This is one of the best apps I have tried for meditations. It has great sounds to use for background music for your solo meditation and it also has great meditation you can listen and follow along to.

A must buy for sure!

When we moved into our new apartment we did not know that there was a train switching station a few blocks away. After several sleepless nights I used it to generate night noises that were so close to those we hear camping, that we were able to go to sleep immediately and woke up refreshed. There are so many sounds to help you relax.....

I've had the original part of this app since it first came out, and it's always been one of my favorites. I recently added the Meditation portion. It's just as wonderful as the rest of it. I have trouble unwinding so I can just relax and breathe, as I have Asthma, as well as going to sleep. Meditation has helped me learn to control my breathing and take nice, deep, full breathes. This not only helps me relax but greatly reduces my dependence on Asthma medication. In addition, I sleep a very relaxing, healing sleep such that I wake up nice and refreshed and ready to tackle whatever the day may bring. I highly recommend this Relax Meditation!!

Very nice app with a lot of choices and varieties to chose from. Was looking for something for just white noise, but this one goes much further than that.

This app has helped me so much with my sleep. With falling asleep and with staying asleep. Anxiety is my constant enemy. With this app I am finding much needed sleep without taking meds.

I have been using these apps over the years but have somehow lost track over time. Now that blue tooth speakers found their in the bedroom, there has been very pleasant reuniting.

I have been a loyal user for years, having purchased many of their apps in a bundle and individually years ago. I stopped using for a couple of months only to come back with the meditations taken away except for two. You could've at least kept the existing meditations for those who already paid for your app. Now you want us to use an app that is already paid for AND subscribe? You should've created NEW meditations for your subscription service, not revoke the items from your paid customers. I'm so disappointed in you, and I see I'm not the only one. I definitely won't be subscribing due to how you treat customers that supported you by buying your apps.

I've had this app on a lot of different devices and I keep coming back to it. I enjoy making combinations and then listening to them. There's lots of variety in sounds and music. This app is easy to use and a pleasure to listen to.

I love this app! I can program it to how ever many sounds to combine a unique relaxing and all my own sleep tune. You will be so impressed. It has a timer and alarm. I just put my ear buds in and drift off.

Great variety of sounds to pick from for your own customized melody.

I love these apps so much! I started using them 5 years ago when I got mono to help me sleep, and I still use them every night and when they came out with the meditations I started using those as well. I have all of their apps and use at least one every single day.

This is the ultimate relaxation app! Many combinations to choose from plus meditations.

The UI in this app is a bit pretty, but also difficult to use. EG, hard to find the sounds that are currently selected. My biggest gripe though is that the white noise sound in here is actually just an 8 second loop. When you're lying in bed at night trying to sleep, that repetition is subconsciously really irritating, and for me it causes tense sleep.

I bought this thinking it was going to be similar to the Relax Melodies App that I purchased and love a while back... Why do you require a 2.99 purchase price for an app that is supposed to help you meditate, then it only gives you a few meditations and require me to spend more money to get the entire app? You need to be more specific in the description, put that higher up in there that this app also requires a subscription. Had it been more clear I wouldn’t have spent my money. I wish I could get my money back...

This app is useful, especially if you take time to teach yourself the interface, which isn't at first obvious. The variety of sounds available without having to purchase the full version are plentiful and useful.

This is an amazing app - I am able to customize favorite soundtracks for sleep, meditation, studying, whatever I need. And the ability to set timers to stop/start sounds and even exit the app is amazing!

Great app for customizing the sounds that help you relax. Love the timer feature that allows me to set it to turn off after an hour or so, when I've fallen asleep.

This app is amazing it does is that what it says, it helps me fall asleep I can pick and choose a different sounds and it just calms me and it's soothing! My daughter and I also use it for daily meditation.

Use this alternately with Centering Prayer. Wish this app would include just some very slow monotonic gong for deep contemplative prayer. Melodies distract me.

I love this app for falling asleep at night. Nice variety of sounds and great interface. Update: I’ve purchased the meditation pack and really appreciate the guided sessions. I’m a beginner at this and needed this kind of approach to get me started.

