I loved most things about this App. With it being used for possibly larger events where you may have more people doing registration and check in, I would suggest an option to sync with other users. Not just email them file that would need to be changed on both.

Very difficult to use, features aren't worth paying for. Want my money back!

I am using this app for my wedding and it is perfect. I exported all my contacts from excel and tracked all rsvp through it!

What a great little software. I, of course wanted some features that weren't on here. They're response was immediate and personal. You got to love that! Hey apple would love to see this for pc's so my clients (not in 21st century) will be able to use also.

I mainly bought this to layout my wedding reception. It is awesome because it has helped me track all of my guests and addresses, figure where I will sit them all, and where all my specialty tables go! It makes it so easy to customize your event area! Also, I'm totally an a*** retentive person, this helps put my mind at ease that everything and everyone is where they need to be!

It is a great app for small and less elaborate events. However, I coordinate mostly large events. Therefore, I wish I could name the tables in addition to the seating. This would make it easier to switch tables if I need to. A "switch" button would also be useful. But great app. Just wish it did more.

This app can be more friendly if added some features like entering the number of guest, seating style, stage size, and tell us before that the area given don't accommodate the given number of guest in selected style. Drawing section need featues like copy multiple items and past them ect. Guest related section is very good.

Not there yet. Until then... try another app like Seatcharter.

Made everything so much simpler

I've used this app for two years and for two large events, over 650 attendees and updated seating to the last minute. This app helped us seat guests and next year we will only be using this app for reservations. The developer was extremely helpful when an issue was found with gmail...and the PDF printing has fixed that as well! Thanks for an impressive app!

We had an outdoor wedding for 100 under a 40x60 tent with a live band. Had it not been for this app I would have gone with the 40x40 tent and run out of room! Sure, you can seat a lot of people under that tent but what about all of those extras like buffet line, cake table, guest book, and gift table. Do you realize how much space a 6 piece band and 20x20 dance floor takes up?! I didn't. This allowed me to lay out different sizes and types of tables of create a design that wasn't so boring and helped save me a LOT of money because I had a plan when I went to the rental company. This app was TOTALLY worth it for my Type A personality!

I just purchased this app and immediately have problems with it. When I tap on the contacts icon the app shuts down. I request a refund. I give it no stars, but it wouldn't let me submit without at least one. Please refund!

I loved this app. I spent a whole evening trying to download and use free software and met with nothing but frustration--and then thought I should check to see if there was an app. The instructions were so easy and clear and importing the guest list was a breeze. After that, it took about 10 minutes to do the seating arrangement for my daughter's wedding reception. I was thrilled to be able to email the table layout and the list of invitees at each table to the bride right away. This is an app that makes life so much easier--and made me ever so happy to own an iPad!!

Maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it, but the templates only offer round tables- doesn't help for people using rectangular, banquet size tables. This app would've been absolutely perfect if it wasn't for that :-(

I've gone through so many event planning apps and seems like this is the best for me!

I bought this on a whim to help with planning a more corporate event. Obviously, original intent was a wedding-type event planner but for some of our events I would have been able to use it okay. After seeing just how handy this could be, I had another member my team download. We brainstormed some possibilities and I decided to drop the developer a request for some additional items, such as classroom-style tables, to be added. I received a response the same day, and even had an additional email from him to clarify what I was hoping for. Well, today MyBanquets was updated and there are the classroom tables! Now planning my training sessions will be that much easier!! If you plan regular events, or for you Brides-to-be that have to make sure everything is perfect, give this a try!

I am planning a birthday party with over 100 guests. This app helped me keep track of the guest list with ease. I had a problem migrating my event from the free version to the paid version and the support that i received was top notch. They answered my question very quickly and offered to walk me through the steps to fix the problem.

I bought this thru a recommendation and found it quite helpful in organizing my banquet and entertainment part of my biz x I will recommended to my banquet staff to use this program x and it's very simple and easy to use, will wait for my staff to use it and get their comments.

Love this app! It was great for my daughter's wedding. Worked great in communicating w/facility organizer as well as being integral in allowing the reception seating to go sooo smoothly. I seriously had not one worry brought to me. By the time the wedding came, I had used the app enough that I was confident that all would go well. That is saying a lot, with my experience in event facilitating. LOVE IT.

I like the program but am unable to type in guest's names individually. I don't want to import the names, I want to type the names in.

I'm using this app to help keep track of the invite list and set up our seating at my daughter's upcoming Sweet 16 party. I was able to import my list and get up and running in no time. I had a few issues and questions and the developer got back to me immediately. Highly recommend!

This app is fun and easy to use! I had a few questions about custom images and how to print the diagram so I e-mailed support and received the answers to my questions right away! Great customer service! If you are in the event industry or planning an event, fundraiser or wedding I highly recommend this app!

I love using this app to plan my wedding reception seating. So much better than poster board!!

This app was very helpful to me for table layout and within table seating. However, a big help would be to see full layout with the ID of each guest AT the chair. This would have been extremely helpful. Consider this a feature in next update please.

Worked wonderfully for a recent event. Can be used for table seated guests, or just guest list and RSVP. Love that I can email the list. Would like to see a list for menu and people's food choice. For the time being that can be added to the note section. Would also be helpful to have a place to list ages of children. I set up a children's table and spaced older children in between younger ones. While working with this app on my iPad I've had people say they could use an app like this.

Easy to use, just wish it would take you to the table location from the invite list that way when people are checking in you could just click on the table number and it would show where the table was located

This is a must have app if you are planning a dinner for a wedding reception or something similar. Been a great help in planning our wedding and the developer was amazing at responding to feedback and updating the software. Best app I have used for the iPad thus far!

Love this app but you should be able to sit people at different tables even if they are grouped with someone else's invite

Love the program. I am using it for a group baseball outing with the Worcester Tornadoes (Massachusetts). It does most everything I'd want it to do. 2 needs... More than 12 guests per person. I would also like the sizing function to be more finely adjustable. Those two additions/modifications and I would rate 5 stars.

This is probably the best iPad app that I have encountered yet. It does it all when it pertains to its subject. Other apps could take notes from the creators of this one. Great job guys......

Worth the price.

This App is really great. As an event planner these are hard to find..Took awhile to find the additional shapes to add... Would be nice if it was easier to email the template to clients and such that don't have the app-- figured out a way to do,as well as be able to draw a little more on the template. Look forward to next update- for now- 4 Stars!

Best app I have purchased to date- organizes guest lists, makes it easy to track who has responded (love the stats feature, so easy to give a quick response as to where we are to date), the seating assignment has been fantastic with this app.

My only gripe is that it doesn't show you an at-a-glance overview of seating as people check in; my events hinge on knowing how many people have checked in at each table, and having to go in to each table individually to put a check mark by a name is very time consuming. Otherwise it is a great planning tool!
