There is no sound!

The description of this app I very misleading. It was my impression that there were 4 games included, yet I can only access the Word Bingo. Where is Word Fling & the others? Are they in a different app?

It’s great for different kids to learn spellings

Bingo Bugs rock!,,,, We all love the hands on action of the game. It really addresses the needs of my children to help them practice spelling and sight words with plenty of fun and good feedback built into the game. Bingo Bug offers several levels of practice in three speeds which encourages my slowest readers and challenges my fastest readers. Children practice spelling and reading several ways. The easiest of these has built in supports to scaffold the most timid readers. Great job!

This is a good app on the iPad. Kids love it. But will not work on my IPhone 6S or my wife's. Will not play any sound.

I've had this app for a while, and my daughter loves it, but the last update must have messed up the sound. Mute isn't on, it's just this app. Fix that and I'll fix my star rating. iPad mini

Just payed for an app that has no sound.....money back please! Or can you not hear that request either?

After entering name and picking avatar, there is no option to play — just the option to enter another player or avatar. That’s it. You can play as a guest, tho.

I like this game because it's so easy

My 6 year old daughter loves the game and I love the levels of spelling words she can practice. It's fun and has different games that help her to recognize the words. Very good for a parent restricting app games to fun while learning.

Son loved app at school. No sound when downloaded at home. Please fix.

App is not working, no sound!

My 7 yr old daughter likes this program a lot.

I have tried everything and can't get the sound to work. It isn't the phone everything else works. It is the app. I want my money back!

This app was a great tool for in reading class, but now it is not. When we first started using it it was easy to score "bingo bugs" and this was a great motivator. Since then, though, the amount of seconds allowed to score a bug has gotten lower and lower to the point that bugs just can't be gotten at all. We will not be using this app anymore till you fix this "bug."

There was no sound when I first tried it, but when I tapped "app support" I quickly found out what I needed to do. (Make sure the little side button is slid so no orange is showing)

Absolutely horrible, you pay three dollars for this app and it has no sound whatsoever. what a scam!

Fun and a great learning app. Really holds kids attention and makes learning fun...

This app has several different games and they're all fun and engaging. My 5yo is just learning to read and this helps him with first sight words. The bugs are a cool reward system.

Great balance of learning and fun. This is the best learning app I have found that is actually fun to play. I would give it 5 stars if you could customize word lists so that I could have my child practice with his school sight word lists!

Requires very little setup. Students enjoy choosing characters.

I purchased this game to use with my students, but it plays no sound for them to hear the words. I checked my settings on my iPad and on the game and they are both set to play sound. Does anyone know why it isn't playing any sound? I emailed for support help but have not heard anything as of yet.

Tried everything to get sound to function. No luck. Angry that I paid for this.

The app is great but I wish they would show the word along with saying the word. I think it would help toddlers learn to identify the words and spell!! Please change this feature!!

The app is only 2 games, not what's advertised. The player's name stays on the top third of the page blocking essential things. You can't actually create a full character, there's no option to save it. Maddening!

No sound fir this app! I tried all the suggestion and still no sound. Requesting a refund. Very disappointed!

My son really likes sight word BINGO. This game keeps him playing a long time!

App has no sound which means you can not play. The mute button is not on.

Most educational games are a battle to get them to use but they love this one and the bug slinging is even fun for me

1. Check the Side Switch on the upper right corner of your iPad and make sure that the orange dot is not showing. 2. Turn up the volume using the buttons on the right side of your iPad. 3. Please restart your device. See "Restart iPad" here. 4. If you are using iOS 4.3 or above (See Settings > General > Version, for iOS version number): -a. Make sure the orange dot is not showing on the Side Switch on the upper right corner of the iPad. -b. Go to Settings > General > use Side Switch to: > Check Mute -c. Open the app, and the sound should now be working. -d. (Optional) Now if you want to change the Settings to "Use Side Switch to: Lock Rotation," you can. With the Lock Rotation setting selected, you can change the Side Switch to show the orange dot, and the app will now still have sound.
