App is simply to use and works great.

This is a great app that works well and proves to be very useful. I use it mainly to create custom icons for my document folders for quicker identification. I also created custom icons for the SD cards I use in my digital cameras. Again, this perfect for quick identification when the cards are mounted. My only request is for a CF card template.

Being new to MacOS I didn’t know how to change an icon with a picture as it is so easy with Linux. This app makes the process simple.

good, but not free

I had one wish today...I wanted to make a quick icon change with a custom image. Dragging png or jpg files just does not work. Luckliy, this app works just fine and makes it so easy that you only have to drag the image and then the folder and you are done. No need to even open the file/folder properties/get info.

I'll always draw my own icons, so free drag & drop (original/unlocked option) is all I need to make this a handy tool.

I love how easy this program is to use. Drag a piece of art or photo inside the circular well, hit the button - then choose the format of your icon. Adjustments are very easy to make. I've used this app for over a year now and it's always worked great! Five stars all the way around!

What else can I say? It’s perfect. You just drag an image file, then drag your app onto it, and you’re done! It’s that simple. I highly reccomend this program to anyone having frustrations with your Mac app icons.

I've been using a very old app to remove custom icons from a large number of files when I want to reset. The app was always crashing. Image2icon performs this important task fast and accurately. There are lots of apps to make customer icons and this provides a good offering. Thanks...

I use it everyday for the work I do for the TV Studio. Creative people tend to be very visual and being able to make custom icons quickly and easily is a must. I love how fast I can make a custom folder icon and get on with my work. You guys are the best. I just wish there was a way for the icons to transfer to windows computer too.... maybe in the next edition?

I've been using this somewhat casually for a while. Decided to purchase in order to support developer and to unlock features. I used Folder Icon X years ago and was disappointed when it was working...um, less well. Glad to see this app for those times when I want to customize my folder icons.
