and will be buying more periodically.

Never believed in hypnosis before this.. But the app works. I've never been able to get thru a whole session "awake." About half way thru it and I'm "out." Somewhere.. In a good place and I feel the effects strangely and pleasantly effective. Get it and be happy and better focused.

I started with just one of Darren Marks's apps and very quickly committed to buying the entire suite of them. I listen every night and wake rested, renewed and quite frankly, different. Darren's voice is silky and vexing and the programs have helped me see my way through some lifelong issues I hadn't previously believed I could overcome. I have since recommended the hypnosis series to numerous clients and I am receiving feedback very consistent with my own experience. The lasting effects are worth every penny -- would that I was in London and could pay to experience this empowering technique in person. Thank you Darren Marks. Sincerely.

This was working really well for a few days, even after only 5 days I was feeling better. Then my phone started acting up, couldn't get email, calendar events, or get through one hypno session without a crash. I looked at my iPhone's storage and it was all used up, this app took up 295 mb! All the other apps took from 5 - 60 mb, so nearly 300 is quite a lot. I removed the app, phone is working great but I miss my hypno sessions :(

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't use this app without wi-fi but they up-dated and now I can listen to it whenever I want to and I also like the beautiful, relaxing scenes as I listen to the hypo-audio.

I find this app to be very soothing and calming. If you are interested in becoming a more confident, focused person, then this is the app for you. I was pleased that I was able to save this app as a mp3 file and transfer it to my computer at work. Love the portability and convenience. No need to carry my phone or rely on a wireless connection.

Gotta love hypnotherapy! By using this app, I definitely feel more at ease, and with that, it helps me focus in on being more confident. I also love the fact that I don't need Internet or WiFi to use this app after it's downloaded, so I can truly use it anywhere at anytime. The files can be downloaded as mp3s, which means they're saved on your phone and can even be transferred to other forms of media.

Listen to the instructions, just glad they aren't getting me to deposit money in their account without me knowing.

I've always heard that hypnotherapy could be successful, and now I'm well on my way to believing! This app is a great way to 'test' hypnotherapy for a minimal price (research shows that hypnotherapy sessions are much, much more with a good therapist). I feel more refreshed and at ease with use of the hypnotic process, and it definitely puts me in a better position for success with more confidence. I'm excited! Thanks for this app!

I have used this app and it helps me every time. After use I feel more confident and outgoing. I go places and do things I would not normally do. The more you use the more permanent the results. Will definitely purchase more apps from Darren Marks, hopefully he will release new hypnosis apps.

if you dont know if you believe in hypnotism, then you should still consider this app. It allows you to make time to relax and focus your thoughts to become a really effective person. taking the first step to use the app is a powerful geture to become the confident person you are on the inside, darrens calming voice leads you to allow the strong able person to shine through a little more everyday. I am going to keep using this tool, not to expect a huge change overnight, but to help cultivate my inner strengths.

This program is unuseable unless you have an internet or wifi connection.

I was looking for something to help me self-motivate and get me out of bed a little quicker in the morning and I couldn't find anything. This was the closest thing I could find--there's a section about achieving goals, and it's a little hard for me to believe, but I've noticed a marked difference, as have my co-workers. I understand skeptics, because I was one, but all I can say is it did help my motivation and energy levels.

Great App. Plan to buy more later.

All of the hypnosis programs in this app are amazing, but the overcoming anxiety one is what I have been focusing on now. I do it in the morning and for the entire rest of the day I am considerable more relaxed and focused. Little things don't bother me as they otherwise would. I have issues with anxiety and panic, and I'm seriously thinking of talking to my doctor about reducing the amount of anxiety medication I take while using this app. I have used many, many hypnosis apps or recordings and none of them have had that strong of an effect on me. The induction phase in this app is so powerful that I believe anyone who is willing could be put under by it. From what I understand we all have different degrees of hypnotic susceptibility. I go under rather easily and during this recording I have to sit bolt upright in a brightly lit room if I wish to not go so far under that I can't remember the session. (Although it's ok if you can't remember it) If you are the type of person who doesn't believe you can be hypnotized, I'd bet money that if you're open to it this recording would prove that you can. It's the closest thing I've experienced to being hypnotized in person.

Nice voice, instruction, music and visuals. Very nicely designed, professional and educational. Quite detailed scripting and guidance regarding past life regression. Incredible as a self-help app. Great on technical support also. Personal e-mails and assistance which adds to the comfort level of the product. Will buy more!
