Itunes Connect App Reviews

Can not login to the app without accepting new terms. That's ok. However the issue is there is no way to accept terms in the app. The app makes the user go to iTunes connect (AppStore connect) web site to accept terms. A better flow would be, when the user logs in to the app and the terms are not accepted, present them With the UI to accept terms and let them login. I will raise the rating to 5 if that flow is implemented.

Don’t waste your time.

As of June 2018 I can’t log in after my session expired, citing the laughable “need to agree to terms and conditions (2004)”. Even the link on this app’s page in the store can’t be opened, claiming it needs to restore the old “iTunes Store” app first!? Apple, abandonment couldn’t be more clear here. Now for my original review... This app should make available all the information that a developer needs. If it even made available a fraction of that information, it would be useful. Unfortunately it is extremely confusing and the data is minimal. It’s also really weird which features were prioritized for this app, e.g. you can reject a binary in one tap (does anyone do this from mobile?) but can’t even edit your app details!? Right off the bat I thought I wasn’t logged in or something because the entire category for counting downloads is MISSING when you haven’t published yet (or sometimes later, whenever it has any issue connecting to iTunes). Sorry, that’s bad UI; keep the tab there, even if all it can do is display a message like “no data” or “can’t connect”. The whole “show differences” numbering scheme for downloads/updates/etc. is bizarre, and I have to scroll and tap all over the place to form a complete picture. What is wrong with just showing me everything that’s changed chronologically for a given app? Finally, this app should be updated much more frequently! It “should” be one of the key tools for developers (and frankly we pay Apple enough to expect better tools).

This app charge me $5+ an I didn’t even purchase it, I never click on this App, plus this app won’t even open up, smh this is terrible, I need my money in which you basically stole from me.. not cool..

Latest update was to the website to be appstoreconnect why now it is still itunesconnect?? Please let us add our version to review after processing!

Why is this app not updated to support Face ID and iPhone X dimensions?

No use. Most tasks require a computer. Don’t recommend it. Very slow.

Not updated for iPhone X, and lacks functionality

The only reason I have this app downloaded is to get notifications when my app is in review. The UI is lacking and non-intuitive, it’s features compared to its desktop version is subpar, and to make matters worse it is not optimized for the iPhone X, it’s own product. The users of the app could ideally make a better product themselves than the engineers that designed this.

There is no way to add beta testers through this app? It is very difficult to add beta testers through iTunes connect website and the site is not mobile friendly at all. There needs to be an easier way to add them via email or cell number so they can quickly add our app for testing. Add this to this app please!

There is no response from RESOLUTION CENTER in the app which is suppose to connect with developer. There are Four messages sent through app and one from browser. Totally no response.

I thought this app would be fantastic as well. HAHAHA you can’t login and when you are almost logged in you get kicked off. At this moment I am trying to log on I’m absolutely sure I got kicked out Sure did! This app is the most aggravating and redundant time consuming log on apps. Trust, kick this app to the curb before you lose your mind!!!!

I can’t open it. States my password isn’t a match. Password works elsewhere!

This is the trashiest app from apple by far

I recently put a podcast on the podcast app. I was looking forward to using this app to see how things are going. It won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying “no provider associated with iTunes connect user.” Super bummed!

When I go to my credit cards I’m being charged anywhere from $1.39 to $12 weekly sometimes every three day . there’s no customer service when you call the number it says to go to the website to see why you’re being charged for subscription automatically renews monthly . I’ve never signed up for any subscription

The Trends tab has a bug where it just shows 0's no matter how many downloads my apps have gotten. If I click on individual products and view Trends there, I can see that there have been downloads. Good app otherwise. Really like the notifications when my app changes status (In Review, etc.). Just need to fix this bug. Edit: Apple should just make this open source and let the development community fix it. They have clearly abandoned it.

I cannot even use my Apple password that I established when I purchased my iPhone to utilize this app nor can I even change it. What a waste!!!

This is poorly coded ,or just doesn’t work.

I use this app all the time. Like many others I’d like to see the one day view come back to the main page instead of the running 7D view that we have now. The fact this app does not natively support the iPhone X still (in April 2018) is disgraceful.

Apple, you can do better much more. You know well. Why aren’t you doing? Just 2 stars are matched with your honor? Why do decision makers in Apple just sit on their hands with this for a long long time? Why?

Shame on Apple for having the audacity to offer this piece of c*** to developers. Doesn’t get an update in years.

Update the display to your new Device, can’t imagine that, this is your device and app and you still didn’t update the UI to fit the X

Downloaded the app and it doesn’t even open, screen turns black.

Crazy that Apple tells all developers to update for safe areas in there apps, yet this app hasn’t clearly been updated.

This app has basically been abandoned. It could do so much as a companion to TestFlight but instead it has been ignored, not even updated to support the iPhone X. Apple should either completely revamp it or k*** it. There is little to no value in what it currently offers.

Recently my ‘Products’ tab is broken. It says “Recent products unavailable. Server is unavailable”. I deleted the app, reinstalled, and also signed out and back in. Because of this, I cannot look in to reviews or other details per app.

This app does not show any useful information. Retire it and make the website compatible with mobile screens.

The iPhone was announced o we 6 months ago and this APPLE app still does not support the iPhone X’s screen resolution or other features. Come on Apple, since Jobs passed away so did any level of innovation at your company. #shame

I am no longer able to see my apps data in this app. It’s been over a year since the last update. This is not acceptable at all Apple. It really goes to show how much they care about developers who develop on their platform.

