Fix and complete this app! It stopped at April 8. That date is not the conclusion of the Civil War--obviously. This is like buying a book and finding out that the last part of the book is missing!

So much potential!

Awesome content, but very buggy app! Can you do the same for WW1? (w/o bugs of course)

Are you kidding me?

Why doesn't the end of the war work? How can you stop before the promised assassination of Lincoln?

Feeling let down here

I have enjoyed this app for the last several years and now with this latest update I can't go past March 22 and with this new update they announce the war is over as of April 6..what's up with that. There are several weeks to go with major events happening, what about those? Really that is it???? What a let down. This is like buying a book and reading it only to find the author decided not to write the ending.

History Channel ends the war early!

Despite its many, many bugs, I was a loyal user of this app for 4 years. I think the idea was fantastic. To be met with a broken app days before its dramatic conclusion is a real bummer. I feel like Lee at Appomattox!

You need to update and reinstall

I've seen the reviews about crashes, etc. but users need to update your apps. I've experienced problems with crashing, etc. but this at times has been related to my individual iPad settings. I find the best thing to do is to delete and reinstall the app (you're not charged again); this, along with regular updates, appear to keep the app running smoothly. There were problems with text formatting but these appear to have been fixed. I get daily updates, and even though feature stories and photo galleries run for multiple days, the content is more relevant and timely than it used to be when there was just more of it.

Been a great app until the april 6 new version. Whoever is responsible for releasing a non working version in the final days of the war should seek a new line of work.

Delete it and reinstall and it will work past the 6th

This app has been awesome. Exciting on a daily basis, I was hooked and probably told thousands about this site over the past few years. Needless to say, the surprise ending on the 6th was a bummer. Yes, we know the Titanic sank, however the movie, including the ending made it great. Heck, Jeff Davis didn't even find out about Lee's surrender until weeks later. 😹💥💥💥
