You can watch good movies and watch replays of funny shows

It’s not user friendly on the FireTV app. You have to search thru everything to find the last episode you were watching. It freezes and crashes ALL the time and it always seems to be when the commercials start so you have to restart and watch commercials over again. I only use the app on the Fire TV and stick, so maybe it’s better on other devises but I have a horrible time with it.

I don’t understand how I was able to watch 2 whole seasons of a show on this app and now I’m being forced to sign in with my tv provider. Not everyone has cable. There should be options where you can sign in with your cable provider, pay monthly, or just pay for certain shows or just movies. You can’t allow someone to have access to full episodes and seasons without any requests or issues and then expect them to have to “sign in”. If it’s a free tester or trial, then it needs to be said when the app is first downloaded.

I have TBS as part of my Hulu Live subscription. It’s one of my most watched channels. So imagine my disappointment when I found out I can watch TBS east and TBS west, but I can’t use your TBS app or the TBS channel on my Roku because my “provider isn’t supported” ??!?!?? I pay for tv service, I have TBS as part of my subscription package, so why is Hulu/Hulu Live not on your (very extensive) provider list?? Ridiculous.

Everything was perfect but after 7 minutes of flawless and HD playback I got hit with an ad. No problem it’s just a 1 minute ad but then I realized it was 1 of 6 ads to play for a 22 minute show! I understand you need to make your money but that’s 5 too many ads.

Where is the Amazon app? I want to use it on my Fire but I can’t find the app.

No support for the iPhone X

This app is absolute trash. 5-6 ads super frequently? The ads also take ages to load sometimes never load making me complete close the app and re open multiple times. What a joke. The Apple TV app is even worse. Seriously the ONLY reason I used this app is for some exclusive shows. It’s gotten so bad I actually would prefer to find the shows literally anywhere else than deal with this app.

My favorite show is bobs burgers

It’s easy to fast forward, rewind, and pause shows while watching which I really appreciate, since I usually watch before bed and resume the next eve. I like the selection of shows available and how ads don’t overwhelm the watching. However, I wish the app kept me signed in— it seems to automatically sign me out overnight, or after a few hours so then I have to go back in and click through sign-in again. At least the sign-in is fairly easy. Also wished it moved the shows I was watching to the top instead of having me cycle through the list to find each one again.

I frequently use the TBS app on my iPad & find it to be reliable & easy to navigate.

I don’t get a chance to watch the shows I like when their on at night, but this app takes care of that!

Kind of annoying to use even when it works. But after a few days it started to freeze up when the ads came on. Signed in and out, even deleted and reinstalled, but it keeps having trouble. So if you plan on watching further than the first commercial break, this might not be the app for you.

I like how I can watch the whole series of a show for free.

Been watching a half hour show and had to restart FIVE times. Then you have to sit thru the same 6 commercials each time! Annoying!!!!!

- Doesn’t support single sign in. You have to go to a web page and put in an obnoxious code every time your login expires. - Search results in the TV app frequently don’t appear, so while RoboCop is currently available, it’s not appearing in the Open In section on TV App across devices. - Position doesn’t currently sync with the TV app right now either, so I can’t resume watching from another device, because the TV app doesn’t know it exists in your app. - AirPlay support is absolutely necessary; and it needs to be done right. If you only stream the audio, you fail. If you don’t continue to stream both audio and video in the background (stream to tv but answer occasional texts/emails) you also fail. It also can’t stop streaming simply because the device locks. That’s a failure too. - Side note on universal search (through TV app, and search app on Apple TV) not working... You don’t have a search feature in your own app to use as a fallback, or if I only want to search your content. You should have your own search. - On the Apple TV version, swiping acts like a direction pad, instead of like a trackpad (the way it’s supposed to work). Very annoying to have to swipe 6 times to get to the account page to re-sign in when I should be able to do it in one swipe. - Volume Normalization: Your ads are entirely too loud. They should match the volume of the content they’re being played with.

Worst app on AppleTV. So hard to scroll to the episode you want to watch. You scroll right and it goes back up to the shows. Takes forever to scroll to what you want. Freezes on ads and you have to restart the show from the beginning and try to get back to the spot you left off. You can’t fast forward 10 seconds like with every other tv app. Have to X out of the control screen every time the ads end, it doesn’t just go away like it should. Start from scratch, this app is terrible.

