I have tried to reinstall the app several times but the ID card will not open. And then it closes out the app.

App has good features like urgent care and id card.Easy navigation

This review is solely on the performance of the app. This app is awful! Things don't line up. There is nothing intuitive about it. Navigating through all of the functions is tedious and frustrating. Fix it please

I could not even set up a user profile

Great app, very useful.

The Face ID ( for IPhone X ) is not working ! I have to put the user name and password ALL THE TIME !! That’s annoying. Please UPDATE

The app does not have the option to view Dental/vision is or information. It would help to have everything consolidated in one location.

Can’t open the app, instantly crashes when I try on latest ios for Iphone X

I can’t log into the App it keeps telling me my password/log in I’d is incorrect or that it can’t find me in the system. However I am able to log into the web site and do what I need to do. I think there is a glitch in the system

Update app current version is useless.

The new update is horrible! I am unable to login on the app from my iPhone.-UPDATE....I am now able to login and the app works great!!!

The information about my claims comes up nicely but when I click on the print icon- it blinks and nothing. I don’t think it’s my iPhone as I have printed many times from other sites. I called the support number and the man could not help me and said to just use the computer. Wow!

This app has the main functions you would need as a Florida Blue customer. It is a lot easier to use this app then navigate the website from your iPhone. The bar code to pay in stores on this app saves paper!

Its not working. I can’t login in ...

The payment section stop to work. The worth experience with this app even the same with website. Next year another insurance company for sure!

This app really needs a major overhaul the Blue Shield California App is quite impressive the interface is nice and up to date so is the Premera Blue App please consider redesigning this app since I like it but it’s always seemed like an over glorified web browser extension connecting to the Florida Blue member website for almost everything

Great start, but it seems like details are missing. The biggest is Wallet support for the id so that you don’t have to hand over an unlocked phone. You also can’t pay your bill with a credit card or without it loading a third party site, so you’re basically forced to find a CVS. The find care search and the locate doctors and hospitals in resources are different — one seems more native, and the other warns it’s a third party site. Many of the other options load third party sites too, which just feels cumbersome.

Is there a hidden door to access the mobile ID card? Please advise. Thank You.

Used to be a great app now can’t open it. Literally crashes every time I open it.

Where is the “make a payment” thing?

I really like the addition of the urgent care banner, a helpful addition would be the hours of the urgent care. I was recently injured at 9:30 in the evening, and we had a hard time flipping back and forth between the app and google trying to find an open urgent care. Also, there are many repeats in the list of doctors when you are searching

What is wrong now. App won’t open.

Nothing makes sense on here programmers. Have you actually tried to use your creation 😬😂. Please make this easier. I feel like I’m navigating a beta app that no one tried as a user. I hear dial up faintly as I open this app. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have logged in on the website numerous times. I downloaded the app since the Cigna app worked out really well, but I am not thrilled. I have only been able to login 2 times in the app. The other times it gives me an error message. Then I go back to the website and login just fine. I do not understand! It is very frustrating.

Please add the ability to add card to Apple wallet so I don’t have to launch the app every time i need to show

Very poor quality. You can’t even get passed the login page even after resetting password. It’s not very user friendly. The website is horrible bc it’s really hard to search for doctors or benefits without getting kicked back to the search page. I was hoping the same ppl that created it didn’t create the app but the app is even worse. After I enter password which I even reset to make sure that wasn’t the issue, it takes me to a page with nothing. So it doesn’t even tell me what’s wrong.

This app is horrible. Phone numbers are incorrect. I keep calling doctors on the list and they don’t take the insurance! Frustrating!!

This app is by far the worst. Every time I log in it says it’s incorrect password. So I try to reset it, and leads me to captcha screen to verify pictures. So I go ahead and do that as well, but it does not work good at all! Then when you finally go through all that and try to reset your password, you log in and gives you this error code. So all that work put into trying to log in is pretty much worthless!

If you do not live in Florida, you have to look for the links to National Providers. Locks me out every time so I have to enter my PIN despite checking the box allowing fingerprint authorization. Not happy with the app, the website, support trying to get me into the web site, or with the insurance itself.

This sounds like a great app, if you could actually get into it. Can’t get past the login page.

I can’t pay online since few months I tried everything I always have to call to pay my bill .. I can login but after when I choose payment pay online ... white page same on website...

Does not have Dental plan on its app, why bother to have an app if it doesn’t come with both health & dental . Inconvenience to go online for dental & go to an app for health 🙄

Just like their customer service, it’s horrible and wastes your time. Not sure why a billion dollar company can’t crate a usable app.

Can’t use this app, it crashes on launch, tried restarting my iPhone XS Max, nothing helps. Can’t even use the app. They need to update it for iOS 12 and fix the launch crashes.

Need info? Don’t count on this app. Try to get your statement and get the spinning wheel then an error message that you timed out. Typical FL Blue service.

I’m trying to log in, I just made an account, and each time I log in it says my time has expired. Also, when making my security questions, it either says there was an error processing it, I’ve used invalid characters, or it’ll just go white screened. Frustrated.

Sooooo freaking slow

Apps are supposed to be more convenient not more confusing. Calling Blue Cross is a complete waste of time. They just tell you they will fix it in 7 to 10 days and then you call back in 7 to 10 days you get the same story to call back in 7-10 days and it still incorrect. I have yet to receive my member ID cards for my dental plan or health plan. I paid in person at CVS and they mixed up my health and dental balances. Now money over $100 is missing. Also when They send emails out they don't differentiate between dental and health care they call them both insurance very confusing. As expected healthcare companies are for-profit only not care. It is 2018 and they run the company like it's 1918. Health care can be a matter of life and death or being in debt the rest of your life. If a cell phone carrier ran their business like this they would go bankrupt. They intentionally mess up Billing and make it difficult just so they will not have to pay if necessary. What a racket! Go Amazon Berkshire and Chase! If I can buy their health insurance I will.
