Why present an iPad app if it is not up to the standards expected of BBVA... have to do banking at my desktop because I can not even login into account.

Really? A huge bank, and you can't support an iPad app? Can't load, can't login, can't work. What a joke. Use to work, broke, then worked after update, and now broke again. Sigh.

App does not work! Please fix ASAP.

Not sure of the bank if they can't even get a simple app correct. Even poor grammar on the error message.

Doesn't work. Can't even sign in.

You open the app and Theres a button that say English under the word language. Now you know the whole app cause that's it. Just one page that asks, English? By the other complaints, this has been going on for awhile. I expect better than this from BBVA

Got the app so I wouldn't have to go to the bank to make deposits, but it won't let me sign in. I know my info is correct, i used it to sign in on computer. If they fix that I'll be happy, but for now I'm frustrated.

I really want to like this app but signing on is such a chore - it habitually forgets my credentials and it does not have an option to use the fingerprint sensor for authentication.

A near useless app for a crappy bank.

App installs but will not open afterwards.

This app didn't work for the longest time, but now it seems it has been fixed for the most part. It took a while to sync and load, but so far so good.

For a company that promotes its technology as ranked #1 by Money Magazine, this is a useless app. Complacency kills...stop looking at your bookcase full of trophies and innovate. I agree with others...the gigantic chart is a waste of space complete with useless info. Would be nice if this app supported e-deposits (at least I am unable to find where to do it). I am a relatively new customer of Compass and would give the bank a solid C+ in terms of total customer experience. That means your average...maybe it's time to read the book Good to Great.

The app is broken with update to apple os10. I use the app for bill pay, etc. Buttons within the app no longer work. I deleted app and reloaded it. It is stuck at the select language screen now.

I cannot get past the screen where they want you to agree to new terms. It won't let me agree or view the terms. When I try to view the terms, the whole screen whites out. I am using iOS 10.2.1 on an iPad with retina. I'm deleting this until they fix it.

Current version doesn't let me log in. Strange error message "Application not available for consume now. Sorry for any inconvenience." BBVA says backend upgrade not in sync with new iPad app.

I'm signing up for the first time and I can't even complete my registration! On step four you have to select a category and an image but both are blank....there is nothing to select! :(

I can't get past the login screen because my username starts with a number. I've had this username for years (longer than iPads have even existed) and it works fine on the website and phone app.

Which is also sometimes called the iPad5. I don't know why other reviewers said it did not work. Maybe they need a better tablet.

I don't know what was wrong with the old app, but it is the worst "upgrade" I've experienced in a while. The worst part is that I lost an account I used to be able to transfer to and can't get it back.

Worthless app and the bank is not that great. When you pay a bill online... It still shows that the bill is due... It's a shame that they call this an online app or online banking... When compared to ANY other bank... This is just not worth the effort... More than likely, you will have to go to the bank anyway so why bother with pointless online information

TouchID like about every other major bank app? With this version I can’t paste a long, random, unique password from my password vault into the BBVA logon. And now they save our username. Whoopie. In one update they have made the app LESS secure in two ways since now people can save their username (I won’t use this option) and I’ll have to create a password that is easier to remember and type in. They should require that the phone has a lock code to use the app like Exchange mail services do. That would be a useful security improvement. Think about what you’ve done BBVA. And please revert your paste policy.

Using ipad Air2 ios is current. I have scrolled through all the terms and conditions and app will not allow me to accept. Or cancel for that matter. restart three times, no change. Click link for Help and I get a page that says “Oops, We bet you didn't expect to see this page." Life is too short for me to explore further. The website account access is better, but still janky and inconsistent.

Thank you so much! App is much improved over previous versions. Gone is that meter allowing more screen for banking business. Looking at transactions could have an 'all' option instead of separating pending and posted but not end of the world. Thank you BBVA!

I’m forced to use the browser to check my checks and deposits..app shows no activity.

I used this successfully for some time but for many weeks it wont give me a login option. It just gives me a server down error. It is long past time to fix this app! Mobile banking is a major factor for choosing Compass so you have now given me a big reason to choose another bank.

