Hard to enter card 4 digit security code on iPad. Screen will not enlarge to see space.

Adding addresses at checkout is not intuitive. App doesn’t fit correctly on iPad Pro, mostly the modal windows not scrollable and not sized properly. This is really a below average attempt at an e-commerce app for a company that likely relies heavily on e-commerce sales.

Giving 4 stars for a three reasons mainly the app has not integrated Apple Pay. Had to enter my credit card details into the app and save them for quick checkout later. Would prefer to just double click for Apple Pay. Sleek interface, however, I would like to be able to access product information from cart view rather than just pictures of the pods. A simple back link from picture to product information would be nice. Product information is very descriptive but there really is no “key” to detail how the 1 to 12 rating system works, or even what is being rated, one can only assume it is how blonde or bold the espresso is? Or caffeine levels per serving?

I always get emails that give me a free item but never find a step in the process of ordering that lets me enter the “code” for the free item. It really should pop up somewhere as your checking out.

iPad version is not sized properly in the checkout window and will not allow orders to be placed due to inability to enter requested information. Forced to use iPhone version which works fine.

Overall a great app and experience- as long as you don’t want to update your personal info. I updated my address 3 times and it still didn’t register. Still had my old address listed during checkout and had to enter it a 4th time. Also the back button experience was awful. Had to hit that back bottom half dozen times to get back to the home screen. This is just the experience I had with the profile update process. The rest of the app is pretty good.

OK but one annoying bug

The app functions OK for looking at products and placing orders but there is a very annoying glitch in the critical part of the app where I add payment details in a pop up. It asks for the CVV code but doesn’t frame the text correctly so I can’t see what I type. Very annoying and unprofessional. My guess is it’s a bug for me using an iPad Pro that might not be evident on other devices.

App seems to run more stable and does not shut down all the time . Took me only 5 min to reorder this time . But it would not let me place the order , because and error message came up telling me to review my order , without telling me what was wrong. So I had to look back and forth , until I noted that the billing adress and shipping adress were switched around . A better app would tell me right away that my credit card info is not correct . I am using this app for at least 4 years ... probably longer

It would be nice if notifications could be used, tailored to alert me for availability of favorites - especially limited coffees like Paris Black. Otherwise the app is fine - no complaints. Update - Have had an issue with redundant, duplicate orders as the app hesitates. Make sure you don’t press order button more than once even if the app doesn’t seem responsive. Not sure why more apps don’t have technology built in to eliminate this error - or a cancel feature like Nike.

The developer of this app needs to refactor how their navigation works. Using the back (arrow) button shouldn’t involve the navigation history feature. Especially when making changes to my preferences. It could cause problems with the data.
