The app signs me out every time I let idle. It used to keep me signed in at all times. Adding Touch ID for signing in would be great!

Please make the app keep me signed in! It’s annoying to have to log in every time I want to use it.

Worst app ever

I have had nothing but issues with the app. Reserve feature is useless. Have made countless reservations and gone to pick it up to find it not in stock.

What happened to Touch ID in latest app ?

I have more than enough points to redeem a movie. When the box comes up to redeem, I’ve tapped numerous times. Nothing happens.

Broken app.

Cant even login with the correct password. If I try to login 75% of the time it decides the correct password just won’t do so it will LOCK YOU OUT FOR THIRTY (30!!!!!!) MINUTES. Can’t redeem my rewards it says I have. The concept of the app is nice.

STOP LOGGING ME OUT!!!!!

I went to get this movie. It didn’t work, it kept skipping and freezing. I wiped it off and tried again. Nothing you gave me a promo code and that was a DUD it didn’t work. What scam are you playing? Very disappointed

Don’t use on demand until they’ve ironed out kinks

Once I purchased my rental successfully, it played great. No issues there. However, the system is super glitchy with the payment process, I was double-charged (one full price and one with the promo code) and while Redbox realized the error on the full-priced one and automatically refunded the difference, I still had two transactions and two charges and two of the same film in my account. No chat set up for On Demand—the only option to get service is to call. I called and was on hold for 32 minutes with no indicator on where I was in line, so I gave up. I called again today, was connected within a couple minutes, but had a heck of a time getting the rep to understand that I was billed twice. It was finally taken care of, but I was getting pretty short at the poor guy, and it’s not his fault Redbox didn’t set up customer service for their Beta On Demand properly. And yes, we’re talking about an overcharge of 99¢, but I was ticked, especially considering that the company probably banks on people not caring enough to argue over a dollar. Anyway. Sticking to physical discs from them for the time being.
