Ever since they moved a bunch of classes over to podcasts, iTunes U has gone down hill. The quality of the remaining courses are terrible. Please bring back lectures from Harvard, Yale and Princeton.

Love the concept and access to great courses however I can’t seem to get any of the coursework, content or resources to download that are available. I would really love to use this app if only it would work! Thanks for getting my hopes up!

Whose brilliant idea was it to put the university list in a small box like that? On a 12.9” iPad Pro I only get to see a couple of schools at a time and have to scroll through them?? Pure c***** design!!! While I’m at it - having to hit shift for each symbol, especially if I want to repeat them is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had to suffer with, not a problem on any iPhone, but that huge iPad...

My course was working 2 weeks ago. Now I keep get a message saying that audio can’t playback please try again later. This was such a great idea and great app. I wish this app can be fixed for that it is a very valuable resource for the community.

This app has great potential. Yet it has many bugs. My main issue with this app was the fact that it will not play audio back. Not for video, nor for audio files. Very disappointed.

It is not available outside of US. Hope it will be available all the world.

Blank pages. I deleted and reloaded app. Same thing.

I didn’t understand why I couldn’t get my old content to download, eg. one of my courses only downloaded two of four books, and from the course I cannot get any access to the videos that accompany the lectures, so, what does this app do now? Nothing useful for what I can see...

Regarding the content of the last 2 reviews/reviewers — which were spot-on: crApple is beyond a huge joke at this point; what they’ve said (and continue to babble and puke out to the “public”) — you can and should assume it’s false, fabricated, bullsh#t, and/or anyone’s guess what Tim Cooks Trainwreck (aka crApple) will do... Well, we’ve all learned by now is that they successfully trashed everything Jobs had given us; that they’ve very unwisely s****** customers at massive levels WHILE pulling Billary-Clinton-level of sleazebag tactics. Too bad Tim Cook Incorporated (him and EVERY “employee”) thought they could behave this way, without dire consequences...

Another app I did not ask for, do not need and can’t remove which is forced on me by apple.

I don’t understand. Is this app being discontinued or not?!? Apple keeps saying that the courses are moving to Podcasts, yet none of my courses have migrated there nor are they available searching in the podcast app.

Please get the app updated and make sure to update it often. Fix bugs, layout, etc. This is a good platform for education and Apple will be better off too! You can do this!

I do not remember this app ????? Until I've seen each month they charge me up to 2 times, in February on the 6th they took out of my account 0.99 and on the 26th of the same month 5.99, What is happening here ???? ?? I do not use that app for NOTHING, so, I'll erase it NOW !!!

My purchase history has been deleted by apple to cover up the fact that they took my money for an app they sold me then later took back from me. This purchase was stored in my iCloud account on my payed iCloud Drive. Yet they can go in and Hilary Clinton my data and records to suit their deniability when they retake what they sold . Or do I not actually own my data stored in there. And why is there a reply limit in this community? Why am I suddenly unauthorized to post on a thread I initiated? Is apple attempting to censor people from implicating them in fraud? Why does apple irresponsibility misuse terms such as “store” and “purchase”? Could someone other than one of apples brown nosing minions answer these questions?

I used this once , maybe twice which would be a stretch then I started noticing it was continuously on my bill since I got this horrid IPhone right before the hurricane I can’t believe it $9.99 for 3 Stone’s albums that’s like $70.00 please, please cancel it ! NOW

I purchase songs and they don’t download to my music but apple charged my account and deducted the money. When i get a email from apple and there’s a report problem link. When i try to sign in to report the problem it says my Apple ID or pass word is incorrect. It’s not I know my account information. I won’t ever put money on my account again and I won’t try to purchase music from them again.

Often times I have to leave a lecture and come back to it, the half filled circle shows I have only partially completed it but it doesn’t remember where I left off and makes me start from the beginning and figure it out myself. It should operate as the audio in podcasts does where it resumes where you left off.

Supposedly a number of old courses are now podcasts. I say supposedly because they just don’t show up in the podcast app. Also, why would I want to mix my podcasts and iTunesU courses? This is a huge step backward.

