You guys definitely need to get with other developers of streaming apps. I can’t even get through an episode without it freezing while using with chromecast. It works with all my other streaming apps. :/

This c*** needs to stop because you guys put way too many repeated commercials this app shouldn’t have to be so complicated you need to fix this ASAP 😤😤!!!

For some reason now even though I’m logged in with my tv provider. I can no longer watch live tv or watch any shows. The screen is just black and won’t load anything. 😡

I used to be able to watch all my favorite shows but now I get a message saying that I need to add VH1 to my tv subscription which I do have! This is so annoying, it’s been happening for months and still not fixed! Super disappointed!

Freezing

The UI of this app makes navigating to your desired show / episode extremely difficult. Shows are not listed by name, but by a large image. Each image uses a different font and color scheme which forces the user to scroll through unwanted content before reaching the desired show. Once a show is selected, video immediately plays which slows the app down quite a bit. The lack of any information on each episode (upload date, air date) makes things worse. Any other media app would is significantly better to navigate. I’m not sure what the idea was here.

What’s the use of having the app if I can’t even sign into it! Terrible!

My tv provider (Xfinity) isn’t even listed so unfortunately I’m not allowed to use the app at all after using the one time 24 hour complimentary pass that they give. Pure foolishness. Throw the whole app away.

I only got this app just so I could watch ALL of RuPaul's Drag Race on the website it has all of it so it should have all of it on this app. There should also be a better format. If those two things were fixed it would be 🌟Five Stars🌟

This app randomly stops playing my videos on my chromecast. After trying to simply stop casting the video & casting it again the video starts over to the beginning and plays a LOT of ads before even playing it again. I would like to enjoy this app. Please release an update with bug fixes.

This app needs an overhaul like if someone else could develop it, they should.

This is the only app that freezes and won’t properly cast to my tv. It’s very annoying. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work. I love vh1 but their app is not it’s best.

Please less commercials and advertisements, it’s making me frustrated

This is the most aggravating app. It constantly signs me out. It’s freezes up. Sometimes I can’t watch the shows due to some sort of technical issue and it will last for days. Love the shows but hate the app. If I pay for cable there should be no issues with the app.

Why don’t you guys have Xfinity?? You used to back then I thought but I don’t see it anymore and it’s unfair because I really wanna use this app

I wish there was a way to pay for this separately like Netflix or Hulu because it’s not offered to me by my tv provider and I really want to watch old episodes of my favorite shows while also keeping up with new episodes.

Why the heck they don’t support Comcast xfinity for a tv provider? I have watch the whole season 5 from the beginning (I already seen half of it) I just want the option to pick which episode I left off at and go from there but I couldn’t cause my provider wasn't selected. The disappointment. Comcast has to be one of the most used cable services and for y’all not too have them... that’s very freaking irritating

If you live in a city served by Comcast or don’t have a provider and would like to pay independently — sorry to hear. This app won’t help.

This app doesn’t function properly at least half of the time. When I click on the episode I want to watch, it typically doesn’t upload properly. There are many times that I just give up watching shows after 3-4 unsuccessful attempts. Also the app is not user friendly. When you view on the tablet, the orientation doesn’t adapt to the direction/placement of the tablet. When I click on full episodes, it automatically starts playing the previously watched episode, instead of displaying a menu of all of the episodes. I hate this app.

Y’all should really think about the people that don’t have a tv provider because honestly I feel like what’s the point of the app If you don’t have a tv provider you won’t be able to watch the shows so really it’s no point of using the app and that’s where I think y’all made a mistake at I love the shows but really not a big fan of the app I feel like the app should be thrown away because of the fact that every one doesn’t have a tv provider when I first got the app I was able to watch all the apps now it’s saying the shows are locked becuase of a tv provider y’all should really up date the app vh1 disappointed I really thought I had a good app maybe y’all should do what the Fox now app did you don’t need a tv provider and it lets you watch the shows 5 days after it airs on tv also how am I going to sign in to my tv provider if the cable that I have isn’t listed on there

Unfortunately this app has consistently failed when I'm try to watch a program. It keeps giving me an error message that something has gone wrong...for 3 days? Very frustrating.

There’s literally a commercial every 3 minutes that the show is on... 5 minutes at most. The show is scheduled to be 40 minutes long and I feel as though the Ads/Commercials take up at least 15-20 minutes of the allotted time.

I don’t understand why this app would only be continued with Verizon Fios. I cannot use it because I have a different television subscription and I will never go back to Fios.

I had this app for a very long time and before it use to allow me to watch tv with a vh1 log in but now it’s based on ur tv provider log in but I have Xfinity Comcast which a lot of people have and can’t find it so now I can’t watch any shows. When I click that my provider isn’t listed a message pops up saying that the app is improving and will list more soon but it’s been saying that since over a year and still haven’t seen any added provider to the list

Is there any reason why Xfinity isn’t an option for the cable providers? VH1 is part of my line up but there’s no options for me except for the 24 hour access.

Why is one comercial on repeat?! It’s so annoying I have to exit the app because the comercial just repeats itself. Then I restart it watch the show and I still have to watch more commercials this has been going on since yesterday. Can this be fixed please!

The VH1 app will not open since the recent update. Watch the app about 4 times a week. Very disappointing!

I hate how they’ve changed the app. Doesn’t even have my tv provider which I don’t understand why we need it to be able to use the app anyway. Stupid

No xfinity support?!? How do one not have one of the biggest cable and internet providers on the list of providers?

I’ve had this app for a year and there’s always a problem with it I’ve contacted support and did a back-and-forth I was asked crazy things like am I logged in or did i cut my device off then back on or did I uninstall & then reinstalled I said yes to everything of course and I asked about a update didn’t get a response most apps I have update frequently this is sad I want to catch up on my missed shows😤

I love this app. Now that I can watch my shows live on my fire stick is a plus. When I’m away from from home I love catching up on my shows on my ipad.

This app and the VH1 website for watching full episodes has too long of commercials between breaks. I can tolerate Two 15 second commercials between normal episode breaks while watching previously aired episodes. I just deleted the app because I refuse to watch the episodes with so many lengthy interruptions that repeat the same information. Terrible idea. This drives viewers away from the app and website Find another way to make viewing the episodes more tolerable.

Too much commercials and always repeat the same commercials. You see lots of commercials on tv watching the show and then you use the app and its the same thing. Its so dumb and stupid. Atleast on tv your seeing different commercials. Commercials should be deleted or shorter from the app.

How is the largest cable provider no an option to sign into on this app?

I can’t get an episode of anything to load. I’ve used this app before and its ALWAYS had issues. This is incredibly frustrating.

I love the shows they have on this app but for whatever reason it doesn’t use xfinity provider , so all I can view is the first episode of each season !!! That’s wack I hope they can fix this soon .

I'm sure this app would be great if it worked! Every time I click on an episode the app closes, even with me being signed in! It's so annoying. I don't care if there are commercials, I would just like to actually be able to watch an episode! I don't have any issues with any other apps, bravo, MTV, ID channel, etc.