I use this app regularly to relax after a hard day. I love that I can mix and match the sounds and chose a meditation to go with them or just use them alone. I have also found it a great app to use when I’m trying to focus on work. It helps to close out distractions.

I own all of their apps. They are actually the only apps I've purchased well worth the money.

Love this app. The sounds available are, for the most part, more realistic than any other app of its type. I might suggest/request 2 additional sounds... 1. The really low pitched sound of a winter wind that barely howls occasionally thru a window that hasn’t been quite closed all the way. 2. The existing sound of the small wind chime sound is nice. However, the low pitched sound of large wind chimes can be very soothing, not so clanky sounding. Also realistically because of their size it takes a stronger wind to make them move and therefore they don’t chime as frequently. And so it gives more the impression of calm.

This is a good app. Been using it for years to help sleep (light sleeper) as I live in an apartment so it blocks out ambient late-night sounds of neighbors. Suggestion 1: Allow is to change dynamics of sounds more (pan, pitch, tempo) Suggestion2: Need more deep bass sounds as neighbors sometimes “thud” at night and I have no sound similar to a repetitive/patterned this so it penetrates the soundscape waking me up

This is best app for those who have difficulty sleeping. Great choices of different sounds that have individual volume control. You can mix different sounds together. I have many peaceful nights with the is app!

I've been using this app for a few years now and absolutely love it. It's the first thing I down load to new devices. Definitely an app I can't live without. My ears ring at night unless I have some kind of noise going on and this app allows me to find a perfect combination from their wide variety of choices so I can sleep at night. Also used this app in my church play to create an environment for the skits. The money for this app is definitely worth it!

This app is perfect to turn on and drown out other noises (I.e. Dogs, family) so that I can enjoy a good nap on the weekend.

Multi faceted way to work with sound and one’s inner being!

I found this app from a video and I’ve fallen in love. I’ve used it every night for at least two years now. It really helps me relax and focus during the day and helps me sleep at night. My favorite combination of sounds is “Heart beat,” “Ocean,” and “Fire crackles!”

Simple, straightforward, lots of options, fully customizable. Great app!

I’ve been using this app since I got my first iPhone in 2009. It has change a lot over time and in very good ways. My wife and I use this app almost every night for sleep with very few exceptions. When we put our children down for their naps, this is always on hand as it helps create a relaxing atmosphere even for babies. There is a large number of sounds to choose from and the sound quality is nice. I don’t often use the guided meditations but the few that I have used have worked great with “practice”. The Relaxation series of apps are excellent. No need for anything else.

This app helps me get relief for tinnitus. Experiment with different combinations of sounds or just one sound that can help block out the annoying ringing in your ears. White Noise helps but I found the nighttime sounds with crickets works the best for my condition.

This app lets you find the music / sound you like to meditate to. If your new to meditation it has short meditations that are great for beginners.

I can't sleep without this. I've had for 10 years now. I think it's been 10 years. Amazing.

I have been using this application for years and I absolutely love it! I've used it for studying, homework in crowded places, insomnia, yoga, and general relaxation. I recommend this app to people every chance I can. I love how the developers continue to expand their available sounds and additional features. Definitely worth the pro upgrade!

I've been using this app for the last 3 years to help my little one sleep. Her preferred sounds are the crickets, owls, and white noise. Each sound is individually controlled and there is a master volume control for everything. Also fun to play around with if you're an audiophile.

Relaxing and soothing tones along with guided meditation. There have been many improvements and additions over the years. The alarm feature is wonderful. There are some features it could use. Ones to improve the ease of setting alarms and identifying which meditation is set for the time. This is one of my top 5 apps.

So many choices, great for sleeping aid

It’s been a while since I used the app. A pleasant surprise when I opened it up with its more advanced user interface. Sounds nice on the iPad Pro with four speakers.

There are different sounds that are peaceful to everyone. This carries most of what not only calms my anxiety but also helps me focus. It’s great.