Every time I tried to log in I got an error.

Seriously, Apple, this app barely works and it’s a disappointment. It does so little but still manages to mess it up. Random log outs, lack of any sort of detailed information or TestFlight support, use of Helvetica in random places…the list goes on.

I use this app every single day at least once a day to keep tabs on my apps’ performance. So I’m sad to see the app hasn’t been updated for iOS 11 and iPhone X more than a month after release. It could be sooo much better. Hoping they’ve got a big upgrade coming just around the corner. 🤞

Terrible. Can't even log in. Getting a pop up about Terms and Services, but there is no place or even link to do so. The associated website also is impossible to use in Safari. I can believe all of this was created by Apple.

Apparently my ID isn't associated to any content provider. What does that even mean? Nothing about that or how to fix it. A waste of time.

Downloaded this app and it never worked.

Look, this app is a great idea; however, it needs improvement (please see below). Maybe one tab for each of the options you see when you first login to iTunes Connect online (minus “Resources and Help”). An overhaul to the app analytics page. Maybe a table view to choose which app you want to see. Then a collection view to see the primary information like on the website. If you could view and edit any and all the app information using this app, that would be great. If possible, add the functionality to choose which build to send for review in the information page. On that note, the ability to send an app for review or manage TestFlight would be helpful. If you’ve read all the way to here, thank you. If you didn’t have to re-login to the app every time you close and open it, that would me more productive (I like the Touch ID though). Also an iOS 11 design update would be appreciated.

Do not download this app it is a joke. You cannot even log in without them asking to verify your phone which you can't . It asks for your phone number and sends you a verification code that doesn't work and you can keep requesting and it won't work. What a complete waste of time. You can't even contact them about this . Unprofessional cowards

Unable to open or use this app!

Apple didn’t bother to include stats for the previous day, you get to guess how much dropped off from 8 days ago, vs how much was added yesterday due to their 7-day rolling stat concept. It’s such a ridiculous oversight that it could almost be laughable... except, it’s just not.

I’ve had an Apple account since the beginning, and when I try to sign in to this app it tells me I have no account. Ridiculous

Won’t accept correct sign in credentials or allow me to reset pass word

I want to be able to perform functions that I can do in iTunes Connect website. The web site forces you to the app if on a mobile device. The app has NO functionality that is useful. If I want to approve an app, I cannot use this app. Ironic for something that is supposed to support and hopefully inspire Mobil app development. At least let me go on through Safari!!!

Can’t log in

64 bit only as well horrible app

Daily view doesn't work anymore. Shows me weekly data instead. Now, to see daily data I need to individually click on each product which makes this app almost useless now. Still Stuck will App Annie daily reports I guess.

It won’t open when I input my password. I get a failure message every time.

I just downloaded today and it keeps saying incorrect password. I know it is not wrong. It works perfectly on my laptop. Terrible app.

I forgot my password and it is not helping me finding my password. When you press ( I forgot password) then you type in phone number it keeps doing it over and over then it doesn't even help!!

I open it and I just have a black screen with a white section at the very bottom

It appears that this app is for developers only. Why isn’t that clearly stated? It’s a waste of time and resources for everyone else.

Since WHEN is Napa County INSIDE Soledad Canyon off the 14 Freeway? THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, especially since Napa County is located IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, and NOT, I repeat NOT IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. AS FAR AS I’m seeing SO FAR, THE GOOGLE MAP APP IS CRAPPP!!!!!

I think this a stinks . For 2 days I’ve been trying to get my password to work but it keeps kicking me out I’ve tried just about everything I can think of I do everything it asks of me I tell you it Stinks!!!!!!

This is just an absolutely horrible app, and whoever was responsible for its creation should be summarily fired. App has never worked properly with Touch ID; always requires manual entry of password regardless of when the Touch ID was last used. Now that FaceID is out similar issues. Even though the phone recognizes my face an authenticates, the password is not populated. Two weeks ago the app decided to stop showing products, giving a general error message. And for whatever reason, Apple has decided you're not entitled to know your sales for the previous day.

This app is a great concept but lacks the following. 1. iPhone X Support 2. Needs a redesign for iOS 11 3. New iTunes Connect look

“It’s just for developers” is what the decision makers at Apple think when they make decisions about this app. The neglect is obvious. Really lousy attempt and execution.

Downloaded and unable to open...says I need a content provider. What is that?

This app doesn't function properly (at least on my iPhone 7 Plus). Also the main reason I got this was to see and respond to customer ratings/reviews and it confuses me why that isn't the first thing they built into it? Anyway, I'll gladly readjust my star rating when the App functions properly and actually does something useful.

We need you to release an update that REMOVES the need for a content provider NOW!!,It’s ticking me off!

I thought this app would let you see the podcasts you made and put on Apple Podcasts, but I can’t! I wanted to see the stats of my podcast and how many people were listing on my phone! But like I said, you can’t because it won’t let you login. Please fix this Apple! Please!

Since the upgrade, it is difficult to keep track of what podcasts I have listened to and which ones I have not. It is constantly unsubscribing me from podcasts I live, and I only discover it when I realize I haven’t listened to an episode in a while. It is impossible to create a playlist now, and it always freezes. WHY DID YOU CHANGE SOMETHING THAT WAS WORKING WELL?? There is absolutely nothing I like about the update.
