Easy to use, navigate, and LOVE the rewards!

Love the discounts, love the app, when you want to go to a Century theater everything is done within 5 mins. Even reserving your seats! Please keep getting better!!

I don’t get it, when I’m connected to my WiFi, it says that I’m offline. Do I have to restart my phone, all I wanted was to check some times. I don’t want to use google but I guess I have to now.

I love using this app!! It’s my favorite movie theater and easily the best out of all of them! 🧡🧡

Every time I tried using my rewards the app crashes. I tried 3 different devices and none worked with my rewards account, but the second I paid full price it worked.

Keeps saying can’t connect

Pay for premium still have to pay online fees for every ticket? Wack

The App doesn’t work on my iPhone - worked at first, but now after not using it for several months have tried to use it & it states “Cant Connect” & “Try Again” (to connect to the internet) & goes into offline mode. I tried to connect on both WiFi & LTE & kept getting the same message - even after uninstalling & re-installing it! Very frustrating/disappointing bc it’s useless to me & there’s no apparent fix for it for me either!

The app was slow & seemed glitchy. I had to redo my purchase. Several times before it went through.

Makes it fun and easy

The app hasn’t been working well recently. I’ve been using the app every time I go to the movies. The people scan the app but I never get my points. I’ve gone to the movies 3x and i haven’t gotten my points when I purchase tickets. Now I have to ask customer service to update my points. You guys need to fix this.

I can not say this any simpler. This is the best movie booking app ever. Seriously.

Stupid that Cinemark charges “online “ convenience fee. It saves money for them in staffing.

Since the update it does not work

I’ve been a Club member for about six months now. It’s great!

The reservation process is painful. Here is a simple process I give it to Cinemark free of charge. Step 1: select movie Step 2: select number of tickets Step 3: authenticate user Step 4: pick the movie time and seats. Loop on this until user either picks the time/seats or cancels. No need to ask for number of tickets every time. No need to authenticate every time.

I really love this app! Easy and fast way to get my movie tickets!!

Movie club subscription is best value for money

Love the app, only wish you didn’t charge so much in service fees to consistent consumers!!

Saving money and time is always good

I have no other app that asks we to accept a huge license agreement in order to use it. Especially one that would hope that I go buy their service. I will not use the app or go to Cinemark theaters until they get rid of this.

I wanted to use the app to order tickets, but they tack on an extra $5 a pop for ‘convenience fees’. NO THANKS. Your tix are overpriced enough as is. I’d rather wait in line. Or better yet, just hold out until the movies are streaming at home. Screw you, Cinemark.

Awesome app & convenient. Being a member def has its perks and is completely worth my monthly fee.

I haven’t been to the movies since I was a teenager thanks for bringing it back into my life!!!

Not sure why the consumer would need to pay on-line fees using a Cinemark gift card.

Since the ,most recent update your app will not connect. I have reset my WiFi, tried to load with just my data, with 3 bars and nothing worked. Tried on iPad and iPhone. When I can load the app I love it.

Always have a problem using and updating credits cards and gift cards. So frustrating. It is so much easier on other sites. Also, just let me submit a comment without a nickname. Such a hassle to give feedback.

Best movie theater I been to in my life!

I love this app so much, I literally love at the movies now lol, they’re so nice and sweet, they never have a attitude and I love the fact that I get a discount at the consetion stands!! And the free ticket a month.

I really love this because i have a large family and its so expensive to do just about anything even go to the movies but with having my Cinemark account it allows me to save points to purchase tickets so when i want to do something fun with my children its easy to say lets fo to the movies with out having to spend all the money i have. We’re able to buy snakes for 20% off everything. This is awesome and i would highly recommend it to anyone! Thank you Cinemark for being so convenient🥰😘

Jus a suggestion I feel if we are movie club members we should receive texts for advanced movie tickets when highly recommended popular movies are coming out thank you

Everything about a movie at a Cinemark is top rate, except I can NEVER use my points because the theater I go to, loses internet service once I get inside!

I love this app

Works great, especially if reserving! So fast and saves lots of time! Totally worth it (save money on tickets and money off the candy and food items!!) it doesnt take but a click and you dont need to call in to order ahead of time! Amazing app you need to get it!
