I recommend using this app because it's very educational and keeps track of your progress!

Overall pretty good app but there's no sound on the videos for the quiz on either my phone or iPad.

I chose Drivers Ed because they advertised the app. When I log in, it only pulls up a previous course that I had taken several years back. It does not show the current course that I purchased. Spoke to 3 different reps, got 3 different answers. One asked me to set up a new acct and maybe it would work. The second asked me to log in via Chrome on my phone and maybe the app would learn the new account. Rep #3 said that the app had some bugs and would send my case to tech team. That was 3 days ago and crickets. Do not waste your time.

Why does it make me review after each section?

Every time I check the "remember me" box, it never does, and I have to sign on every time. The app crashes all the time, closes out of activities, has problems with multitouch, and has incredibly slow load times. Fix, as it is terribly annoying to deal with.

The dashboard doesn’t work. I emailed them and they haven’t respond. Wow. Fix your app!

The app could be very convenient, allowing you to complete the course on a mobile device but it doesn’t work. It worked for about 1 week but stopped abruptly.

Every time i go on the app and try to load up my dashboard all i get is a blank screen please fix this issue

When I’m going to answer a question i put the right one but when i go to review the questions it says i pushed the wrong answer Ex:say the right answer is a I push A but when I go review it I says I pushed C

Won't even let me log in

This new update is sort of confusing, I wish it was more clearer. Before the update I was easily able to access my courses , but now all the options I see are the driving manual and practice tests. Where did all the courses go? For me to actually see the courses I have to go online on the website. Just wishing for improvements.

I tried to vertify that it’s me doing the courses but it doesn’t have the complete security questions available “What are the first 3 numbers of your” and that’s were it ends. And then you only get 4 chances before your account gets locked. Please fix thissss

5 minutes into starting the course it timed out on my daughter. Then told her our state only allows for 2 hours of training a day. To which she was NEVER ALLOWED! To top it off wanted to charge us another $50 to continue. Lastly I have been on hold with "tech" support for 15 minutes!!!! What a scam!

Sound doesn't work. Also, why is the "previous" button frayed out for a few seconds? I get why the "next" button would be (to prefer people from just skipping to the end of the lesson), but the "previous" one makes no sense.

I was able to use the app once or twice and eveyr time since, no matter what i do, my dashboard remains empty, blank. i'd switch from wifi to data to different wifi, delete then redownload, log out log in, but still nothing. refreshing again and again to a blank screen. i have ios 12 and iphone 7 which ia well within the requirements. please fix your app, otherwise the idea behind it is good.

I had to speak to an angry and rude costumer support agent. As well the units are much larger then necessary

When I do to me dashboard to continue my course, nothing shows and I’m really trying to finish and get my drivers license!!

This app was amazing. I took my drivers ed online and failed my first permit test. After failing I turned to this app and missed none on my second test. I used this app for a good hour and a half; that's all! I highly recommend it to anyone trying to get their permit.

The scaling is definitely not optimised for newer and larger devices like the iPhones with 4.7 and 5.5 inch displays but overall, the stability was acceptable and and the interface was fine. Nothing exciting, just gets the job done.

Do you have to have a Facebook account to login to the app????

I have failed the permit test using different apps to study. Now this app made a difference. The same questions on the permit exam are the same questions this app uses to help prepare for the knowledge test. If your in California I definitely recommend downloading this app because it'll help you pass.

It tells you things like a green light doesn't mean go and that minors' legal BAC is .01%. Also gives you bad grades on test when it says you answered everything right.

This isn't even a real course to get your license! This app is buggy and lame...gonna try Aceable instead!

If you’re using Drivers Ed just use the website, the app is a waste of your time.

Too many glitches! I can’t even finish my course because the glitches stops me. On both the website AND the app. Do not use this app! I’d give this app 0 stars if I could.

I finished the whole thing and then the app crashed

I was happy I could take practice tests whenever/wherever I wanted on my phone. Made me feel more confident when it was time to take the real one. Passed!

Dang thing is so s***** it can’t even open fix your s***** app

This app is very good if you are getting your drivers permit. I gives you an understanding of what to expect on the road. Another thing was that it was very clear and the content is geared towards the success on the permit test. I knew how long the classes would take because each slide was timed which was helpful.

The app BARELY works, and I was under the impression that I could complete drivers ed using it. I wish I could give a rating of zero stars!

In the beginning it was working fine, then one day I opened up my dashboard and there wasn’t anything there anymore! I refreshed it and logged out and tried other things but it wouldn’t work! I tried to email them and their email doesn’t work and nor does their customer support. So you can’t contact them to ask what’s wrong either! Not worth it.

