For three days I’ve been getting the ‘there are I no valid moves’ message when there clearly ARE moves that could be made!! What ‘s going on?

Since you have no place to report problems directly from the app. The only choice I have is to report here. I Purchased 50 keys for 1.99. I had only used three of them when the other 47 disappeared. Maybe I shouldn’t be surprised that I was cheated buy a cheat app. But I would appreciate it if someone would investigate and restore my purchase.

I had to reload the new version and it’s terrible. The old version was simple and worked. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Great app until I upgraded my phone to an iPhone XR. All sorts of scamming errors.

The app stopped working. I deleted then redownloaded. I lost all my keys that I paid for. App still isn’t working.

I get a notification to open the app and get “2 Free Hints.” When I open the app, I don’t get the free hints. Please fix.

I switch to an iPhone XR and it doesn’t work. It won’t recognize the screenshot at all. Also doesn’t work with the colors tiles. I can understand the difficulty with the color tiles, and I know you can disable them, but for the app not to work on an iPhone XR is unfortunate.

It helps me strengthen vocabulary and Word Skills!

It’s a great app. Haven’t had any scanning problems. Yet giving the app 3 stars because you have to pay $2 for keys to unlock the high scoring words. So that’s a star stealer for sure.

Seems to be a one time but you have to continue to pay. Besides constant issues with scanning which seem to never get resolved, there is this pay, pay, pay.

This app used to be my go to. No longer. Endless error messages. Now have deleted the app.

Save your money and don’t buy this app. It rarely works. The customer service is nonexistent. They never respond. The app hasn’t worked for almost 4 months. I disputed with credit card because paid for a service I don’t get. Do NOT buy this poorly developed app!

I have used this app many times, and it has worked very well until they came out with the different colored tiles. I stayed with the classic tiles, and it continued to work as expected. Though it is still useless if my opponent uses the colored tiles. My issue is with support. I get push notifications that give me new keys when I open the app. The last week my key count has stayed the same, even though I click as soon as I get the notification. I don’t know if it’s just a glitch, and I’m getting credit for my keys, or if I really am not getting the keys. I have tried to contact support about this, but there is no link to direct support not concerned with scanning. When I click on the support button here in the store, it takes me to a site with an icon. If I click on the icon, it asks if I want to open in the iTunes Store. If I say yes, it says “No results”. I would appreciate a response from the developer.

Some colored tiles will not import! Whereas some will! Words with friends can have many different colored tiles!

I paid for unlimited on previous version but new update doesn’t allow and haven’t seem anywhere I can restore purchases.

It cannot see all of the words so it’s useless. It only scan some of the words.

Works great, if you don’t have an X model... mine is an XR

Like the app, but it no longer works on my iPad Pro. I have reported the problem via the app and the developers web site. I have gotten no response and no fix. Please fix this and in the future acknowledge that you care about reported problems.

You can do better on your own being creative. They don’t respond to complaints!

This new multi colored tile format has made cheats no longer working. What’s the point? Cheats is 11.6 words 2 is 11.8 no where I can find is there an update. Please explain or maybe fix it. Thanks. Jupiter

It says you can make a word but you can’t cause the app is not recognizing all the tiles on the board like it says I can make BOIL but. It I can’t that is already the word BAIL but the scanner doesn’t pick up the A and is saying all I have to do is add an O and you get all the points. I’m wasting keys on words I can’t possibly make. This is more annoying than import error. At least you don’t waste keys!

Trouble scanning after a while but now I deleted and reloaded and still no correction.

Auto scan not working anymore when I upgraded from iPhone X to iPhone XS Max... I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it as well as restored my purchase and the auto scan still doesn’t work... Can you plz fix? Thank you

A fun little app that I paid for unlimited uses in my last iPhone. Then I get a phone upgrade and not only do I get scanning errors galore, it is full of ads which I paid to remove. And limited number of uses. The only “CHEAT” in this app is the app developer.

Now all of a sudden it’s not reading my screenshots! I even downloaded the master version & it still doesnt work.

Not sure why you have to pay to unlock key ideas.

Really liked the App but, about a week ago it just stopped working. I deleted it and reopened it but, it still doesn’t work.

I used this app in past and it didn’t work correctly and so enough time had gone by where I thought I would give the app another try and now it worse than before. The green bar just constantly scans. Nothing ever happens. I have to close out the app every time.

Cheats is not compatible with Words 2.

I have friends I seem to never have a chance with. By our 2nd move they are 200 points ahead of me! Now I have at least a little chance to compete . Thank you!!

Since I mostly use this program to find the obscure seven letter word, and have very little interest in watching two computers play each other, the program is now worthless to me.

Great helper when your stuck.

When it works correctly it’s great, but almost every time I try to use it the app says version error and I know my friends and I have the up to date version of words with friends. Super annoying and needs to be fixed. It works 1 out of 20 times.

I didn’t wait for the download. I downloaded another 10 times faster

I really liked this app and purchased keys several times. I currently have 5 keys and app won’t work no matter how many times I remove and install. So frustrating.

I keep on getting errors. It says it didn’t scan properly. I purchased keys thinking that would help. I just waisted money. Very disappointed.

The program had suddenly stopped working. After it uploads the picture of the game it says it did not load. Help Still not working . Have 14 keys saved up but will not work correctly. Now have 16 keys and not able to use. Have tried everything and still not working. Please fix ASAP.
