Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMI am out of state and can not get my them to unlock my Mobil account. If you do not want to get stuck out of town and locked out of account. I would suggest moving bank accounts. I will continue to publicize this. And speak to better business bureau. I would not recommend first Tennessee bank to anyone.

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMI have used other apps, and this is the WORST for mobile deposits. The app doesn’t take the pic for you, and rather than manually verifying a check the can’t read, they decline the deposit. Fix this, and the app would be much better.

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMwhy would anyone create an app as bad as this thing? Slow, crashes, constantly disables fingerprint ID for no reason. I understand it resetting itself whenever I update my IOS, but why all the other times? It seems like they really don’t trust Touch ID. First app I’ve had that makes me think about changing banks. UPDATE: finally they listened! Fingerprint login works. Thank you.

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMInteresting how FTB has yet to acknowledge me yet others are given a response... Last year, FTB said in the version notes that Zelle would be introduced “later this year.” Its 2019 and still no Zelle, and once again saying “later this year”(although now they don’t even say anything about it coming!) FTB is behind in technology. My credit union has Zelle but FTB can’t get it together? The app is broken and FTB does not follow up on their word nor give any update. Don’t trust this bank!

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMI had an iPhone 6s and the Touch ID would work for a week to 2 weeks and quit consistently. I upgraded this week to an iPhone X and was thrilled that this problem would go away. Well it just never worked to begin with on this phone and it where it shows you can touch it to login, it doesn’t even recognize my touch at all. This is such poor software. I have never had an app fail so badly on a security feature that has become so standard for almost all mobile phone technology. I hope this is fixed ASAP.

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMThe app originally worked fine but Touch ID and quick glance don’t work anymore. It says i have quick glance enabled in settings but every time try to use it, it tells me i don’t have it enabled. My fingerprint doesn’t even show up anymore and it doesn’t give me the option to put a new one back in. I even tried deleting the app multiple times. Considering taking my banking elsewhere due to the repetitive inconveniences the bank doesn’t seem to care about.

Reviewed on 10/30/19 1:38 PMThis app gets very frustrating. The “Touch ID” rarely works. I have to completely delete the app and download it again for it to work again for a few days. No other apps I have do that. They remember my fingerprint and log me right in. The “quick glance” is never an updated amount either. Again, very very frustrating. I like having First Tennessee as my bank, don’t get me wrong, but their app is one of the worst I’ve ever had.