It charged me without even setting up my account.

this app worked okay for a while occasionally glitching out. But all of the sudden the dashboard stopped working completely so now I can only do drivers ed on my computer at home. super annoying

This is great online, but as soon as I use the app, it doesn’t work. The courses to learn rules of the road: doesn’t work. And so when I decide to use the practice tests, it doesn’t work properly either. It thinks I marked a question wrong, when I check back and I clearly remember choosing the correct answers. It’s disengaging when the app tells me I failed the test... when I marked most of the answers correctly anyways? Please fix, and I’ll continue to use the app. Still, the only drivers Ed course that uses an app so props for that.

Who else was on a 30 ~ 45 question and you want to go to the previous answer but you click the back button and you have to restart the whole process again. Happened multiple times :( On any app, the back button is all on the top left corner and muscle memory things to press that. All that work and your whole test disappears. There should be a CONFIRM button when you press that button. Also as a bonus, there should be a PAUSE button so you could go back to the questions you were working on. Even though on the real test you can’t “take it walk away and come back”... for this if you need to take an important phone call or anything... Please this would be amazing. Don’t think it will be too hard to program this.

Purchased drivers ed online and wanted to login on my phone but it won't let me? I already purchased it and after trying to login numerous times it's now not even giving me the option it's just saying I'm already registered; but I know I'm already registered and paid, that's why I'm trying to login so I can complete the course.

Every once in a while the answer on a flash card will just say “all of the above”

I was trying to do the defensive driving and it charged me the $25. When I tried to start the course it literally would say that I had to pay again and that the course was no there. Then it tried to take me to the website where I tried again to at least do it there, but it still took me to pay AGAIN! So I need a refund or I just got played!

I passed my drivers test in my first try with a few errors, I enjoy the app because it gives you the errors and it shows flash cards if you only learn by flash cards. Great app and recommend it.

2nd review on this- STILL no sound on the videos on either phone or iPad. Would be nice to have since we need this to answer the video questions.

taking away the ability to complete class courses on mobile is down grading the app

This app and like the payment was very affordable. It’s great reading and shows videos then gives you a little question throughout the reading to see if you actually are learning. Also at times security questions come up just to make sure it really is you so this is a safe app. The test is about 34 question I believe around there somewhere and as long as you learned and pay attention you will pass. Also when you’re done reading a section you have an 8 question quiz you can say? And you can retry three times I think and also if you don’t pass your test test once you finish your reading as in all of them you can retake it again as well but not sure if it can do three retakes. I’ve called the workers behind the app and they are very great and polite with a great personality and helpful. I hope if you guys are looking forward into doing drivered get drivers ed aka this app it’ll help a lot and the slip come in very fast at least three days or four (: I so recommend!

This app has been a huge waste of time and money. As soon as I downloaded it I was fine with it, other than the fact that it’s extremely boring and very hard to stay focused. Which wasn’t even the main issue, about four months ago the app wouldn’t let me continue with my progress. It would keep saying that ‘we’ve encountered an issue, you will need to use the browser to continue’, to this day I still can’t use the app without it saying that. On top of that you cannot see your progress on the website, you also can’t continue learning the rules of the road; you can only take the tests which is useless if you don’t know the info you’re testing over...I sent two emails today requesting a refund so hopefully that happens. Overall this isn’t worth the money.

It works , and I was mid lesson and my app crashed, that was one time that it crashed but now it's good

For the past week I haven’t been able to access my dashboard (where the course is located). I tried contacting “24/7 support” and I was forwarded to a recording that said “sorry we are closed” ..so much for that! Guess I’ll have to use the browser to complete my course.. even though I specifically chose this company because they offered a mobile app.. Not impressed.

Whenever I do the practice tests I can’t pass some because the app keeps clicking the wrong answer that I did not choose for some reason and I remember the correct ones that I chose.

Every time I click on anything in the app, it just redirects to the website. If this app had anything important in it, that would be helpful.

I've downloaded the app but it's useless because every time I log in it says "this email is already registered." Thanks, I know it's registered, please let me log in. I don't recommend using this drivers education program, have had problems with it in the past.

Everything was going good, the lessons where educational and explained good with real life scenes videos fun tests, only the crash while I’m at the last session. It keeps me at a “verify your identity” question and doesn’t let me move on. “24/7” chat does leads to a blank page, their number is strictly voicemail their life worthless to ask a human my question, and email customer service hasn’t gotten back to me, so I have no idea when after spending all day on this app will I finally finish, if I can even finish, starting to think it’s just a waste for your money.
