Face ID and Apple Watch support would be nice. Also the UI is so dated. Get a hint from Symantec VIP Access.

The application doesn’t blur out its content when in multitasking window. This is a basic functionality already implemented by popular apps such as Snapchat.

It’s great if you have 1 token, you open the app and the number is there but I think it should be an option to see all your tokens with all the numbers on one screen so you don’t need to keep switching back and forth between them. That’s how their other app works and most other authentication apps for that matter.

Definitely better than having to worry about having the keychain, but if I could get passcodes on my watch I would give 5 stars.

The app works great m, but I just noticed today that it kept crashing. Then I unplugged the USB and it started working again. Otherwise, the app has been very reliable.

As others have suggested, please add support to get the token code from an Apple Watch.

The app seems to not invoke the camera on XR, can’t believe this app, because android pixel 3XL alson invokes camera poorly aka in a bad aspect ratio. Why can’t you RSA get it together!!!’??

it used to be that this app would give me a code which I could enter to access my work email. Now the app is completely useless, it does not give me any number and does absolutely nothing. This app is a complete piece of garbage, nobody should use it, it should be removed from the App Store.

The app works fine. The only thing missing is an Apple Watch app so I don’t have to get out my phone to get a token.

I agree with most of what you read here. The set up isn't easy. Poor instructions to follow. Once the app is running it's pretty good. Easier than carrying a FoB everywhere.

Up until yesterday’s update (06/05/18), this app has worked very well. But in fortunately it is now crashing. There is a triangle symbol in the upper right of screen with an exclamation mark in it. We have deleted and reinstalled the app a couple of times, so the only way I can use it is to reboot my phone each time before I open the app. I’m hoping the next update will fix this.

Provide go button at the last line next to number 0. This makes keypad consistent with what user is used to...

Apple Watch functionality would make this a top-rated app. Symantec has already enabled this functionality, so RSA should be able to do the same.

This app works great and it’s really nice to not have to try to remember to grab the hard token when working off site. Plus just enter a number instead of PiN and number combined that I would frequently mess up, especially when resetting the PIN is required!

From the 1980’s rsa admin console to the changes the app has undergone by not being able to import consistent file types for device types, find something more worthy of your time. It’s an admin nightmare when tokens expire, and they are crazy expensive. Poor choice

The app works fine and is better than carrying around a FOB I would likely lose. It would be great to have faster access to my current token via a widget if possible.

Not RSAs fault just wish had USB charger ports at work. So lame for a Fortune 100 company. Can’t use USB ports on docking station nor our PCs. Are locked out. Means waste 2.5hrs a week company time at home charging my iPhone since required to use personal devices for RSA app.

Once you get the app setup it works fine but don't forget your pin! It doesn't tell you if you enter it incorrectly, you get a passcode that doesn't work.

The app opens once then crashes and will not open again.

They broke something in this release! Used last version daily for years - no problems ever. This one has exclamation point in a triangle warning, and gives me (and others) a token that works maybe one in ten tries. Come on RSA, not like this is a mission-critical app or anything!!

A few minor hiccups here and there all that were easily fixed. Imported all of the tokens I use, codes are accurate. What can I say, it’s better than carrying around a keychain of hard tokens. I agree with everyone else calling for a watch complication. That will be a nice feature. My other personal suggestion is to please, please move the ‘my tokens’ button(icon) from the bottom left corner of the footer bar to the top left so it isn’t covered up by the keyboard when you are typing in a pin. Put the footer below the keyboard or even better move the button out of the footer and into the header would be cleaner and more consistent app design. (In my opinion)

I would give the app 5 stars if they would just support the Apple Watch. This app has the perfect use case to be on the Watch. I'm surprised it still doesn't support the Watch after 3 years.

App works fine for me but I would love to have this on my apple watch - it would be so so much more useful that way. And the new icon reminds me of a thermometer too. =)

The QR code scanning is not working on iPhone XS Max with iOS 12.1. Can you please fix it?

This app works well, and I’ve never had a problem using it to work remotely. I would rate 5/5 if the interference got an update and support for iPhone X to fit the full screen.

Latest upgrade crashes every time I start it. Start...crash...restart...stable every time.

The software token works fine and is much nicer than a hard token. Setup is a bit of a pain, but I only have to do that once a year when my token expires (or when I get a new phone) so no big deal. The lack of Touch ID support is annoying. I don't have an Apple Watch, so that doesn't directly affect me, but the lack of Apple Watch support is also odd.

This is the definition of an app that needs to have Apple Watch support. It would save me at least five minutes every day.

This might be the worst app I've ever used. The email request feature doesn't send an email out, the qr code doesn't scan. I couldn't copy the code and send it into an email. Why the h*** is this app on the market if nothing works!!!

This app works fine and is way better than carrying the fob. BUT why is it tracking my location and why can’t I turn that off in settings??? Very unsettling.

Worked fine for years, now it’s barely usable. Please fix this application, it requires you to restart the iOS device in order for it to work once...then crashes every time you open it afterwards. Closing the app doesn’t fix it either. This has been going on since the last couple of updates - please resolve. Update-fixed in 2.4.5

This app does what it needs to and is helpful since I always have my phone on me versus my physical token. What would make this easier is an Apple Watch app or lock screen access for quicker access.

Latest update “improved” token display. It appears off center now. Other than that it does what it is supposed to do.

The app crashes after a relaunch. The first time you use the app meaning it’s not running the background it works fine. When you minimize the app and try to use it again it crashes and you have to relaunch. Functionality works fine.
