Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMI bought the layouts package but all the layouts are wide, which means they won’t print on standard paper. I won’t really use them, since i can’t print leave behinds or email people PDFs of the decks I would create, for them to print. For me, this was a waste of money.

Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMI bought the full toolkit. They are going to take my presentations many levels up and save tons of time. I’m glad many people in my circle use MS PowerPoint because they will think I’m a master at this stuff.

Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMSo let me get this straight. The $39.99 that I paid for the toolbox, only gets me access to the toolbox and notthing else? I'm being charged for each $3-5 for each template. And about those templates, each should include a separate slide that has all the icons used within the template. Otherwise, you have to browse through each master to find the ones that you need. Each should also always include a BLANK slide for when you need to change a master slide. Otherwise, it’s a terrific toolbox. I just think I’m being nickeled & dimed. $40 is a lot to pay to “look" inside the toolbox.

Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMI bought this two months ago. Worked fine on all my devices. Loved it. Now, early Jan 2018 it works on one device. but stopped working on primary device and wants to charge me for the app marked “Purchased” Details: 1. Is listed at “Purchased” on my Apple App Store page on all devices.. 2. Shows purchased on the app when I click on it in my Purchased list. 3. But- then immediately wants to charge me $39.99 when I click on any of the template diagrams. THIS NON-FUNCTIONING PROCESS IS ON THE DEVICE I USED TO PURCHASE THE APP IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE APP WORKS ON A SECOND DEVICE THAT WAS NOT THE ONE USED FOR ORIGINAL PURCHASE. 4. Will not do anything when I click “Restore Purchases” Will not let me reinstall app. Just keeps coming back to wanting to charge me $39.99 no matter what I do. I have been through all the instructions, and have spent more than an hour trying to work this through and going through all the purchase receipts. Can’t find any of the single diagram items I bought, and used 2 months ago. No help on the Jumsoft app site Very frustrating. I would have given this 5 star rating before today. Today, this is useless. Will love it again if they fix it.

Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMI don’t know why restoring purchases has been difficult for me. I have 4 macs and have Toolbox for Keynote and Pages on all of them. After initially purchasing the entire set for thsi app I was able to use them on the computer they were purchased from. When downloading them on my other Macs from the App Store using the same Apple ID, and clicking Restore Purchases from the menu bar I am still unable to access the content. I performed some troubleshooting steps recommended by support after emailing them and the issue continues. The app continues to reflect the individual item pricing and the group pricing (currently $39.99) at the top of the window. The content itself is great, and had I not experienced continued issues with restoring purchases I would have rated this app 5 stars.

Reviewed on 3/10/20 1:47 PMToolbox has come in handy on multiple occassions for reports and presentations I have developed for clients. What I particularly appreciate is the diversity of design approaches. This has made it easier to find a graphic that matches whatever style I am using at the moment. Do you want a more whimsical chart? Do you what a more flat graphic? Do you want something more formal? You can pretty much find the same type of image element you want in these multiple styles. And as others have said, there is quite a bit of selection. I do wish the search was a little more robust, or that the identifiers associated with the elements were more descriptive to help with searches (e.g., I would like to be able to search for a map, red, 3D, shadow or infographic, science, grey, modern).
