I purchased the app and it will not load. Wow! Grrr...

For some reason when I click on the app it opens then closes. It was working but now it’s doing g it again. Though I paid for it, now I’m looking to buy another cause the problem still persists.

Overall I like this app and I use it often. It makes it feel manageable to get out of debt completely. One request: show me which payments I’ve already made. I often forget whether or not I marked the “make payment” button for that month. I use it to manage both mine and my husband’s debts, and I don’t have access to his accounts to look up what the current balance is. I do that for my own, although it’s annoying to have to keep logging into the accounts separately to check the balances against what this app says. Just throw a “payment history” feature into this app and I would give it more stars.

Bought the app. Loaded all the information in. The next day when I tried to open the app it kept on crashing. Deleted and redownloaded. Same result.

I spent quite a bit of time inputting all my debt info. Then I added a password. It's the same 4 number password I use on things such as this and now the app won't let me in. It freezes on the first tab and won't accept my password on the other ones. Very disappointed!!!

I got this app when it was free and have found it very useful. It is keeping me on track on my way to living debt free!

This app is easy to use. I really like that I can see the interest I've saved! However, it would be nice if I could make future one-time payments or adjust the snowball amount on a future date to play around with how changes in my payment schedule might effect my snowball. It would also be nice to be able to make a payment start date for upcoming student loans which will be due later. Finally, this app would be better if paid loans remained in the app so I can see what I've accomplished, especially with the "interest saved" feature.

I was great to use til I went back to see if I paid the bill already for the month. There is no indication or payment date made when you log in you made a payment. The only thing it will do is drop down the balance. Everything else was easy to use but I found another one that had everything I needed and it was only .99 cents.

I bought the app, now every time I try to enter anything the app closes out. I've rebooted and tried doing it all over. Nothing. Waisted my money.

This app is a great way to keep track of debt and to determine which card to pay off first. I am nearly debt free thanks to this app and the snowball method!! The only thing that would make it better is if it linked up to my accounts and updated automatically.

It'll help you get out of debt faster and comes with great tracking features. Intuitive interface, recommended!

Password feature is great

I researched several snowball apps before choosing this one. It is the best one and easiest to use.

This app is so easy to use for what it is. It helps play with numbers to help develop a goal. And am proud to say that after 2 years, I am completely debt free.

I came across this app last week and it gave me all the motivation I needed to fix my credit. I knew I needed to pay of my debts to get started. Luckily for me, I do not have a mortgage! The app is great for listing and keeping track of what you owe. I have started with the smallest debt and will work my way up to the biggest and last. The app offers different methods to use, but I prefer to start at the bottom. I highly recommend this app for all!

Helps show me advantage of making higher payments. Shows how quickly I can pay off bills.

Exactly what I was looking for! I would love to see an "extra payment" option on the 'Debts-Update Debts' screen. Overall, love the app! It's simple and easy to use!

Thanks for giving me something that is easy to use to organize and manage our debt. If i use the plan exactly as shown, we will pay off every bill, including our home in only seven years. I never would have thought that could be possible. Thanks so much.

This app helped us to see how possible it is to get out of debt. We started out with 5 student loans and a mortgage. After using this app for one year, the only debt we have left is the mortgage. We expect that to be paid off in three more years so we can be completely debt_free.

Worth the buy! I downloaded this app, in put my information and it does the rest. I am getting everything taken care of! The reminders are what's saving me! Love it and recommend it!

This app is great for organizing and calculating all your debt. I added my car loan and student loans. It was great to see how I could pay them off faster with the snowball method and which ones to pay first. I love seeing the payment schedule. I will be out of debt much faster than I thought!

A Dave Ramsey ripoff, but with good intentions.

I love this app and have been using it on my iPhone and most recently my iPad. Just this evening when trying to update debts after monthly payments have been made it started crashing when you push "update" to update the current amounts. Please fix this as I love this app and it's not available in the Google play store for my other devices. Thank you.

I spent hours getting all the data and entering it into the app, only to have the app crash and all my data was lost. Waste of money. I am requesting a refund!

This App is very helpful, and I like that it gives you the option to reduce debt by balance, high interest, or minimum payment with just a click of a button! Worth the purchase! Keeps you motivated to reduce debt.

Nice and easy for use

I decided to use this function without reading through all the reviews. There's apparently a problem with line of code dealing with the PW. I created a PW I would remember and for some reason it just won't accept it.

