It’s a useful app, even though the video is small, doesn’t take up the whole screen as it should. I upgraded and got nothing new. It keeps going back to the free app.

Simple and easy and effective! Easy to understand!

This is what I need today. I wish it would uninstall the old version when I bought pro but not a huge deal.

The Pro Version contains twice as much of the content as the Free one! No tricks, no gimmicks! All of the videos play beautifully! Perhaps not the most sophisticated assortment to satisfy the gurus, but way above my skill level to bring me the knowledge and motivation! Thanks, guys! I enjoy your apps!

I’ve never practiced yoga but wanted to try it. This app was a good intro. Already seeing improvement in my flexibility and balance, which was my goal.

This has everything that I need to start and keep up a consistent yoga practice.

One star because I cannot contact the developer. I paid for the “Pro” version and I was not upgraded. A total waste !!

Was working, but after most recent update, none of the videos play. All frozen, non responsive. I paid for the pro version, the problem exists in both pro and free version. Kindly fix soon or refund my monies. Thank you,

Love this app for quick basic yoga. Videos need to be updated and the voice changed between workouts to break the monotony.

Have been using both Pro versions of Simply Yoga & Daily Workouts App for a couple of years. LOVE them! The instructors on all the exercises & yoga poses are easy to follow. I like on the Simply Yoga app the body explanations that accompany the pose. Well done! I feel amazing!

I used to have the free version, but after gaiam yoga studio had issues updating and moved to subscription I bought this app and am very happy I did.

Great app with easy to follow videos. Can skip ahead and do your favorites if you have less time!

I have a herniated disc and with this yoga app, I have been able to stretch out the muscles in my back and hips to wear I can move and start my day. This app has been a life saver and it saved my job! Thank you so much!

This is a wonderful app for new yoga folks! I bought the full version right away and love it so much! Such a great way to start getting into yoga! Easy at first and then builds off of learned yoga skills! I love doing it at home and not having to pay to go to a yoga class at a gym! Full version allows you to create your own workout, which I love. I can make a workout to use in the morning if I wake up needing only a certain area stretched (mostly my back and neck)! I love the woman's voice- allows me to follow along with my eyes closed after a few times doing a workout! Very peaceful.

This app is a great way to get into yoga & increase your ability level as you progress.

Pros: No subscription fee. It's yoga for the average person, you don't have to be an athlete or yogi to follow a workout. Every pose is completely explained. Cons: Every routine seems like a random collection of poses. There are no focused routines like for flexibility, balance, back pain, etc. Overall a very good app, but there is room for improvement.

I use it mostly when I am traveling, it helps me to focus better at work and stay in shape.

Easy to follow; nice pace; can take it anywhere

I had the free version for years and while I enjoyed it, ads have no place in yoga practice. While this app is no substitute for professional instruction it is great for quick after-run stretches and times when you can't get to the yoga studio. I don't recommend it for absolute beginners because the instruction is not terribly comprehensive. Those of us who have taken yoga classes over many years and have experience doing the poses are probably better suited for this kind of app. I really like the feature where you can build your own routine. This is perfect for combining with other fitness activities such as climbing,running, or swimming.

A little "hurried" for me through the Sun Salutation but otherwise great app for beginner.

I love this app. I use it 2-3 times per week and depending on my time I can do yoga for 20-40-60 minutes. There are a couple different levels at each time and you can make up your own custom yoga routine. She does a nice job explaining each pose and what they are supposed to work on so you know how they should feel plus she does the exercise along with you.

Great for those of us who have had some yoga classes but not advanced. Level II a bit more difficult and wish there was a bit more explanation. Not ready for some of the poses but others are fine for me to do. Great because I can take this where I go

If you know proper body alignment and can do yoga on your own this is an awesome app I use it constantly. But I have practiced in studios for sometime now and I have my yoga instructor's voices in my ear reminding me to straighten my hips....etc. etc. Anyone just starting yoga needs to start in a class setting with an instructor. People like myself who can practice on their own, I can't say enough great things about this app.

I enjoy this app for my in-home yoga practice, but sun salutation moves too quickly! I can barely transition from upward facing dog to downward facing dog and "feel the stretch in my calves" before having to move on. I'm no yoga expert, but I feel like sun salutation needs to be slower. Otherwise, good stuff!

I love the app. It is easy to follow. I am a beginner and I could follow along with the instructor. It was getting easy so I purchased the upgrade. I love it because I can do it at home and it helps me to be active daily. It starts my day.

I'll know I'm ready to attempt to practice Yoga seriously when I've mastered this workout in its entirety.

Overall good app. This app is a mix for first timers and intermediates. Some poses are quick with less emphasis and others are slow and methodical.

I bought this app a couple years ago after trying the free one. I can make up my own yoga practice and I love it. Hate sun salutations but I know they do a body good. Awesome app.

