There truly is something for every interest in this game. My niece loves this game for taking care of sick animals and my little one loves the pet salon and tracing her letters. I unlocked the full version and had some minor issues with syncing to additional devices but the support staff at paper boats have been helping me resolve the issue. I’d say the free version is worth downloading just to see if it’s something they’d like.

Title says it all, would be a good app if I could get what I paid for. Update: Developers answered my email within hours, explained how to restore my purchase. Great customer service! My granddaughter loves this app, it’s always the first one she goes after to play with. (And she has lots of apps!) She’s a month short of 3, and she’s been happy with this for a year, and I foresee much more time loving it. Good price, though I admit I got it on sale. Thanks for the prompt customer service.

This app is awesome and my toddler loves it! He loves animals and likes the animal vet the most... only issue, is when you’re in the vet hospital part of the app. There is a bourse that you have to give a shot to, and it’s right on the butt. Shows where the hole is. I feel like that could’ve been avoided with the tail. It’s disturbing & gross.

My son is playing at connect the dots game with the animals and I notice I’m looking at the number nine and its a “q” someone please explain this to me.

This is the best game I have found and well worth paying for the full version. My 3 year old grandson loves animals and this is his favorite game. There are so many activities available with a variety of learning incentives packed into this game. He is enjoying learning preschool skills that will help him say ahead of the learning curve such as tracing the ABC's. Between the puzzles, exploring, basic caring for animal skills, ABC's and spelling he can always find something he enjoys doing.

I have 3 kids. 1, 3, and 4. They all love playing this game. Customer service is very helpful if you need them. They even respond on the weekend. Well worth getting the full version. They love all the different things you can do and the many animals to interact with.

My 2.5 year old loves learning about what animals eat and then seeing the animations "eat" the food when he makes a correct choice.

I originally got this app for my 2 year old, she loved it then, she’s 3 now and still loves it!

My kids really love the games on this app. We bought the full version thinking that we could family share it to my other 2 devices. Unfortunately, I should have looked more into family sharing because ‘in app’ purchases can’t be shared. Paper Boat App knows this and so they want you to purchase it additionally for each device. Customer service has promised a promo code to download a free version on one other device so that is why I gave this app 3 stars instead of less. Happy with the game, less impressed with the ethics.

My 4 year old enjoys this app... Lots of animal fun. I had an issue with restoring my purchase and I emailed them and they responded quickly.

My daughter is 4.5 and absolutely adores this app. She is special needs and it is really helping with her fine motor skills in particular. The only thing that is frustrating to her and myself (since I have to help her so much) is that she is left handed. So much of the screen ends up being obscured by her arm when reaching for a tool in the vet part, for example, because some things are placed to the right. Wish that was either changed or there was a setting for lefties.

Fun game when i’m bored

Downloaded the trial version when my daughter was 1.5 years old to see if she’d like it. When she turned 2 I bought the whole thing. Now she’s 3 and my son is 2 and they are STILL in love with these games! It has easy games for younger toddlers and alphabet/tracing games for older toddlers. Both of my kids play everything this app has to offer. Perfect game to keep them busy when we are out to dinner. Best $8 I ever spent on an app for my kids! Highly recommended!

Wonderful app, my 3 year old loves it. My only complaint is that there's not much she can do without me spending a ridiculous amount of money to unlock all of the activities.

My kids are 2 & 5 and they both LOVE this game. My 2 year old has gotten REALLY good at puzzles and I think it’s because of this game. Good variety and interaction. We used the free version for about a year before I decided to buy the full version, and I’m very happy with it!

My daughter loves this app! And I love how it keeps her entertained for a good while. She does learn with it because she’d come up and tell me things about what animals eat and similarities between the foods. Really surprised. She loves the sticker rewards and playing doctor for the animals. Their customer service is very prompt in replying. I’m glad I made the small investment.

We bought this a year and a half ago and it hasn't lost any of it's charm! A great conversation starter with great educational content

I’m a Kindergarten teacher with toddlers of my own, and this is by far my favorite app for learning. The concepts and activities are spot on for what kiddos will need to be familiar with heading into preschool and Kindergarten, but also engaging and fun. The customer service has also been amazing to work with!

