I use this app absolutely every single day and I’ve bought all but one of the packages it has turned my stories and my business on social media into a fun engaging experience for the people who watch. That being said this new end of the year update keeps crashing with the new font colors ( which I’m so happy they got by the way because the few colors they had weren’t enough ) anytime I try one of the new colors and try to edit the text the app crashes and my work is saved all but the long text I just wrote and can’t fully remember. Please fix this!!!!!!! And maybe add text rotation!

Can you extend the the video length export? Currently it cuts off at 15 seconds. Otherwise, great work! I’m loving the new font pack and templates.👍

i’d like to minimize spacing in between the lines but every time i do, the app closes on me. so that would be nice to fix. i’d also would like the original colors to come back for font colors and backgrounds.

I love this app but recently it started to crash when I change the spacing between the lines.

I wish there was a bundle available to purchase for all the frames and themes available, rather than having to go through the tedious process of buying every package one by one and paying tax on every one. Otherwise it’s a rocking app!

This app has been great but all the sudden it keeps shutting down! Every time I try to adjust the spacing in between each line of text, the app quits! I’ve restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app and it still quits on me. My app is also up to date. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Recently the app has been crashing while trying to adjust the space between lines. Other than that it’s wonderful!

Would be great if I could actually purchase the in-app features. Whenever I go to purchase new templates (FF1 or RED for example) it says “trying to connect to App Store” and NEVER does. I’ve reached out to company and no response. :( it’s a really cool looking app though.

I normally love this app but lately I’ve been having quite of bit of issues. Between it randomly crashing and then I’ll have the text selected and when I go to move it, it moves something else on that page like the picture for example. It’s just little things like that. Please fix.

i really love the editing on this app but honestly even after spending money, the app will close out while i’m adding text and will lose my progress. at first, i was like whatever about it, but it gets frustrating. otherwise the app is wonderful & is a great place to make cute edits.

Beautiful layout and easy to do. Plus you can add videos too.

Anytime I try to make an in app purchase, it says connecting to App Store but never connects, besides that’s the app is great. How do I fix that problem? It has been occurring for months.

I love this app but recently, it’s so annoying to move the text. It keeps wanting to got to the next picture. It’s a tiny issue that causes so much frustration! I’m forced to use another app.

I love this app and i’m very ecstatic having stumbled upon it!! one thing it’s missing, for me anyways, would be the option to pivot the words and have the ability to put them along the edges of the pictures or background.. other than that it’s perfect

Ok i love the Unfold. And I’m using it a lot. And i have purchased many packs in it. But recently i have found a problem in text editing and it’s really a bummer! Every time i want to reduce the space between lines in text editing, it just pops out of the the app!

definitely have been enjoying using my creativity on this app, however, recently, it has been crashing randomly whenever i attempt to change the space in between the lines on text. i really would love to continue using but if it continues like this i’ll have to delete it. it is very frustrating.

I really like apps , wish the duration of video could be played for 60sec iso 15sec :(

Wish there was a way to swap out templates for another after selecting a picture when the first selected template isn’t a good fit with the picture once you see them together. Currently you have to delete the page and then select a new template then finally select the picture again. It would just be faster and more convenient if there was an option to continuously swap templates. ALSO! There should be a way to resize the white boxes on the templates. One size does not always work for every picture.

Crashes constantly whenever I try to adjust text line height. Love the app but this is becoming a deal breaker.

I have loved this app, but recently I have been unable to change the spacing between lines of text without the app crashing. Can’t find a way to report the bug either. Went to the website and their “contact us” section doesn’t work either.

I love this app! Great for being creative and perfect for making my phone wallpapers. I really wish they would keep the icon red!

Love this app, it’s simple and easy to use.. Except there’s a glitch on the letter spacing, every time I want to use it, it shuts down and it’s annoying so I have to use another app instead. Could you guys please fix this? Thanks!

The pictures in the previews obviously try to make the templates look as good as possible, would’ve been great if i could try them on my own pictures before buying. Like vsco, where you can’t save the picture, but get to try the full functionality, so you know it’s worth getting.

I bought FS1 and it doesn’t even show up as an option to edit!!! I feel like they stole my money and don’t have it available. Don’t purchase from them.

