I keep having to enter in my cycles over and over again. It is not retaining the data entered which makes this app useless

I had this calendar forever, just when it started and I love it until now you change everything ever single thing for what reason I ask? You can’t transfer things from previous Iperiod, there is no graph, because you have to pay for it, hie many times you have to pay for something when you buy it???? I’m deleting it and I’m looking for something else. To sad that you don’t take care of your clients.

I’ve been using iPeriod for several years, all of a sudden I turn it on the other day and it looks like a completely different app! I hate it now, I’m looking for something else to use!

I have been using this app for 6 years, it was one of the first apps I used when I got my iPad. But recently they changed it, it was perfect the way it was, I’m not sure why you would make it more complicated, doesn’t make sense. I will unfortunately be deleting this app. I am very disappointed but I will have to find a new app for tracking my period.

I have been using this app for years. It hasn’t been updated in 4 years. Suddenly they want to charge me to print my reports so I can take them to my doctor? Custom symptoms are now a monthly subscription? An it is only vertical on the iPad. I was afraid the app would go away but now it looks like I’ll be the one going away.

I’ve used iPeriod for years and loved the app. They recently updated the app, changing everything about it, and, now, I hate it. With all the changes, I might as well use the tracker in my FitBit app. Extremely disappointed.

This app went four years with no update. Now they’ve updated, switched to a monthly subscription model which they don’t tell you before updating and they lost 8 years of my history. Additionally, it doesn’t appear to actually send your data to the Health app as it says. I am irate.

I don't like the fact that you have to buy this app twice one for iPad and another for the iPhone.

Why fix something that worked perfectly? This update is disappointing. The app now will not work in landscape on my iPad. I used to know where everything was... now I do not. It used to have a beautiful style about it and now it’s cold and hard looking.

Your last update deleted all of my data. Seven years worth of carefully entered details and data— gone. No warning. Retrieval and restore do not work. I am so upset.

I’ve been using this app for several years and have always been quite satisfied with it. This latest update, however, is a real disappointment. Landscape mode is gone, it’s not nearly as easy to use the app/log new data and it completely dropped all of my history from before the update. Really sad, that something that was perfectly good and usable had to be messed around with and made worse.

Disappointed by the recent update of this app. Nothing was wrong with it. All of my previous data is gone. It disappeared. I cannot retrieve it and now this app is useless. Adding fees is really underhanded to all the people who trusted your app.

Purchased app in 2012 and loved the features. New forced update has pay walled BBT charting! That was the primary reason I purchased the app! I managed to restore my old data, but the devs have gone too far in charging for the most basic feature that is free on other TTC apps. Back to Fertility Friend for me.

This was a perfect, flawless app up until the new launch. Avoid this money grab like the plague! I used this app for years and now, they have made it a monthly fee app, and you cannot even use the screen horizontally anymore. I have a iPad holder and so a particular pet peeve of mine is apps that cannot be used sideways (the old one could be used sideways). The worst thing is that they sprang all of these changes on me after like 5 years in the guise of an update. Then BAM. Overnight one of my favorite apps is now one of my least favorite. I hope they lose a ton of money on this vulgarity.

I used to love it when I got it, lots of functions, stats, symptoms, etc. Now it looks extremely dated, and sync relies on account so it doesn't always work for me. Too bad, switched to another app.

Terrible app. Wish I hadn't wasted money on it. Does not syncs even though support says you can by pressing the internet password button in settings that does not exist. I refuse to pay twice for an app I've already bought since it won't let me download it on my iPhone. It's stuck in parental lock mode and being as in 28 I don't want that. Won't accept my password. Going back to the previous app I've been using. This one is a waste.

It needs an update ASAP!!

Used this app for over a decade. Paid premium price. Then they came with this “upgrade” that introduced useless features while getting rid of what made this app special.. interface is less clear, previously available features gone, your ability to back up is gone, and if you want to export your data for safe keeping, well, now you have to pay a monthly fee, for what used to be included by purchasing the app. The reason given by the app developer? “It costs money to run a server”. Well, then why not use Dropbox or other cloud file service for Dara backup server so you don’t hav3 to maintain it? Fortunately I had the backup of the old app, so I downgraded to the previous well-functioning version. I’ll keep using this older version until they cripple their backup server. Then I will just move onto a different app than spending monthly for an app I already paid for. Poor move and decision by the developers. If they want To move to a monthly subscription model, they should have left the original app alone and created a new app instead of forcing conversion to all those who paid good money.

I’ve had this period tracker for YEARS!! I hate the new update! I cannot easily access previous months or years to review data, some information is completely gone, and won’t sync with my phone like before! Plus I have to turn my tablet to look at it! Why change something that wasn’t broken?!

I have use this app for several years tracking my crazy wives mood swings. Since this update I have lost all of my information. How am I supposed to know when I can come home? All of us men know that our significant others can be very crazy one week out of the month, this app was great for knowing that information. Now it’s useless to me. Please help.

I’ve had this app for years. I used to love it and highly recommended it to all my friends, many of whom loved it too. But recently they revamped the app, and now it’s horrible. It lost all my data. Then when some of it, not all, came back, it had changed every day to medium flow. While it used to predict my periods almost perfectly, it now tells me I will get a period every 2 weeks instead of 28 days. It also keeps sending me alerts that my period is late even though I marked my period which came right on time. Additionally, it now changes my data as soon as I change screens or close the app and reopen it. Despite clicking feedback in the menu which does nothing more than flash an email account you can’t even copy, no one has bothered to respond to any of my requests for help. I haven’t even gotten a generic response promising someone will get back to me. All this for an app I purchased ages ago, which they now apparently want me to purchase again and again and again. I would give it a zero if I could. No support. Lost data. An app that no longer works at all. A shame. I wish they’d cut their losses and reboot back to the version that worked great and had my data.

After last update , my previous data has gone. How can I do? I brought this app. but you delete my data.

I’ve been an avid user of this app for a long time and feel the subscriptions should not be given if we have downloaded and paid for the upgraded version. We should be able to use the bbt features that we paid for in previous version. Also, there should be a rotation mode for this version as I sync this app across all my apple devices. This app on my iPad is convenient when in rotation mode as I better utilize the journal feature. I also miss the customization features where I could put up designed wallpapers. Please include rotation mode and customization in future updates.

The app used to be excellent. Now it’s a shadow of the app I originally bought. I could access it in landscape mode or portrait mode. But now it’s stuck in one position which is tiresome. I paid for iperiod HD specifically for my iPad. Now it’s stuck in portrait mode that’s good for iPhones, and there don’t seem to be any controls that can alter that. The app would open to my calendar, which was easily accessible. Now it opens to an interface. Nobody has the time for that. Don’t buy. All the stars they have are for the original app.

Since the new revamp of the app you need to have a paid subscription for what I already paid for! What a scam! I think we should get our money back for them taking away what we already paid for! The new layout is so complicated. Please go back to old version that worked great!

Just got an update and the whole program changed. The nice home screen disappeared, only portrait mode now? I have been using this app for 10 years and very disappointed at the new look. This new update appears to only want you to upgrade:(. I want the app back that I purchased years ago!

I purchased the app years ago and used it every day. Now the recent update changed the app completely. Features that were included in my PAID version are now only for monthly subscribers. Seriously?? Also, must have an account now for back ups. All my data were lost in the update and the option to restore from the previous backups does not work, at least not without an account. Bye bye, greedy app developers.... Leaving now as you have no respect for customers.

I am very unhappy I had to buy this app AGAIN just so I could use it on my new iPhone. Ridiculous.