My son is 2 and a half and he loves to trace letters. However it’s extremely frustrating to do it right, even when I myself try. I don’t know what it is but it isn’t very easy. Perhaps if they added different levels of difficulty it would be better. I already wrote them suggesting this. The other areas of the app my son likes a lot too.

I purchased this game a couple of years ago on a read trip to keep my toddler occupied. To this day he still loves this game and plays it often. Definitely worth the money!

this app is great. My toddler loves it! Keeps her busy, unfortunately the noises that it makes and the music in the background is a tad bit annoying. A small price to pay when it keeps her busy.

My 2 year old loves this app. She hasn't gotten into the letters section a lot yet, but loves all the animals and it can keep her busy when parents needs some time! She's even more interested in brushing her own teeth since "brushing" the animals in this app. It's worth the $ to upgrade as there's so much more to keep them going.

My kid really enjoys this. He especially likes the feature where you trace letters with your finger. The music isn't too annoying and there are lots of different activities to teach different skills -- like find the difference, some spelling, etc. We haven't unlocked anything by paying. There is a lot we can't get to for free.

This seems like a good app.

Firstly, requiring a review to access content already unlocked is incredibly shady. Secondly the mini games are confusing and unintuitive. Thirdly, animal diets are pulled straight from fictional cartoons; EG: elephants' diet consists of peanuts, bears' diet consists of honey? This is supposed to be educational, not Dumbo and Winnie the Pooh. Finally, developers go out of their way to be condescending to their customers when faced with legitimate criticism in reviews.

Pros: -Beautiful graphics -Lots of game choices -Mix of fun and educational activities Cons: -Games were confusing (in the salon game, we could figure out how to SOAP the dog but not rinse it) -Puzzles have little margin for error. A preschooler can't always line the puzzle pieces up precisely. -Animal feeding game was NOT educational. Elephants eat peanuts? Bear food is honey? We tried every game that was unlocked for the free download. Every one frustrated the preschooler for lack of playability at his age level or frustrated me for being inaccurate or clumsy. It got deleted. UPDATED: After leaving this review, the developer contacted me to address each of my concerns. Evidently the salon game should work, perhaps our download had a bug or some download flaw. I’m unsure as to why we couldn’t use it. Then they defended their app while simultaneously insulting me for not leaving a glowing review. The developer said to me: “Elephants do eat peanuts and Bears do eat honey. That is some learning if not entirely educational according to you... You might want to update your review considering that you wouldn't want to be embarrassed by your animal eating comments. Please write to us on *** so we can give you a free promo code for one of our other simpler apps.” Elephants may eat peanuts but that doesn’t make it elephant food. Our children know that elephants eat grasses and trees. We teach our kids accurately and are looking for apps that do the same. I wondered why so many people have positive reviews on an app that was so difficult for us. Well if every negative review is met with threats of social embarrassment, maybe that influenced it. Won’t work for me. Downgraded the app from 2 stars to 1 on account of the insults and condescension.

3 year old does not like this game at all, it’s boring and at times a little frustrating He didn’t even play it for very long because it was just so pointless to him Maybe add some difficulty options and more variety of food for the animals Maybe make it a little more educational Will be deleting this app

The people behind the app is so kind and understanding. They helped me a lot for instants they helped me understand a lot about the app and my son loves it so much. It’s like sometimes he can’t even put the phone down.

My daughter and I love this app, however after the most recent update the sound doesn’t work in all areas. For example, the doctor area works but feeding the animals and washing them the sound no longer works. Was this on purpose?? Please help!!!

I recently purchased this app for my child and I discovered that is has so much more learning in it! Tracing letters, spelling of animal names, it’s really cool!

My son has had this app since he was just 2 years old. He is now 3 and loves it still!! It has always worked well and has plenty of precautions in place to keeps kids from making oops purchases. Even the free version doesn’t really have those bad pop up adds. So your little can just keep playing. A must add app!!!