This app is so tasteful, and allow you to keep memories and create stories in very simple and elegant way. As mentioned before by others, it a pity that there is no option to share the book/story as a proper book/story, online or in print. If the app would only partner with one of the photo book apps, shutterfly for instance, you would make so much from people like me, who spent 3 hours creating a story book with the best moments of my kids in the year, and now I don’t have a practical way of printing it in a proper album format. Overall, congratulations on the beautifully created app!

don’t get me wrong, i love unfold. the contents are so creative, and i buy all the products they release (although i wish they would drop some free ones from time to time).... but whenever i save a story or a page, the quality of the photo/video becomes bad. i thought maybe it was my photo/video, so i compared the two (original ones & edited ones) and the quality of the photo obviously drops when i edit them with unfold. it becomes a little pixelated.. hope this problem gets fixed soon!

unfold should add more free package bc everything is just the same. but overall love this app!! recommended❤️❤️

I really love this app from the day i found out about it. It has really changed the way i post stories on IG. 5/5 for that

I am loving this app so far. It really brings my stories to life and sets them apart. I really do wish there was a way to save all my stories created in the app in my account because I just got a new phone and there is no way for me to transfer all that info over. I am an influencer and I use the app to plan future content so this was a big downfall for me.

This is a really great app! I have IG and it works well with stories & share to instagram. This is one app I don’t mind paying a little because it’s 5 stars all the way. Please let us rotate texts & this will put the icing on the cake. Always look forward to new Templates.

Absolutely in love with the layouts and templates but with the new updated version, I’m unable to save projects with video long than 15 seconds :( this was my “go-to” app for IG but without the extended video feature, it sure is a bummer

I use this to create a large amount of content. This app provides a great number of templates that allows me to create many unique perspectives and point of views from one piece of content. I can make a simple promo video stretch to 10+ pieces of work. I love it

I’m loving this app but what would make it a 5 for me would be ability to rotate text as well as more font styles and colors or even better the ability to use a color picker tool to pick a color that matches your photo.

This is such an amazing app. This is probably one of the most useful app in making professional looking stories without much work needed. The only problem I have with this app is that it needs more colors especially in the fonts, atleast the basic colors like red and orange would be good. Other than that, totally in love with this app!!

A very thoughtfully curated App, even if you aren't a storyteller it makes you into one!

Admittedly I haven’t used this app for very long. I’m writing a kids’ story about a cow who is starting a new school and doesn’t know anyone yet...but don’t worry, he makes friends quickly 😊. I won’t bore everyone but yeah, I don’t think this is intended to be Indesign (haha) or something that lets you print high-res physical books, but it’s great for Instagram stories or even what I’m doing, just a modest short story with illustrations. I’m not sure it’s even the best option for that as placement of objects and other formatting options is pretty limited. Basically, you’re confined to using the templates and fonts it comes with as well as the unlockable ones (which are quite reasonable). It’s not a money pit at all. If it does what you need, I think the price is right. But as I said before, don’t expect a desktop (phonetop?) publishing solution; it’s not that. I’m taking off one star because I use my various iPads (or my iMac) 100% of the time for stuff like this, and my iPhone for phone calls, messages, streaming music to my stereo system, and...that’s about it. I was disappointed there wasn’t an iPad version of Unfold and still think it would be a cool thing to offer in the future. However, I understand that most people take photos on their phones, and most social media is geared toward that size/format. I do a lot of design with much bigger ‘canvases’ so being limited to a skinn vertical rectangle is a bit of a drag. Not really a fault, but I doubt I’ll be using it much simply given there are no higher resolution options or a native iPad app. It’s just not right for my needs, but it has potential!

This app doesn’t give instructions, for example the DSW, I paid $1.99 and it won’t post to Instagram and doesn’t work!😡

Wish i had known about it sooner! It’s making my stories look nicer and more out together to promote our app, events, and more!

The app is very simple to use and it makes my stories look very professional and eye appealing, I can tell that I’m going to use this app more frequently.

I love the app but the inability to rotate text frustrates me to no end.

Am I the only one who can’t find a “contact us” or “support” button within the app? There is not even an account or log in to see what I have purchased. I have purchased 2 packs and they never download immediately. One I still don’t have. I like the app... but am very frustrated with the app support..

Love this app! But it won’t let me download the newest package (DW1) it just cycles around the download button and won’t connect to the App Store but I can download other apps outside the app and other packages from in the app

Good tool for beginner, which i am. However even i notice things are missing— limited color and fonts, limited templates. But good for the price!!

