Reviewed on 7/2/18 7:31 AMThis app has free (no subscription) workouts that cater to everything. Amazing!! When everything costs money. This does not.

Reviewed on 7/1/18 7:15 PMI am two weeks into using this app on my Apple Watch. I have 30 years of gym workouts behind me. I started with a prebuilt intermediate level Fundamental Strength program. I gave it three stars because the workout was well-balanced and good. I took away stars for a several reasons. 1) Often the picture of the workout was not there. This happened at least once during each of my sessions. 2) even though some workouts repeated, the original weight entry that I input did not populate the same workout in the future. I had to go back to find the day that I did the workout to add the weight. 3) every single workout has the identical rep/weight screen. This screen is not applicable for many of the exercises: crunches, planks, bicycle crunches, etc. 4) it would be nice to swap out exercises on the fly. Like I said, I found the program of exercises to be excellent. I will try other apps. Depending on what I find, I may or may not come back to this one.

Reviewed on 6/18/18 12:43 AMUpdate 6/17/18: This app, like many others, has gone from a great app to a barely usable app. I’ve been using this app for 8+ years to track my gym progress. Now it’s constantly crashing and 50% of the time it’s just frozen and won’t respond until you quit it and restart it. Also, the monthly subscription plan is pretty ridiculous. I would have been happy to pay a one time fee for an app that works and is so valuable to me. But a monthly subscription for a gym tracking app is crazy. Hands down- the best gym app ever! I tried all of them so save yourself some time and just download this. Everything on it is customizable so it fits your workout style and it's so easy to use!!

Reviewed on 5/9/18 8:47 PMI used this app (PT subscription) for 7 years with personal training clients and loved it, especially the tech support which was amazing. Last month I joined Anytime Fitness and downloaded their app. I knew AF had bought out FB but didn't realize that installing their single-person app would take away my access to the one I used for work. And the tech support is slow and useless. I reported the issue 3 weeks ago and they still have not tried to fix it--latest is they will forward support ticket to the appropriate department. So here I am for 3 weeks without access to client records and my $400/year subscription is due to expire next week. What are odds of my renewing? Yup. I would’ve rated the app 5 stars for functionality but am now so frustrated by lack of support that I can’t give it even 1 star.

Reviewed on 3/7/18 6:42 PMJust when I got used to a workout routine they locked it and asked for MORE MONEY! Seriously, they locked the workout and wanted me to pay more. Unbelievable, you have been warned.

Reviewed on 3/31/18 2:47 PMThe Apple Watch feature could use improvements. For one, it would be really awesome if you could log into the next workout without having to do so with the phone. Also, I would prefer if it synced with MyFitnessPal. Still a great app though.

Reviewed on 3/1/18 12:58 AMPros: lots of variety. Videos w associated audio description is helpful. Plans provide good structure for overall program. Easy to construct a routine. Cons: to get back to main screen, you have to keep hitting ⬅️ button..there should be just one quick main screen button. Same when in scheduler...just a lot of needless clicks. Still no landscape mode for iPad, would be easier because could prop it up instead laying flat. I’d like to modify the including routines without having to duplicate them every time. Wind up w a cluttered “my workouts” list.
