Let me re-state this: THOUSANDS OF INFORMATIVE ARTICLES AND THERE IS NO SEARCH FUNCTION. I am a paid subscriber. I called when I couldn’t find a way to search for a past article about a new client and was told (by the very nice lady) that I’d have to manually flip through the old digital editions in the app to manually scan for the article because there is not a search function in this news app, not even for the web feeds. Also, when you sign up for the app for the first time there are instructions for entering your account number to log in... but what it doesn’t tell you is that you either have to omit the first or last digit of the account number. (What?!) But it varies by users. So you have to call to find out which to omit. I love the Business Journal but the app is terrible.