I loooove this app so much and my only complaint is that you can’t rotate the text! My favorite set is FF1 and I wish so much that I could insert text and rotate/angle it to align with the off-centered Polaroid templates! You can add in insta but not with the same fonts and doesn’t look as good. Given all the text options currently available it seems like it should be a no-brained to enable text box rotation!!!

Can’t get enough of this app! Worth the download. It adds the perfect touch to my pictures. 👌🏻

Hi Team, Thanks for developing such a great app; it adds character to my IG stories. I did noticed that the sounds on videos stopped working! I’m on ios 12.1

The charm of Unfold is that it is such a simple shortcut to the tedious photoshop work that photographers did to post on Instagram stories. And the team has done a stellar job in expanding the app’s capabilities. But there are a few things that they are yet to include or did poorly. 1: The export picture ratio is set for older phones like the iPhone 7, but with new screen sizes and shapes, Unfold should launch an update that supports screen sizes like the iPhone XS 2: The first 3 sets were kind of repetitive, people paid for new templates that simply moves a photo a bit higher or more to the right. Granted some of the template were fresh and new, but lots were too similar. 3: One thing that could really enhance the user experience would be to add in a creative mode where you could alter a certain template by moving your photograph anywhere on the page, not just the grey box with the + icon. Or even a creative mode where users could mix and match certain aspects of different templates they’ve bought. These three things would set apart Unfold from other apps like Adobe Spark or Photoshop. And it would become the most sold choice for quick wallpapers, IG story posts, or photo stories.

Love the simplicity of this app, easy to use, and the options that are free are great!!!! Best app I’ve downloaded/found in a while. 11/10 would recommend!!! No complaints so far. ☺️

Would you have suggestions is this something to do with my iPhone 8 Plus or is it the app? I’m getting Domain error 4 and no in app purchases allowed 😢

I love the entire concept and what the app has to offer! I even purchased one of the film packs because I love it so much, and normally I dont even bother spending money on photo apps. The designs are great and its easy to use. However, I really care about the photo quality of my pictures after I process them with an app. That leads me to the only issue I have with this app. I upload a great quality picture to one of the presets, only to save it with really mediocre quality. As a photo app, I believe you guys should focus more on improving the quality of the pictures! Compressing the pictures to lower quality really makes the app less enjoyable as a lot of the details in the original picture are no longer sharp or as visible. I hope you guys can work on improving the quality of pictures after we save them to our camera roll!

If i bought some fonts and the different types of pages. But changed phone how do I still be able to use it in the new phone?

I really love this app, but when you export out of it, it’s rather low resolution. Visibly so. I hope they fix this. Or at least give us options to save max resolution.

In the last update you can’t purchase the new template pack. There’s an error. Also, the Unfold parts in the pack should be optional if they’re not. You don’t want to have a branded template pack you paid for. You should be able to customize the window text. Speaking of text the way you’re able to move text bubbles is still glitchy. Like Instagram stories it should be easier to move them around wherever you want. A color picker to match the text and template color to whatever you like would be great too. That would up how the templates come together a lot more then just the options given. Love the app though! It keeps getting better.

I love the app and maybe this is just me not knowing what I’m doing but i bought a editing set and it wound come up at the bottom when I go to create a story and I just feel like i lost $1.99.

I love this app! I can’t wait for new updates; new templates and fonts. Some color text options might be nice in the future.

Great app for InstaStory and would love to use it for IGTV but it cuts the videos down to :15 seconds. Can you expand the video length so the app becomes more multipurpose?

It only have one free frames and all of them you should pay for it pleas make more free frames , and it will be better if these frames be available for instagram posts sizes too , white logo was better

I love this app. One of my favorite things was the subscription offer they used to have. You used to pay a flat fee and get all the new stuff. Now you have to buy things individually. I wish the would have kept the subscription, guess they needed to fill their pockets even more.

I’ve been using Unfold for months now. Recently, I downloaded a few other story building apps to give them a go. Unfold by far is the easiest to use. I have all of the templates and use each on a regular basis. If I had to ask for one thing to be different about the app, it would be the ability to rotate the text! Maybe the ability to hide certain fonts or templates that you don’t really use? Thanks for creating this app. It has really helped me create beautiful stories.
