Great app to have for roofing company Really in joy using all the verity of application it provides to get all the Wright measurements thanks Mr gauge

Been using this app quite some time now , just recently it won't let me use it , will exit out of it out of no where ?? Any ideas or updates cooming soon?

I haven’t been open this app for more than a month. It just exits me out of it when I push on it

Update 6 days ago and now it won’t open

A major bug in the app caused me to loose 90% of the content I had stored on the app. I’ve lost job pictures, addresses, phone numbers, emails, prices given, & more because I’ve completely lost the customer’s work order all together. FIX THIS if you want people to use the app!!

This app is great. It makes my work so much easier and more productive!

This is the best app ever use for my home services building Business. Can you track All my clients and information is always with me folders files no more Carrying a briefcase around. I can measure a roof right on the app ordered materials connected to my Quickbooks . works very well

Had this on my phone for 10 months now won’t work anymore? Trying to take off and put back on phone and won’t work guess I’ll try another company with their app. Thx

Stopped working on me but removing and reinstalling solved the issue. Very useful app

I was so excited about this app at first. Initially it was faulty. I immediately saw that there were problems with this app. It is extremely buggy. It made my iPhone Max freeze. I couldn’t do many things with it. I had to reboot my iPhone so many times I just decided that I needed to delete it. If I need it I will download it and afterwards I’ll delete it. It’s a useful app but it has too many problems with it. I had high hopes for this app after hearing so many great things about it.

This app is so buggy. It keeps crashing over and over until I delete and redownload. This has happened several times. Yes I have the newest version

Used to use this all the time out on jobs. Won’t even open now after the most recent update. I’ve moved on.

This used to be a decent program but with the most recent changes it is absolutely useless and nothing more than an app designed to push advertisements.

A great digitizing app can only get better, needs to be able to add dormers , chimneys. Skylights. Moore tags like coping parapets

The measurements are accurate! QuickBooks linked right in ! The best tool our company has! Tech support is the best I have ever seen just all around great!

Been using for a few years now. It freezes my Xmax. Completely unstable now. Perfect example of trying to get something that was simple and good, and decide to keep adding and adding till it is no longer useful.

Used to like this. Now the update won’t open on phone or iPad. Bug somewhere. Cant open. Update. 3 weeks later with reload on devices and app still won’t open

All in all, it's just okay. It will work well enough to give you a general roof pitch. The design is awful and I hate the ads! The "roof calculator" feature is about as useful as a piece of scrap paper, there is no way to get anywhere near accurate measurement that way. But it will give you a #/12 read out which is nice.

Dear Pitch Gauge, I've recommended you highly in the past, but not now. I liked the app perfectly well before the so called upgrades. Obviously you brought in some additional investors or other commercial interest that thought they knew what your customers wanted better than you did. I don't want or need any of the new features and there is no way I'll sign that ridiculous agreement. Maybe this is how you guys see the future, but for this app, my future is spelled uninstall.

Had same problem with black screen. Deleted app and reinstalled. Works fine.

The app crashes more than it works I can’t even get it to stay on long enough to pull up an old estimate.

Latest update eliminated all issues with iOS7, works great! An app I use regularly with no problems and have found it to be a real time/money saver. Highly recommended if you are in the construction industry .

This app is so awesome. The new features are so cool. This is the easiest way to measure a roof. The tutorials are so helpful. The camera is amazing and it helps me a lot. Why hasn't someone thought of this before. Thanks for making this app.😀

This app is so fun. It it so easy to use on a day to day basis. I use it all the time. This upgrade is a great improvement.

I was using a previous iteration of this program. The new version has a couple more bells and whistles. I personally don't use it. I only use the camera and pitch gauge. It works when I needed to work! I purchased the previous version and it irritates me a little bit that now with the new version I don't automatically get the upgrade.

What happened to the old simple app? Won't let me "skip" conveniently that's only button that does not work on the main screen, i've entered in 13 digit passwords and I still says passwords to simple cannot use. I entered "fu**ingpassword2003" and till saying it's too simple. I DO NOT recommend this new version. I'm sure the 5 stars that it's revived are fake!

Keep track of leads, act as a CRM, and a file box. You don’t have to carry around that file box anymore . Just use your phone to scan the.doc or enter information . You will always have it . Also call from and take me there features are great.

This app crashes most of the time making it effectively useless.

I have reviewed many roofing apps. This one is particularly buggy. The functionality is very clumsy. Worst of all, I purchased one project for $.99 in order to test the roof measuring functionality. My in-app purchase was billed but not fulfilled as it still shows that I have 0 purchased projects. I will be requesting a full refund. Luckily, you can change the settings and revert back to Pitch Gauge 2.0 and use the app in is previous state before they added all this other stuff that doesn't work. If you want to measure roofs from your iPhone or iPad, there are much better options out there. Try a search for roof measurement tool and demo the ones that offer a free trial.

Don't use it a lot but worked great when I needed it. Had problems with the update but the people at Prolific were fast and friendly in helping out. Keep up the good work!

It looks like the new features could be helpful; however, it's way too costly and time consuming. Any roofer can do the same thing manually in much less time for free. The charges could really rack up as they charge for each project, then charge you again for storage fees for the projects data. They need a one price plan for unlimited for anyone to consider using this. Also need a handful of free projects to run it through its paces. Most anyone considering this would do their own house and a few others just to learn and play with it to see if they would invest their energy in this app. Could be cool, but no thanks.

Would recommend adding lines/circles etc marks and notes ability to camera function.

This is a great tool for my reports. The numerical graphic is large. I take a picture of my phone on the roof and include the roof pitch documenting picture in the report.

All I wanted was a quick and easy way to measure roofs well I was field measuring houses. Great program for that. All the other stuff just a waste. Even if I wanted to use it, it costs money on top of the money I paid for the program already. JUST GO INTO SETTINGS AND CLICK ON THE OPTION TO USE PITCH GAUGE 2.0

Accurate enough for architects field work! Any More accurate in my 6s and it would defeat the purpose of any of my other tools I like to use.

Excellent tool! First app I've seen that will factor in degrees of how "cut up" the roof might be. We've all forgotten factor that in when your in a hurry. Thanks Rick

Delete and reinstall. It works fine.

This is one of my favorite apps when measuring roof slopes on the rafters and rakes. It is important to use a long flat board when measuring for the s**** of composite shingle roofs. Unfortunately the newest version crashes every time I open it on mt iPhone5.

It's a great app for getting roof pitches recorded and even getting a photo of the pitch with the background (roof, eave, whatever) captured in the pitch photo. I downloaded it again after some issues with the prior update and it's back to operating efficiently and correctly. Nice job, folks.

...that's because it won't open! Use this app daily but now going elsewhere.
