When moving my OSX up to Mojave, it was an unintended consequence that my Cintiq was made 'obsolete'. At least obsolete in the opinion of Wacom, who have decided not to give driver support on my 1st generation Cintiq 21UX (which has worked tirelessly and flawlessly for 13 years). I called them and they said it was 'a hardware incompatibility issue'. After some digging on the web, I found this app and decided to give it a go before spending $1,600 on a new Cintiq. It worked perfectly and the questions I had about set up were promptly answered by the creators. Good job giving new life to my faitful digital companion.

Brought my Cintiq21UX back from the dead. Had a little trouble getting the app going on my own, but a quick email to support and it was working like a charm. Excellent app, outstanding support!

This app worked great in connecting my Cintiq 21UX to Mojave OS on a Mac Powerbook since Wacom no longer supports the drivers for my tablet. I did have to try out different adapters and hubs but eventually got the old connections to work with Thunderbolt. I emailed the developer and they were happy to help me figure out what might be wrong til it worked! Thank you!

I'm not sure if the software itself helped fixed my problem, but the staff was extremely responsive and prompt in offering help. My problem has been fixed and I am happy to support the service and staff if it means they can continue to develop work when Wacom won't!

I’ve had a CTE-450K that has been only partially working for a long time. Despite multiple unstalls and reinstalls of the Wacom software The Tablet preferences were missing. The tablet only worked as a sort of second mouse. I found this app mentioned in an article and decided the price was worth the gamble. I thought the app didn’t work at first because none of the options changed after I installed it. But for the first time in I don’t know how long the Wacom preferrences appeared in my system preferrences again. I was able to configure my tablet and use it in digital art applications. I’m thrilled! Thank you!

Thank you for this. My Tablet has been working for years, but I haven't had anything for a working preferences pane for it in years. Exellent to let me configure it again. In addition I've had a question on something and the author was quite quick in getting back to me for more information.

After purchasing a new iMac 2019 with Mojave, I was disappointed that my Cintiq wouldn't work. After contacting Wacom, and finding out that they will no longer support this model, I was determined to find a solution. After looking through Wacom's Twitter support page, another Cintiq owner recommended this app, and figured it couldn't hurt to try it. It was well worth the $9.99 to get my Cintiq up and running again! Thank you so much!
