Would recommend this app to any real estate professional! Easy to use & intuitive. Easily meets the requirement for disclosure of costs to buyers and sellers and allows an email feature to send reports to clients. Plus, the purchase includes a desk top version to use on your computer! Highly recommend.

if you are a real estate professional you nard to use this app. works on laptop, desktop, iPad and iPhone without fail. easy to use, customizable and tech support delivers. I have looked and tried many apps and none compare. one of the best tools in my RE toolbox. Thanks Capitol Agent and keep up the great work and updates.

Great tool!

Since the last update my app keeps crashing. Doesn't matter what I'm doing it just crashes after about 30 seconds. Not a feature.

I would have given 5 stars but the price is steep. Overall, a very good app.

Honestly this app is been a complete game changer for me… I do wish that the reports always came out as PDFs rather than JPEG sometimes, but that's no big deal.