I love the TBS app. I can watch some of my favourite shows such as American Dad and Family Guy

Update: Seems that the login is fixed. July 14 update broke my xfinity login. It just keeps going back to "select provider". It worked before this latest "bug fix".

Sometimes there is a show that I did not catch from the beginning and I would love the opportunity to have all of the episodes to go back and watch. But sometimes the reruns that are on this app or not in order or I can’t figure out the order.

I just started to use the TBS app and so far I am impressed with the streaming. Looking forward to exploring the app more!

It’s the best app hands down for live TV and shows. Plus it’s the best content and ease of use. I love it , and use it every day.

Come on people, it’s been a year since the X came out and still no support. Can’t find the airplay icon anywhere in the app. Not to mention, a bunch of bugs that crash the app.

It’s a good app I like it

I tried to sign into my account and the service was terrible. You really need to work on helping people get signed in. It offered me no help at all and it was taking for ever to load and I had full service and full WiFi. And you can’t watch anything at all unless your signed in. It shows you like 3 minutes if an episode then tells you to sign in. I would give it no stars at all if I could.

Has a little trouble streaming.

I have an xfinity account and I log into TBS to watch the ALDS and app is buggy as can be. I missed most of last nights yankee game and now most of tonight. Why offer an app that doesn’t work? I have solid WiFi, I know cause I can play 4 people fort night and stream Apple TV and search the web, but I can’t watch baseball on TBS. no worries soon it will be back on FOX. Their app is better.

I was forced to listen to Yankees Red Sox game on radio because this app would not play. Stop button would not disengage, and most annoying is the commercial you have to watch every time you reboot to try again. Take a lesson fromMLB or the NHL apps and get your act together.

Love watching the TBS app. Especially when MLB playoffs start.

Never works for sporting events. It’s like their server can not handle all the traffic. Time for Ted to spend some money. God knows he spent enough on Jane’s plastic surgery.

Why can’t I watch the playoffs in my firetv? I have tried everything and all I want to do is watch the baseball games on the app and it won’t do it. It’s super frustrating.

App is just okay. Slow to load, but ultimately needs airplay for Chromecast options. Ridiculous to not have that as an option. Doesn’t even work mirroring the screen.

I’ve been trying to watch the game & this app keeps freezing & crashing. It stinks.

No mirroring to chrome cast or Apple TV that I can see - every other major network app that I have possesses this capability. TBS does not. Also occasionally erroneously tells me that I do not have access to a program when I do. Video quality is fine but the apps options are a major letdown. Not comparable to other competitors’ apps.

Won’t let me log in to Xfinity. Keeps crashing when I try to log in. Please fix.

I love this app so much especially since Bob’s Burgers is on this app. I am having so issues though, I just got the iPhone XS and I have the apple HDMI connector. Ever since I got my new phone, I don’t know how to continue watch my show after the screen locks. Prior to getting my new phone I had the IPhone 8 and once the screen locked you can hit play and it would continue. Now with my new phone it won’t allow me to continue watching unless I unlock the phone. Is there any advice you can provide me I’m not sure what to do.

I watch Seinfeld episodes whenever I want and the movie choices are great! Now I’m watching Yankees vs A’s!!! Awesome app I love it!

Your app won’t connect to att U-verse, that is terrible

I’m reminded every MLB postseason how terrible the TBS app is across all devices. It freezes mid game, freezes when going to commercial and just freezes when it wants to. I understand that TBS is an old timer company stuck in the cable age but get with the times and stop ruining people’s viewing experience.

Honestly I only use this app to watch baseball and the one time I really need it to work, it doesn’t. Says I’m out of market for a live event that’s being nationally broadcast. WTH. Get this piece of c*** fixed! Especially if you’re gonna use it for the postseason games!!!

I wanted to watch the AL wildcard game and found I had got this earlier, but had deleted the app. Every time I want to watch a program the app says it is not available in my area, even though I can watch on my tv. So, I deleted it again.