It's simple, easy to follow and I like the 20,30,40 minutes option as well as the level 1 & 2 difficulty. They change their workout constantly so u never feel like u doing the same work out all the time, as well as having the tool to do ur own routing is Great!!!

I love these stretches. The different stretches are explained in nice detail - without any spiritual stuff that I would be normally uncomfortable with -plus you can put together your own program with the choices listed - very nice!

I use this ap daily. Love that I can create my own workout from a library of moves!

My neurosurgeon recommended that I do yoga so thought I would start with this app. I love the different program lengths and that I can skip the sun salutations when I want variety and a longer program. My back feels much better when I do my yoga.

I can bring this on the road with me or practice in my living room. Great for beginners and the price was right, no long term subscription fees.

No nonsense exercises. You can tailor routines to your liking in 20,40 ,60 min sessions. Minimal dialogue. Nice.

This app gives me an easy way to do low impact workouts in my home. I like that there are a few different levels/durations. Doing yoga has helped my back feel better.

While the video and audio guide isn't terribly entertaining (though that seems like a weird word to describe yoga), this app is pretty effective. I used it all the time while I was in the Peace Corps and needed a yoga guide when I didn't have internet. I bought the upgrade and was happy to have some variety when I wanted it. I thought the poses were challenging, though I am a novice yogi. Overall, this app is worth the download. You can mute the audio and play your own music, too, which makes for a pleasant yoga session!

This is the only app I've found that gives the names of the poses, while slowly walking you through the various steps to fully achieve each pose. It takes its time in allowing you to settle into poses, and makes wonderful suggestions for which muscles to focus strengthening, and also which muscles to mindfully relax and release. 5 stars!!!!!

The program is simple and easy to follow. For anyone new to yoga, this is a great way to make a routine for yourself. I started with the free ap, and ended up wanting more, so far, the paid ap is just as good as free

It's well worth the download/upgrade fee. The app offers three standard routines, and offers you the ability to customize your own yoga routine. It's very descriptive, so much so that I don't look at the person on the screen, I just listen to what she's describing. Great yoga app.

This app has helped me stretch like I would not do on my own. My flexibility has increased greatly in a very short time by just using the app 2-3 timer per week.

As a yoga beginner this app is perfect. It's cheap and very effective. It's certainly challenging for a newbie.

5 years strong hasn't failed me with a peacefully guided yoga session

Great app for any level. Nice to be able to modify routine to accommodate the amount of time I have. A great way to stretch out and relax after working both my jobs.

It's simple and straight forward. It can be as easy or as challenging as you want it to be. It may not have tons of poses and exercises to choose from but that helps it to stay simple and straight forward. It gets the job done.

No frills or extra advice. This app gives me just what I need to get my body toned and warmed up for a busy day ahead.

Easy to use... All levels. Provides for building custom flows. Tracks calories. A good way to begin yoga to improve your strength, increase BMR, tone your body and likely reduce that back pain! Go for it. Skip a cup of coffee and buy it!

This is a great app for busy people without time to go to a yoga class. As mentioned another reviews, some personalized instruction from traditional yoga classes would be helpful. But this app lets me de-stress while maintaining my own schedule.

This is a great app for anyone doing yoga at home or anywhere for a short period of time. It might not look intense at the beginning, but it all depends how far you can go. Great value.

I am amazed at the value offered by this app The free version gives you a 20 minute yoga program so you can try it out and see how you like it. If you do, I highly recommend the $5 app - that's less than 1 yoga class at a studio - you'll get 20,40,60 min programs plus you can design your own custom program which I think is amazing. The instructions are clear and the ocean sounds option is a nice touch.

Worth the money. It is a good introduction to yoga and had the capability to customize as you advance. Very "portable". Can be used on phone , iPad or TV. Nice to be able to vary the length of your session and choose poses to target specific needs.

I’m new to yoga, and I’m 60. For me it’s important to move slowly and deliberately, cause at this point in life it’s easy to tweak a joint or ligament. So, my main frustration with the program is the speed of the instruction. I’m on Level 1 basic mins and the instruction is simply too fast. What i would appreciate is a ‘pace’ setting by which I could increase the time between instructions, esp on beginner levels. As it is the program is unusable for me, which is sad, because I think I would enjoy doing the routines.

I often use the 20 minute routines after a treadmill workout, or just to stretch out the tension that builds on any given day. The longer workouts are challenging enough to keep me using the app. Definitely worth purchasing the full version. Updating my review after 3 years. I loved this app back then, but now there are much better, more flexible (no pun intended) yoga apps out there. This one is in need of a major overhaul.

I travel 2-3 weeks out of a month. Plenty of hotels have fitness centers which are great, but sometime unpredictable and often crowded when I have time to go. With this app, I can choose duration, select certain poses, set ocean waves as my background, choose my level depending on what I need. Sometimes 60 or 90 minutes for a work out, 20 minutes to relax before bed or help relieve a long workout outside of yoga. A travel mat and my iPad and I am ready to go.

Love this app! The only thing I would want is to add more workouts.
