I have a subscription to FC plus the digital issues from 2012 but when they updated their app I could no longer receive them on my iPad. I called FC and found out my ipad (with old app) could no longer upgrade to the new iOS 11.4.1. I was planning on purchasing a new iPad anyway so when I tried to reinstall all the old issues again on the new, updated one I could not. Very frustrating! So I called FC again. This time I was transferred to the Digital subscription dept and spoke to a woman: Debbie, who was EXTREMELY HELPFUL! First, she told me to delete the old app. Then download from the App Store the FC app again. After that I opened the app, put in my email and when it says to reinstall issues you must press “Subscriptions”, NOT digital. After a few seconds....all my magazines reappeared! So for those of you who still haven’t been able to get your passed issues try this, and thank Debbie in digital magazine dept. Great Magazine!

I’m a print subscriber and had been able toread the issues on my ipad as well. Suddenly last year, my login credentials no longer work in the app; they do work at finecooking.com and I dohave an active print subscription. Very frustrating to not have access to the digital back issues on my ipad when I travel.

Used to love Fine cooking however due to upgrade lost all purchases from 2015-2017. Do not bother with this app. Customer service no help at all. Very frustrating.

This is a lousy app if you are a print subscriber. Theoretically you should be able to pair the app with your print subscription info and get FREE access to the issues that fall within your subscription period. But in practice it never works and the app asks you to pay (again!) even for issues you have already received in print. Deceitful! It is the last time I renew my subscription to Fine Cooking.

I can no longer access issues from half of 2015 to 2017. I started a new subscription not knowing if it would help or not. I called customer service -totally useless. This is why I may go back to paper.

I was gifted an all-access subscription, and can't get beyond the front page. App says no magazines are available. No option to do anything or go anywhere. Why bother? Deleting it.

The print magazine has top-notch content. But their digital team should be fired. I abandoned the app more than a year ago, only to come back thinking, "Surely by now, they've fixed it." Well, not so surely. Same problems, including a download speed that requires several long minutes to even open an issue. This is embarrassing for a publication of this size and quality.

Again this app really is bad. After purchasing the Dec 2015/Jan/2016 issue it will not download on any of my devices. Reloaded app and keep getting Unzip Error message. Need to do a better job of speeding up this app for downloading issues and keeping up with the current iOS.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this app. My favorite feature is that there are hot links on each page that will take you exactly where you expect them to. My second favorite feature is that you can see the hot links when you first land on a page. From a content perspective, I love the recipes in the magazine / app ... Fine Cooking is the first magazine I go to to find a dish I want to cook.