It's truly amazing app! Helps me keep my debt list in order and also helps me focus to pay it off faster. Thank you so much for making this app:) keep up the good work!:)

Edit: Editing this review and dropping a star due to extremely slow response from developer. It took them 10 months to respond to my request!!! Dropping another star because I *still* never received any notification for when payment was due (even though I checked the box on the app). Dropping another star because they don't have a pay weekly option. ******************* So far, the app is decent. I like being able to see payoff dates. But the app seems to be lacking in two distinct ways for my purposes: 1) I checked the "notify me" feature to be notified before a payment is due. I have not received any notifications. 2) A feature that would be very valuable for me (and I'm sure many others) is the option to make multiple payments in a month. I pay weekly to reduce my interest, but can find no way to calculate using that option. Instead, I have to recalculate that every month, which is too time consuming. Make those two changes and this would be a 5 star app.

I love this app. The one thing that would make it perfect would be the option for biweekly payments. ALL of my debts are paid biweekly so my original pay off dates are skewed a bit later than they actually are.

Does not cross tabulate. Should not have purchased.

Haven't used it for too long but it's very helpful. Helps track and map your progress.

This app is no longer being updated or fix, they are just collecting money without any new input or updates, wasted my money on it and ITunes does nothing to remove apps that are no longer working or bug fixed, shame on ITunes, I will buy from them(ITunes) again

A simple tool that will give you the financial 'big picture' that's impossible to wrap your head around without a program like this. A must have for your financial forecast toolbox!

Interface is light years away from intuitive. No directions. Unable to delete a practice debt to try to figure out the ap, and my password wouldn't work. The entire bundle is worth $3.99 less than I paid for it. While the other items have better interface the same calculators are available free.

Easy to use. Seeing the end result helps keep you motivated to stick to your payment schedule.

Well, this app is like a dave ramsey idea. I like the feature where it tells you when to pay off your debt. Really liking this app!

This app is amazing! Helping me keep track of all the loan i took and make sure to pay them! Whether it is my 15k credit card bill or the 2k i owe my best friend I am able to easily follow up on it and calculate the minimum payment in order to pay them back as needed. Great application! Thanks!

Really lets you customize how you are going to attack your debt, and it keeps you on target.

I downloaded this app to give me visual cues and keep my debt payoff on track. I like that I can see different scenarios based on how much money I can drum up for my snowball. Anxious for my first month so I can post payments!!

In an age where customer service in app support is often hard to obtain, Matt goes above and beyond excellent every time. This app works and provides meaningful visual proof of how the debt snowball saving works for anyone who follows the path. When a cloud download challenge due to poor internet caused issues, Matt was able to walk me through it, identify the cause and corrective actions quickly closing the issue completely. Thank you!

I love debt snowball. It really helps see the big picture so you can stay on track. If I could make some change: Be able to see all of your debt snowball on one page instead of having to scroll through each one... (I realize that using this on your iPhone would make that impossible to see without magnifying the screen but it would be nice to have that option.) Also be able to pay off bills in custom order. Otherwise it's totally useful without this but it would make it even better.

This is such a great app and so easy to use! Only issue was with using a passcode. Don't do it. You'll have to re-enter all of your info when you delete and re-install to get back into it. That was frustrating, but now that I know not to use that feature, I love the app!

No visual n can't even enter payoff dates, early payment, lump payments. Just horrible

I like the app so far. I just wish I could get help. I would love to see a notes section for each account.

I was excited to finally find an app that seemed simple and user friendly. I spent time setting up my account, added a passcode...and now I'm locked out as the app says my passcode is incorrect. Nowhere on home screen to ask for help or contact anyone. Go with another app! Seems shady..

Not as functional as it could be, wish there was something that could keep track of when payments were made and how much each payment was. The pay off plan is hard to read, some colorful charts or graphs would be better! ;-) also it said it would notify me one day before a payment was due I have yet to receive any notifications.

The app is a great tool but if you make too many edits it glitches out on the payment plan. Throws the payment schedule off and starts plugging in payment amounts from other accounts. Need to be able to run different scenarios without the numbers getting skewed.

This is a nice, user friendly program to run debt scenarios on. However, at least for me, there appears to be a problem with the password function on the latest program release. I set up a password and then when I try to get back into the program (using the correct password) it does not recognize the password.
