Unable to log in. The password & user name works with the Fitbit app but not with this one. I’ve tried resetting the password and nothing seems to work.

Horrible

One ONE workout available, then EVERYTHING IS PAYED FOR DAILY, FOR A PREMIUM. What else? You already have paid at least 100 dollars for your Fitbit in the first place

As stellar as Fitbit’s support is supposed to be, the team that supports this app can only be reached electronically. I had multiple issues with this app crashing and other audio bugs. I need a workout program I can depend on and this is not it.

Terrible

I’ve been completely ripped off. After paying to upgrade to the “premium” service, the app will not unlock any of the “premium” workouts. I’ve reinstalled, etc., etc... but to no avail. And I can’t get a refund because I hit the dead wall of app customer service. Planning to return my Fitbit. Total waste of time.

Premium doesn’t give you anything

Paid $40 for the yearly premium subscription. App says thanks for unlocking premium so it knows that I paid. Tried to select workout. Most of them are still locked and they say to upgrade to premium. Fail.

Crashing all the time?

What happened? This app used to be awesome! I have used it for the last year, at least 4-6 times a week. It’s been so nice. However in the last week it’s crashed in the middle of my workouts. So I just updated it and restarted my phone. Now? It won’t even open up a workout!! What did you do? Please fix!

The app cannot seamlessly login from Fitbit app. Wasted my Sunday afternoon.

Kind of hard to see if you wanna purchase if you can’t really try it.

I am new to Fitbit. So far obsessed with all of the wonderful things. I saw that it had a coaching app to complete the collection. So I hurried to download to get the full feeling. Upon opening the app it has almost everything with a lock on it. Saying i have to go premium. I don’t mind going premium however, I can’t really tell if I like it. I am not able to try any of the exercises outside of maybe one or two and naturally those are either not my interest or harder level than I can do. Maybe if there was a trial period something. I don’t just feel comfortable paying for it when there isn’t an amount of time to really get a feel for how it works.

Use experience could improve ...

1. On one workout, the music volume is way lower than the voiceover. You can turn the music up, but the voiceover will hurt your eardrums when it continues. 2. On one other workout the voice over and the music alternate. This is very distracting when you’re experiencing the flow, when you’re really into your workout. 3. Did not see an option to play my own music. I’d like to listen to tracks that get me pumped. Come on, good customer service = personalization and options. But hey, they gotta justify the price somehow. 4. Painfully cheesy commentary. If you can’t be authentic, just stick to the program. 5. Most pictures showcase females, which is great, but at first it was unclear whether the workouts were for men also. Overall this is a great concept, and I’ll consider subscribing again after the app is more aligned with my needs/preferences. In the meantime I’ll search for alternatives where I can focus less on the app and more on the solution—effective workout. Best of luck guys!