I had been using this for quite some time and it's been working fine it hung up one day a few days ago so I deleted it tried to reload it upon reloading when it asks for the language you tap English and it hangs up ..I've tried everything with the iPad including hard reboot...no luck wasssup??

Like the ability to deposit checks by photo. Hate the fact that I can only see the available balance on the home page. When I click on my checking account, then it only displays posted transactions. It needs to show posted transactions with a running balance. Annoys me enough not to use the app at all, I'll just go to the website and the actual bank.

iPad will not work at all

I am unable to complete the login process on my iPad. It tells me to go to use the mobile version or something. I went to the website, logged on there and poked around in the site settings to find nothing to enable mobile access. To make matters worse even on the website I can only look at account overview and balance. While trying to load more details about transactions etc. I get forever spinning/loading icons and no info.

This app is very easy to use / very user friendly. I can easily see the information for my NBA Amex card. Nice one-stop information. Highly recommend!!

How come it won't work on an iPad? Stupid! Very disappointed with my bank over this. Somebody get with the program, please.

Functional and clean

This is the first app that comes up when you use App Store and search for bbva. It never works and I always need to change my login information after trying to log in because I believe it fishes for passwords. Second time I was scammed into downloading this app. Apple really needs to check into fraudulent banking apps. If you go to the website it links you to an app called bbva mobile banking app. That one works.

Only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. Surely an organization of this size can manage product testing before releasing an app. I used to use the iPad version frequently but am now told my account is not set up to use the iPad and I should use the iPhone version instead. Pathetic.

This app is completely useless for depositing checks. It freezes immediately when I take he photo of the front of my check. I have to restart the app, sign in again, and have the same thing happen over and over again. It is useless.

This app is WORTHLESS a waste of space. And the customer service from BBVA is as bad as their app. I wish there were a way to record negative stars because this is the worst thing EVER

Prior to this update this app used to work. Now it doesn’t even log me in anymore.

Fix it or remove it.

Terrible app missing features that are in the mobile app for the iPhone. Login is slower, as you must retype your login username every time, unlike the once only feature of the mobile app! This app has not been updated for over a year! Unacceptable in the ever changing banking industry with so much smart phone use. Validates non-commitment from BBVACompass in supporting Apple and it's multiple platforms. Other banks have great support. Wake up BBVACompass or you will continue to lose customers,

What happened? I updated my iPad to the latest version, many months ago, that I have on my iPhone and used it for quite awhile. All of the sudden it reverted back to the old version and no update is available. What's up with that? I use it to balance accounts, so info is still there, just not quite the same. Still go to PC to pay bills, too burdensome on iPad.

This app doesn't always work. Half the time I have to log in on a browser to access my accounts. I can't do anything with the simple cash back program. I send a message through the app asking for assistance with simple cash back and they just tell me to call a 1800 number. I had a small dispute to file and again, they say to call a 1800 number.

This app has not worked for months. I am literally about to change banks if they cannot get the iPad app working. I used to use it every day, this is very inconvenient.

Graphs take over half the page!! Why hide the information I went to the app to get with all the charts & graphs? I thought the first version of this "updated" app was bad but this is ridiculous! They must collect my "secret" question answer every time I log on! Why??? The remember this device is marked yes but apparently their computers can't follow directions. If they can't even remember me how can they keep trac of our money? Oh yes, I'm looking for another bank. This bill pay is the worst I've ever used!

It has been months now and the iPad app is totally nonfunctional. The iPhone app works. How hard can this be?

I'm not sure what version of the app I downloaded (I'm assuming it's the most current but not positive), and it works great. I can view my accounts and balances, including images for checks and withdrawals.

As many other reviews have stated, the app is rather useless. Update the mobile deposits function and get rid of the stupid graph that dominates the screen yet provides nothing useful. Why has the iPhone version been updated and this hasn’t? I won’t be using this app anymore because I still cannot log into it with Touch ID like I can on the iPhone version.

Is it too much to ask for to be able to login to the iPad version of this app? I really like the iPhone version. How much longer until it finally works?