Doesn't make sense, they're not podcasts. Decisions and design across the board have suffered in the past few year. Whether the stock shows it or not Apple has peaked and will lose its charm if something doesn't change. With love, get back in touch with your customers.

I downloaded a class years ago. I have played it before. Since the soundfiles' metadata say that the files are part of a class collection, I cannot put them into a playlist as music files. They show up in the iTunesU list as part of a class, but the class will not copy itself to my phone.

You guys managed to massively mess up a great thing by moving the “collections,” ie. lecture videos with no accompanying bells and whistles, to the Podcasts app. Like many things that Apple has done in the last few years, this migration was sloppy and full of flaws, not the least of which is the fact that I can only seem to access these collections from my iPhone running iOS 10, and not from my flashy new iPad Pro running iOS 11. This migration has destroyed everything I loved about iTunes U and what would have been a crisp, clean 5 Star app is now useless to me and only gets one star because that’s the worst review I can give it.

Please update/fix. I can download the app but it will not load now that I've updated my iOS. App is 5 stars when it works.

This is a wonderful app that I have been able to use well for learning new things. However, since so much of the content consists of video, This needs an Apple TV app. With an Apple TV app, I and other learners can watch the lecture on the Apple TV, while we use our iPhones and iPads to take notes, follow along with the readings, and communicate with other students.

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH.

Classes are organized in a way that is confusing and I end up going to the wrong classes. It should be orginized like PowerSchool, but a bit different to give it its own unique design. I’ve been trying to figure out how to work this app and I’ve been really struggling. Please make this less confusing!

I mentioned this app while in grad school interview for an anesthesia program. The lady in the panel looked around the room and also vouched for this app. Needless to say, I got in and for years prior while preparing for that amazing journey, I used iTunes U for organic chemistry and biochemistry refresher courses. I can't say it enough, BEST APP EVER INVENTED. Yaro

Since I cannot rate the Podcast app directly, Apple please forward this feedback on to the appropriate people. Please bring back the ‘Up Next’ feature!!!!! I use that tool ALL THE TIME for deciding what order to play my podcasts. Your new layout is not as user friendly to how I’ve used the app. I’m one of those loyal podcast listeners that has helped podcasting become the presence it is today. I’ve been using the Podcast app for 8 years, and I HATE the new UI. PLEASE FIX IT!!!! Thank you!

I remember that I used to visit this app and was able to listen and watch videos and learn from accounting to science from any university and college. Now, is very limited it would be nice if we can have that back..

When a document is opened, the pen tool is only writing in black no matter which color is selected. This glitch has been occurring for about a month.

A couple month ago I stated getting deductions on my bank account. I have repeatedly called and emailed for help with this. I get the generic “someone will get back with you shortly”! It’s been two months and many phone calls later. I have yet to hear from anyone. I don’t download music or videos. Not impressed with your customer service.

Been in hospital relying on phone no services or help to get corrected. Today alone 4 plus hours I’m failing and need help ASAP. Janet

I don't like the way iTunes is now set up. When I click on my songs list and push a letter for a song it pulls up the artist name for that letter not the song with that beginning letter, is that the reason for that the Songs category? Secondly why do we have to pay to browse and look for songs. I like the old way of paying for songs that I'm going to listen to and not have to pay just to have the option of doing so. I don't purchase songs like that. I'll have to find another way to purchase songs.

What a joke your support is. I sent my iPhone 7 in to get fixed and got it back with scratches and a broken camera lol. Spent 3+ hours on hold and on the phone trying to get a resolution and your senior advisor just hung up on me. The richest company in the history of the world folks. What a scam

This app/program Apple has made is a fine resource. Apple has always done good work, and they’re a Blue Chip corporation, so they must be doing something right.

That being said I get so much from iTunesU!! I am doing some English writing which by going through the public school system even into community college level didn’t give me a confident way of writing. I just got to my Associates Degree and I am going to and have been giving it the time and investment to get to close to a Bachelors as I can possibly get. It totally is what one makes of it and even though every school doesn’t have classes, I still get some Stanford and Brown Universities in my education which I never would have been able to get. Thank you Apple!!
