Reviewed on 9/11/19 2:10 PMI'm a born skeptic who would normally never even think of using something like this, but I was desperate and it was cheap, so... Well, OMG, it works! I've already lost the majority of those extra pounds and now am really enjoying the bonus motivational session that's included. The hypnotic swirling visuals though? Don't really see the point because self hypnosis works best if you lay down and close your eyes, so they seem kind of gimmicky to me. Regardless, I love this app and highly recommend it. Thanks so much!