Tried streaming the Yankee-A’s Playoff game on my Firestick App, Mobile Devices and laptop, wouldn’t play on any device. Instead, I kept getting the message that it was unavailable in my area. How is a nationally televised playoff baseball not available in any city? TBS clearly isn’t ready to step up their service to handle big time events.

This app is an absolute nightmare for watching any live sports they poorly attempt to broadcast. It’s hard to write a review without using curse words. This app is just so terrible. It will tell you that a game isn’t available in your area, even when it’s a nationally broadcast sports event (AL Wild Card 2018 right now). This app is absolute total garbage. I’ll am going to revel in deleting it and bidding goodbye to its frustration inducing amateur design.

Due to my location I have been using this app to watch the MLB playoffs. The streaming is horrible so far. The app freezes, shows playback errors, or sometimes just skips entire plays. It’s frustrating to watch a baseball game and have the audio fall out of sync, but it’s maddening when the video skips two plays ahead and misses a big event. Some fluidity and continuity would improve the app. Also, it plays the same three commercials over and over and I have to watch them whenever I minimize or close the app (which I have to do whenever it freezes). It’s a frustrating experience.

Horrible app for a billion dollar company. Literally can’t watch anything using the app. Or even online. Stick to tv. Pointless app.

I may be in a small minority, but streaming to apple tv has been atrocious. It plays the ads fine but when it tries to switch to live, messes up 80% of the time.

The whole point I downloaded this app for was to watch postseason baseball. Hasn’t worked once. I don’t want your s***** catalogued c*** tv shows. I want live baseball, which is the only thing that won’t work.

Amazingly, once the TBS app refuses to load any video for live TV, it makes me miss the app’s typical freezing issues. Useless. Let professionals broadcast sports.

I’ve never used a worse streaming service. Tried several times to watch live sports. Never have I actually gotten to watch. Not to mention… they still haven’t updated for the iPhone X??!!

Not joking. I’ve never experienced a worse app. It either doesn’t work at all or it works awfully. Missed an entire Baseball game trying to get the app to work.

I never review stuff like this. This app is absolute junk. Downloaded it to watch the MLB playoffs and immediately upon opening the app I'm met with a "Sorry, we're having trouble loading content right now" which is a terrible sign given the first playoff game featuring two of the biggest markets in television. I go through the usual rigors of closing and reopening to the same infuriating message until finally by the grace of God I get some live action...for a whole three minutes. Then, black. No picture, no sound, but somehow still connected. I gave up and decided this was a terrible enough experience to go out of my way and write a review about it. Please TBS, stop kidding yourselves and let the networks that can actually handle stuff like this do so. You're just making yourself look bad.

I don't know why major league sports continue to allow TBS to get post season contacts without proving their app can handle the traffic. It's the same story every time baseball, basketball doesn't matter, their system CANNOT handle the traffic. PERIOD!

Why make an app that crashes every time the red Sox get up to bat?

Doesn’t work. Just like the Roku app for tbs, about 80% of the time I get kicked off or just see the message, “Sorry, we’re having trouble loading content right now.” MLB playoffs belong on a real network. That doesn’t include fox.

I’m trying to watch the Red Sox playoff game and every time I click on the game it shows a loading circle and then it disappears. The game never actually loads....

But worthless. What’s the point of having an app that either freezes or quits on startup?

App struggles on Roku. Sometimes it works other times it doesn’t. Most commonly says “trouble loading content”.

Besides their mediocre announcers, the stream constantly interrupts whenever any action occurs. The ALDS and now the ALCS are a chore to watch. If I have to leave the app and restart, I must always view a commercial first (the SAME one I already saw a dozen times). Now since the last update I can’t get it to load at all. Their servers are obviously not up the task of streaming major sporting events. FOR SHAME!!!

I’m only using the app to watch playoff baseball and in the 3 games I’ve watched I’ve seen well over 100 T-Mobile ads, because the app crashes constantly and someone came up w/ the bright idea of making the ad mandatory every time you click to watch. Can’t take it anymore. Yes, I’ve updated. Yes, I’ve deleted, reinstalled, and re-signed in. Please ask Fox Sports how they built their Go app. No issues there.

As far as trying to watch the MLB Playoffs this app is terrible. Not matter if watching on WiFi or data, it’s the same result freezing or crashing. This is very frustrating.

