Great game with bugs

Every time I change to a new device the connectivity with Facebook causes issues. Support from EA is worthless. When it works it’s great.

Every time I update it freezes, or won’t let me back into my Facebook account to play, or something else. It’s always messing up. I paid the premium one and love scrabble, but can’t ever play with my friends.

One of my favorite games to play!

They removed the option to play more than 1 person at once!!

I’d understand if this was how it always was, but they literally remove the feature to play a 3+ player game with an update and still have the gall to tell me I finished in second place — why on earth would you do that? Answer: to force you to play on Facebook instead of in the app (yeah, the one you paid for) Why? Because there’s no way to block ads on facebook. Hasbro cares not about you, but about ad revenue. Fix this hasBRUH! Don’t charge us money so you can pay your programmers and make your apps LESS functional. Truly disgusting business practice.

The "Teacher" deserves a "D"

The "Teacher" consistently misses obvious higher point words that I defensively have not used! It also does not understand defensive play! Speaking in defense of the app an automatic forfeit after only 20 minutes would be absurd! It is not meant to simulate board play on your kitchen table! But then again, having to wait 2 days to force forfeit a non playing opponent is way too long!

Furthermore, if both players have one remaining letter at the end of the game, even if there is no possible word to be made with that letter, there is no protocol to end the game — you can either endlessly “pass” you turns, or one of you can forfeit — but forfeiting doesn’t just end the game, it means you lose, so even if I’m up by 100, if my opponent refuses to forfeit, there is no way to win the game without forfeiting and losing. How many years does it take to iron out details like this?

Old news that you ruined a great game..

That being said, why can't you fix the obvious bugs on this version? The game is so slow you want to break your phone. You have to touch the buttons several times to get any response. Why can't you resign from games that are way out of hand? Not worth repeating the thousands of other complaints that you are obviously ignoring, but why can't you even make this inferior version tolerable?

The notch

Game isn’t really ready to be played on an iPhone with a notch. Those have been out for more than a year now, so I’m kind of surprised by this.

Caution: This app needs to be updated to support the iPhone X screen size... it’s not usable on the X and Xs as the score isn’t fully viewable. EA please update your app!
