App keeps telling me to set up notifications and won't let me read the magazine anymore. Please fix!!

Used to be a subscriber to Shape before it moved to Fitness and the digital version (which was great!) was included with the print edition. I resubscribed on their site and just found out that the digital version requires a separate subscription. I like the mag, but not enough to pay an additional fee. Will not renew.

Please get an iPhone version

I subscribe to the print edition of Fitness and was informed that even though I am already a subscriber I cannot access the digital edition unless I buy a separate digital subscription? I subscribe to several other magazines (in print) and have access to the digital edition as well. Why is Fitness different? Very disappointing and I will no longer support Fitness Magazine in any way. I know that several other people have stated that they have been able to login as a print subscriber, but when it didn’t work for me I emailed customer support and got the following reply back "Dear Subscriber: The digital edition is separate from the print edition. You must purchase them separately."

I can't get past the snow boots page, i keep getting kicked out of the app. please fix ASAP..very frustrating

I have a subscription and it will NOT give me a free digital copy like every other magazine does. Not only that it keeps trying to sell you a subscription!! Forget their customer service because despite many, many times contacting them they will NOT respond. Stick to Women's Health magazine and skip Shape.

The reason I bought the digital edition is because I love a magazine that you can click links, actually go to their Pinterest account when mentioned and bookmark pages. They used to have videos too but you can't access them anymore. This does nothing! Totally a waste of my money. I'm so disappointed!

Can't get past the snow boots...can't even read the page because the app crashes. Fitness magazine....fix this!

I have print subscription use Newsstand on iPad 4 and the log in for it won't work, come on here, I see this a few times reported, get on it people, fix!

Print member. Can log in to website, but not app. Also clicked on forgot password to confirm I'm entering the correct password, but it doesn't work.

Print subscriber access does not work. Page locks up or something at every attempt to log in

I love this mag but it crashes after 2-3 page turns!

I was happy at first, but now the app has severely crashed. I can't access my subscription and I can't view any of my issues. This is very disappointing!

They have now started charging print users for iPad access, but there is no way for print subscribers to buy the discounted rate in-app, and no useful error messages for why it doesn’t work. Very hostile app for print subscribers, huge failure for Fitness Magazine. It needs better error messages so it doesn’t waste my time and an easy way to get the discounted access for print subscribers.

Love the magazine and the features available, but please make it available for iPhone, would love to be able to read all the time. I don't always have my iPad with me, but I do always have my phone, would really love to always have access to it, even on the go! :)

Are these people not reading the reviews? Or do they seriously think we are ignorant enough to buy two subscriptions to their magazine? Fix the print subscriber login for those of us who enjoy the print and digital issues.

I really enjoy reading Shape magazine's hard copy but this digital version is crap. The font is so small it's nearly impossible to read. It's as if to a PDF version of the hard copy. I'm disappointed as I prefer to read magazines on my iPad.

I subscribed as part of a special email offer I received in May '13. I've downloaded every issue since June '13, but was having issues downloading April '14. Somehow the rules changed and my account ended up in some loophole, of which I was unaware. The first 2 out of 3 customer service reps were less than understanding and offered no compassion or explanation except "well we don't have you logged in since November" and "you need a separate subscription for digital." No apologies for the confusion or lack of communication, nor did anyone believe I really had been able to continue my digital subscription all these months! They could not possibly understand how I still had digital access, and I couldn't understand they didn't see why I was frustrated with being suddenly shut out (because they could not believe I had digital issues until just this month). The second rep was going to transfer me to digital subscriptions to get it all sorted, but disconnected me instead. I had to call back and wait on the line for another rep who informed me that my issue had been resolved. A waste of time and so very frustrating. Such a bad experience, I just canceled my subscription altogether.

After numerous attempts, it finally accepted my password and let me download the issues without trying to charge me since I am a print subscribe. Very easy to read once the download worked.

In order to access the digital form u need to click sign in. Then sign up for n account. It will ask for your account number, found on the address section of the print magazine. After u create the account, sign in and you can access your digital subscriptions.

I canceled my subscription because digital access is no longer available to print subscribers. I had been very happy with the app and the magazine when I had been able to access the digital edition with my print subscription. It was a little disappointing that no effort was made to contact me telling me that I would no longer have access to the digital version of the magazine. All of a sudden I could no longer log into the app. The main reason that I purchased the print subscription was because with my previous subscription I had been able to receive the digital edition as well. I was refunded for my subscription.

The best part of this app is the App Store refunded my money since I paid for a magazine and it just gave me the sample with most pages blurred out. Total rip-off!

This app has seriously failed. Subscription is almost up and considering not renewing because of ipad failure.

Why, after a few issues, does the app switch to back issues of Fitness Magazine? I cannot restore my prior issues of Shape. Please fix the app to include Shape Magazine back issues, not Fitness Magazine back issues!

While simply browsing, I was involuntarily signed up for this magazine and money taken from my bank account for it. I did not subscribe to this. But now that my money has been taken for it, it doesn't even recognize that I had my money taken from my account to pay for it. It won't even let me in without paying again. It was a major glitch perpetrated upon me that cost me money that I was not willing to spend on this.

Crashes frequently. Not worth the time to even attempt to use.

Great app. I am a paper subscriber and it works just fine for me. It even lets me download issues from before my paper subscription started.

Like everyone else mentioned, it won't accept my print subscription info. :-/

Subscribed weeks ago, won't let me log in, I only get an error message. It sounds like a great app, too bad I can't use it with my (paid) subscription.

Doesn't work with iOS 8 and the new iPad Air. Can't get the subscription I paid for.

I receive can email that the Nov/Dec issue is available for download. It's not working please fix it.

Fitness Magazine for the iPad is so cool! There are interactive videos and links to everything. I've been subscribing to the print version for two years and when I downloaded the iPad version I was amazed, I love the magazine even more now.

I love this app and the ability to view the actual workouts being done. However my biggest complaint is that I am not able to highlight, underline, and make side notes within the magazine and articles/points that are helpful to me and others. The "favorite" function is okay but this app would be 12 stars for me if I had those functions.

Why say free when it is not

Latest issue keeps crashing on snow boots page. Can't get past it. Please fix