I use several different networks’ apps to stream live sports and this one is by far the worst. You have to watch a commercial before anything comes on, you lose the connection, then have to watch another commercial. When the game gets to a commercial break, the app tells you they are in a commercial break instead of showing the commercials. Problem with this is they don’t always go back to the game.

Downloaded this app primarily to watch the MLB playoffs and it has been a constant nightmare and disappointment trying to watch the games. The app either apologizes it is unable to load data or freezes when you select which program you’d like to watch.

If you can get the app to open at all, it will likely crash within the first five minutes. Force closing, reinstalling, screaming at the tv, does not work. If you are going to carry sports playoffs, you need to make an app that works. It’s already a travesty that I have to have cable to watch baseball playoffs. At least let me get my money’s worth.

New to the app. Got it to watch baseball.... glad I found it, works great!!

Crashes every 2-7minutes. It cant even make it through a full inning. FS1,ESPN, MLB network, I don’t have such problems. I get I have to watch ads, but having to restart so often and watch a new ad just to shut the app down and try again. And miss two or three batters....The worst. But I have no choice. So they have that going for them.

Allow me to watch TBS using my Sling TV subscription especially in the AppleTV app.

Streaming MLB was nearly impossible and every time the app froze I had to refresh I was forced to watch the same ad content just to get to live coverage even though it was in progress. Poor

How can there be good reviews of this app? Maybe it’s only baseball they can’t do. But they can’t. You have to watch an ad every time you switch back to it. It’s behind. It freezes. And it has glitches. Other than that it’s terrific.

Constantly freezes, restarting works for a while, sometimes I can see the live program running behind a semi opaque overlay with a swilrling ‘loading’ and then will get a programming unavailable message. Basically a mess.

Commercials lock up and I get signed out all the time.

This application (iOS and AppleTV OS) is so unstable and choppy. I’m so disappointed in the playback and would never download it if the ALDS wasn’t covered by TBS. The playback, once it fails, has to be restarted by closing out the the app and then restarting it. Once I restart it, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have to watch a T-Mobile ad once it starts streaming the program. The UI is decent and modern but the reason anyone downloads your mobile application is to watch your shows and programs, which both apps are horrible at. Get your act together and make your streams more stable like nearly every other app on the market.

The app is crap. Constantly freezes up, in middle of what I’m trying to watch, cuts out to minutes of commercials. Soon as open the app n try to watch the baseball playoff game, got to go thru 3-5 minutes of commercials before can get even get into watching the game. Nothing about this app is good. Such a disappointment.

This is a flat out the worst app I have ever used. All I want to watch is playoff baseball and it doesn’t load. And the few times it has I’m forced to watch a 15 second ad which is the only platform that does that. And usually less than a minute late the app will crash.

I will be deleting this app immediately after the MLB playoffs. Over a 3 hour period I experienced 42 "player error detected" glitches. Streaming video is not rocket science, there is no excuse for an app to perform this badly. Just look at the rating and previous reviews. TBS just shouldn't even bother with an app if they don't care that it is this incredibly bad. And, it’s still garbage.

Once the commercials come on it’s a wrap, basically have to restart the app every time. Once u restart it, by the time it comes on you missed half the inning. Rinse and repeat

In-app help is non-existent. You can ask for help, but all you get is crickets waiting for an answer. Deleting this.

Trying to watch a game on this app is painful (airplaying to Apple TV). The feed cuts out after every few minutes, and it’s a pain to reconnect. Plus it doesn’t allow you to do anything else with your phone; if you do, the feed cuts out and you have to start over (and rewatch the same annoying ad each time).

Only downloaded because the optimum app was directing me to this as i was trying to watch playoff baseball which is on TBS. Right from the beginning i could tell it was going to be awful . It would not let me change from Tbs west to Tbs east . The commercials constantly repeated and the entire time just kept freezing and wouldn't even work at all . If i did finally get the game to come on , the sound was delayed and it would cut right back out to commercials again ! Complete c*** , to say the least !

Streaming doesn’t work at all.

Keeps buffering...slow to reload...blurry...seriously behind live games. If you leave app must rewatch all ads before you can see game! Same ads every time! Or says ads playing will resume...dreck! Rather listen to games on radio!
